Costanza was very friendly and we very much appreciated her flexibility with check in time (we had two young kids). The place was a bit cold when we arrived as it had been closed for a while, but we texted Costanza and she helped us get the settings right for the heating. Overall, the place was big and comfortable and we had a very nice stay!

Everything was perfect! Great stay

We spent a relaxing two weeks at Salvatore. The house and the furnishings were as described in the advertisement. You need a car to get to a restaurant and do some activities. In the next town, however, there is also a good train connection to go to Rome or Naples. Otherwise, the accommodation is very rural. We were allowed to harvest the fresh fruits from the garden. The pool was great. All in all, we were very satisfied and would recommend this house.

Hello. If you like calm and serenity, this place is for you. Perched at 650 meters, Conca Casale offers you clean air and freshness. In this house you will be at home. Before going up, stop at a grocery store if you want to eat. Greetings.

Paolo was a fantastic host! He gave excellent recommendations for the surrounding areas which made our stay that much more enjoyable! The house was perfect. It was just the weekend away we were looking for. I would recommend this house to anyone!

Irene was a perfect host. Greeted us when we got there, filled the fridge with some drinks, and had small breakfast snacks on the table. Place was exactly how she described and she was very easy to get in touch with.

We stayed for two nights in Federica's accommodation in Colli a Volturno. House surrounded by nature, a few minutes' drive from the town center and from restaurants and services. Giacomo, who handled the check-in, was very kind to give us advice on what to see in the area and was available. The lake of Castel San Vincenzo is about 15 minutes by car from the house. You can park on the street a few steps from the house. For me, it's a fantastic place to relax and visit the surroundings, go hiking or trekking, and the hosts are keen to make you have a great stay by providing everything you need. We loved the terrace and the family of kittens that practically live in the building opposite. Good value for money in general.

We had a pleasant stay. The listing and its surroundings perfectly match the description and photos. Our hosts were very attentive and available. the pool is very large and offers panoramic views of the entire valley. Beautiful individual parking spot. If you are looking for tranquility in a rustic place but still with a certain comfort, this is the perfect place.

We spent a wonderful time with our family at Novella in the very nice rural house with an eclectic garden and a small refreshing pool. There we had a lot of peace to read and otherwise we went by car to the nearby sandy beach and by train to Rome and Naples. We could park the car at the train station. Novella gave us many helpful tips on eating and swimming on site and was always available otherwise. Absolutely recommended to anyone looking for peace away from mass tourism and still want to enjoy the culture and beach nearby.

We had a really good time at Carlo's house: for the courteous and familiar welcome, the panoramic view, the quiet location and a little secluded, but close to interesting places, and for the presence of the pool, useful given the high temperatures.

Monica was an exemplary host: kind, shrewd and helpful! Her home was wonderful, large, cozy and tidy, with spaces for leisure and relaxation such as the pool and the hobby room with barbecue perfect for me and my friends! A unique experience and, we all hope, soon repeatable!

“Simple life, simple living. “ The house was absolutely stunning. The grounds were breathtaking. Andrea was an absolute joy to meet and be friend our stay at his home felt like I was visiting family. Andrea was a very accommodating host and treated us like we were part of his family. It didn’t matter what time of the day it was as he would constantly remind us that whenever we needed something to give him a call and he would be there in seconds. I tried not to take advantage of that, but my conversations with him were absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Italy, It is a must to stay there. Andrea on our first day realized that I was here visiting family and offered his home to my extended family for all of us to get together so we could see each other. Not only was he a gracious host but he also came bearing gifts almost every day. I honestly had tears in my eyes on the day I left as I knew I would miss him and the amazing property.

Anna and Giordano's apartment is located at the foot of the historic center of San Felice, in the heart of the Circeo. Convenient location both to reach the historic center (which is a few minutes' walk away), and to reach the main beach of San Felice (a little less than 20 minutes' walk or a few minutes by car). You can easily reach any point of the Circeo by car, but, by moving a little further, you can also reach places like Sperlonga and Gaeta. The apartment has a private parking space on the other side of the street, but you can still drive to the house to unload and load your luggage. Communication with Anna and Giordano has always been very quick and effective. The apartment inside is well-kept and furnished in a nautical style; the highlight of the house is definitely the terrace with an adjacent kitchen and a spectacular view from which you can enjoy a sunrise with fantastic colors. Definitely recommended!

Really enjoyed staying at the villa. Spacious and great views of coast and mountains. Accommodation accurately described and host very helpful. Would get 5* except some areas of the garden need attention and given the number of possible occupants I would expect a dishwasher. Overall a really lovely villa in a good location

A lovely vacation. Welcomed by Stella in her beautiful home, we immediately felt at home, as if we had known each other forever. Tony's welcome basket is a delightful treat, filled with authentic flavors. Thanks for the advice, Stella's guide to the village of Sperlonga enriched us and made us proud to present ourselves not as guests but as important friends. The beautiful and spacious house is surrounded by greenery and enjoys the wonderful view of the lake and the sea, an authentic oasis of rest. The location is highly recommended for a cultural holiday to discover the Ulysses Coast and for the beautiful sea and wonderful beaches of Sperlonga. A special note goes to the very comfortable bed and sofas, our body rejoiced! Thanks again to the super host Stella, highly recommended stay. Leila was very helpful and we enjoyed staying at her place. We had wet weather so the fireplace was wonderful for drying out and staying warm! The accommodation worked well for our family of two adults and one child; there was a bunk bed so it would also work for a larger family. Pesscaseroli was a convenient base for exploring the area. We had a wonderful 7 days at this beautiful villa. The hospitality was excellent, we had the instructions and all the information needed to have a pleasant stay. Our arrival went very well and we have the instructions to get there quickly. Even during the stay, Luigi was very responsive in answering our questions. The villa is very comfortable, located in a very quiet environment with a nice view of the mountains. Shops are close to 5 minutes by car or even walk there. The beach is a 20 minute walk. The villa has all the modern comforts, the rooms are spacious. You're all set and tastefully furnished. Exteriors are well-maintained. Luigi takes care of guests, leaving some foodstuffs to start your stay. We highly recommend this villa and the host.

My wife and I stayed one day in the B&B during a drive down to Sicily. The place is close to a couple of A1 motorway junctions, so it is very convenient for those coming from the north. The B&B is sheltered (you need to move around by car) and offers all the amenities described, the host is very kind. Recommended!
