Located less than 10 minutes from the A71 and Montluçon. 15 minutes from Néris-les-Bains spa town and 30 minutes from Tronçais Forest. 1 hour from the Volcans Regional Nature Park and Vichy (Unesco World Heritage Site).

This sturdy, stylish property is perfect for a nice overnight stay. The gîte has been equipped with all the amenities needed. If you want to use breakfast that is possible, you can book it. Fee €12.50 per person. Outside, you can enjoy the sun deck, overlooking the meadow where the horses graze. The gîte is in a rural location, but a short distance from restaurant, supermarket and the highway, A71 (10 minutes).

House completely renovated by us. Partly decorated with wood, we made our guests in a nice space. Néris les Bains is a spa, you can see: Musée Gallo-Romain, Les Thermes, les Nériades.. The tourist office will also be able to provide you with information. We're letting you know that this house will be on sale from summer 2025, so we won't take a reservation for 2026.
