The accommodation is exactly as advertised: clean, well-equipped and very pleasant. We had a great time. Ludovic was a very responsive and caring host. Everything we needed was on site, which allowed us to fully enjoy. We particularly appreciated the provision of a crib, very convenient for our family stay. We'll be happy to go back!

First of all from start to finish communication was absolutely first class. Accommodation was more than anticipated. Met and matched all of our aspirations. Cleanliness was perfect. Hosts Isabelle and Pascal are just truly wonderful people. Felt very blessed to have found a location this close to Paris without the normal clutter and to boot a market twice a week within eyesight from front door. Just wonderful. Thoroughly recommended this accommodation and location to any and all. 😃

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is accessible by public transport and shops can be reached on foot. Very friendly welcome by the neighbor Dominique. The apartment is very clean and as described. The kitchen is functional, well-equipped and well-stocked with basic foodstuffs (salt, pepper, sugar, oil, spices, coffee...) The terrace and garden are very pleasant, in the sun in the morning (a large awning can be unfolded to protect from the sun on the terrace if necessary) and in the shade of the building in the afternoon, which was very appreciable for this very hot weekend. Large blinds also keep the apartment cool, we were very comfortable despite the very high temperatures. Recommended in every way!

A really great spot to conveniently walk to all the big sites! It was fun to be a short distance from the Seine and so many iconic spots. Our place felt comfortable and safe and we could see the top of the Eiffel Tower from our balcony. Our hosts were friendly and very helpful and supported us while we were in town. We highly recommend!

Very nice accommodation and very nice host!

We had a great stay at Olivier's apartment. Olivier was very helpful and easy to talk to. The apartment was incredibly clean and laid out with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was in a very quiet part of town, very easy to get to sleep. The car parking was very secure, it did take some doing to get my car into the garage but it is possible to fit an Audi A6 Avant in. overall we had a brilliant time.

Very nice well-equipped accommodation close to all shops, transport and the RER train station. Very nice starting point for visiting Paris or walks on the banks of the Orge on foot. Quiet & peaceful place.

We had a great stay at Alex’s place! The view of the Eiffel Tower was incredible! Although we had a busy schedule while in Paris we made time to sit and enjoy both breakfast and wine on the balcony. Very close to the metro, local markets, and restaurants which was super convenient!

Laura was very accommodating with my changing plans and requests. She was always responsive and very helpful. Laura’s place is very close to many main sights and attractions. There’s a supermarket next door which is very convenient too.

Sophie is very attentive, in addition to communicating quickly, she helps with everything that is needed with generosity! Montrouge is a nice place, it's easy to get to the center of Paris! The apartment is about 10 minutes from the subway station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. There is a lot of commerce and you feel safe when walking home. Sophie's space is great! It is spacious by Paris standards, both the living room/kitchen space and the bedroom are very comfortable, you sleep well even on the sofa bed. The icing on the cake was the Jacuzzi, which offers a very pleasant comfort, the facilities are new and very clean. The towels and sheets are also new! Everything is impeccable! The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony was under construction, it will certainly be very beautiful soon! We'll definitely come back to enjoy it! Thank you.

Great location and walkable to many prime attractions and restaurants. Billie promptly replied to questions. You may want to bring an electrical converter if you’re from the U.S. it was delightful!

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

The location of Mawei's apartment was perfect, right in the heart of the city! It was super convenient to get around and explore. The apartment was easy to self check-in and very clean. It was in a very quiet neighborhood while being only 20 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. Great bakeries and restaurants were within a couple minutes walk. We'd definitely stay here again!

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.

Great view from penthouse apartment, especially Eiffel Tower light show at night. Very safe area. Lovely park nearby, and lots of restaurants. Sophie is a great communicator. Be sure to ask how to put the washer/dryer into dry mode, I never did figure that out. Will definitely stay here again next time in Paris. Thank you, Sophie!
