I spent 3 nights at the guesthouse with my son. We had a great time. The place is up the hill, and only an 8 minute walk from the city centre with nice restaurants. The guesthouse itself is great. It has everything you need. It is not fancy, but absolutely more than perfect for a great stay in Arouca. I special shout out to Patricia, who welcomed us in the guesthouse and prepared the breakfast (for which you need to pay extra - which was clear from the website and was totally fine). Altogether I can most certainly recommend the place!
