Our holiday home is located at the bottom of the border triangle of Austria, Italy and Slovenia. This allows you to enjoy the best of three countries Our house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, garden, balcony and heated swimming pool from the end of April to mid-October. In winter, we have 1 locker on the slopes exclusively for our guests.

Bright, cozy apartment in “Villa Kunterbunt”; the name doesn't say it all – there's just a lot of art to see in the house. The apartment is on the upper floor of a former classic Carinthian inn, much of the time is preserved, lovingly modernized and currently inhabited by aunt and niece. In the front garden, an old cherry tree invites you to relax, with a fantastic view of the Carinthian mountains. Lakes, mountains, hiking, skiing, shopping all very close.

It it enables a lot of fun even when contacts with other people should be avoided (covid) or solitude is preferred..

On the 1st floor we rent a 90m² apartment with a double room, a triple room, a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony, a bathroom (incl. Bathtub) and a living room. Shared use of our large garden and pool (not fenced, supervision of children is required) is possible at any time. We have a great location close to Italy/Slovenia, the city of Villach, many lakes, mountains and ski resorts. Dog available - Pets on request.
