Welcome to our horse farm in beautiful Kiladalen, where you live in your own modern apartment with open layout. We have 4 horses and 3 small dogs that run free in the yard. Parking is available in the yard and possibility to charge your electric car. Walking distance to Sörmlandsleden, Åby Golfklubb (1 km) and Skavsta Airport (4 km). 5 km to Nyköpings Centrum. At bv there is a complete kitchen with dining area for 4 people, hot plate, fridge/freezer, microwave with grill, 3 seat sofa with TV, double bed, shower. On practice double bed. Non smoking.

Cottage in a quiet and pleasant location with scenic surroundings next to Sörmlandsleden. The house of 40 sqm was built in 2019 and has modern decor. Porch with dining area, lawn, and heated pool (28 degrees) June-August. 10 min walk to the beach with kiosk, eatery and playground. Large forest with nice walking paths and possibility to pick blueberries. 10 min drive to Nyköping C. Bedroom with queen size bed. Sleeping loft with three mattresses. Clean before leaving, or buy for cleaning for 1000sek.

Denna mysiga stuga är nyligen renoverad. Här kan ni finna lugnet i naturskön omgivning och med havet inpå knuten. 300 m bort finns en badbrygga med stege och ca 500 meter finns en sandstrand. Vi har vedeldad badtunna. Möjlighet finns att hyra en vedeldad bastu i närheten. I stugan finns ett sovrum med dubbelsäng( 2 enkel), vardagsrum med kamin o lvp, kök o badrum med wc, dusch, tvättmaskin. En gäststuga med två sängar. Elbilsladdare kan ev lånas. Här hoppas vi att ni kan skapa nya fina minnen.

Rent this lovely cottage located on a small hill with the sea as your neighbor. Fully renovated one-storey house with fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace and TV with chrome stove and apple TV, two bedrooms and bathroom. Patio with roof and infrared heating with a nice view of the horse farm and sea. The cottage is secluded and secluded from neighbors. The host couple live only 100 metres away. On the farm there are horses, dogs, cats and chickens.

We had a great stay at Anette’s and Mats’ cabin. The location is stunning, next to the sea and surrounded by pristine nature and lovely farm animals like sheeps, goats and horses, not to forget the cat and dog. There are also multiple nature reserves nearby. The cabin is lovely, consisting of all amenities you need for a great and relaxing stay.

The summer cottage is very nice, quiet and surrounded by nature – a place that gives a feeling of relaxation from the first moment. The cottage is clean, tidy and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The hostess is very helpful and friendly, and does not hesitate to answer any questions or to help if necessary, which made the experience even more enjoyable. As the hostess herself mentions, there is a rooster nearby crowing early in the morning. If you are sensitive to noises early in the morning, it may not be a good place for you. Please read the information about the property carefully, especially regarding the toilet, as it may not suit everyone's preferences in terms of comfort and standard.
