Need a place to sleep in the city center of Arnhem? Vacation home De Oude Oever is what you are looking for! In our house with private access you will find a bedroom, bathroom, storage room for bicycles and a living room with sofa bed and a kitchenette with fridge and microwave (please note! no hob). Right in the center, so all amenities within walking distance. In and around Arnhem, there is a lot to do. Wonderful cycling on the Veluwe, shopping, a city walk or a panoramic view from the church tower.

2 streets behind the Klarendalseweg, in the middle of the Modekwartier, you are so in the fun, but still wonderfully quiet in this nice upper house (1st & 2nd floor). the fine, bright spaces, fresh colors, large windows and the spacious balcony offer a wonderful place from where you can discover the city of Arnhem, but also the Veluwe perfectly. i'm still finishing up in the kitchen and live here myself when I don't rent out, so there are also personal items available; nice and homely 😉

Our apartment is nicely furnished and equipped with the most important comforts. Easy to heat, cooking facilities incl. pots, pans, oven/microwave and crockery and a refrigerator. TV, Wifi, private shower and toilet (small bathroom) , 2 separate bedrooms upstairs with 1 single and 1 double bed. Cot and toys are also provided. It has its own front door, private terrace, little insight and walking distance to a lot of amenities. Information folder on activities in the area is available.

Via the Musispark you walk in 8 minutes to the city center, the market and the cozy terraces on the Rijnkade. A number of good restaurants are nearby. The tiny house has everything for a wonderful stay on the Veluwe and is approximately 10 minutes from the center of Arnhem. The house is located near the Warnsborn estate, National Park, Burgers Zoo, Open Air Museum and on MTB and cycling routes. The bus stops in front of the house. The house consists of a cozy living room/bedroom, bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen (with even dishwasher and espresso machine )
