Apartment holiday rentals in Arnhem

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. It is clean, cozy, and very comfortable, with everything you might need for a pleasant stay. There is also a lovely balcony where you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee when the weather is nice. Highly recommended!

The flat is in a beautiful and peaceful location and is just as described. Beti and Jaco were always very responsive, attentive, and friendly, and we are grateful for what wonderful hosts they were, would recommend!

I came to Arnhem to study, and while I was looking for a permanent stay, I found this place which was more affordable than other places that offered similar services, and with big surprise I found out I had everything I needed. The flat is a bit far from the center, but the area is very well connected to it, with 10 mins walk and 10 mins bus I could reach my university every morning. Also Willem and Anne are very kind and respectful people and it’s really nice to see friendly cats in the area also! Maybe because of its structure, it’s quite easy to hear other people’s noises inside the building so I needed to get used to it. The washing machine is a big plus for the place, and the garden looks like a secret garden from a movie and it looks like Willem takes good care of it. Overall, I felt extremely comfortable in my flat that even if it’s small it had literally everything I needed, so I would 100% suggest this place to friends/family that come to visit!

Nice ground floor apartment, spacious enough and great location compared to the center of Arnhem. Unfortunately, no access to the garden at the back for the bikes, only through the house.

Very nice and cozy apartment. we were very glad to be able to stay here. The shutters on the windows cared for a deep and restful sleep.😊

Very friendly welcome by the hostess and her husband :-) trouble-free check-in, very good communication! Both were available to help and advise at all times. The apartment is ideally located within walking distance of the main train station and downtown. At night it's a bit noisy through the street and the restaurant, but the host can't do anything about it. Otherwise, everything is very familiar and cozy. The apartment or hallway is open to the stairwell, but we never felt restricted because the hostess lives on the ground floor and there is still one floor in between. The bathroom is housed in a former closet and therefore a little small. However, there is a large console with sink in the bedroom:-) the living/dining area is spacious with morning sun over the dining table. In the living room, there are two more beds behind a privacy screen (thus four individual beds). We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

Very comfy place to stay, quiet area yet not so far from centre. Close to the Rhine with some beautiful views.

Nice accommodation with a stylish and cozy decor. The space has a spacious roof terrace. Each window is fitted with a good screen, making the room incredibly easy to ventilate after a warm day. Anja is a very friendly host. She responds quickly to messages, thinks along and makes you feel welcome quickly. We loved the stay!

Really nice apartment, I felt like at home. One of the best Airbnb where I have stayed! You could feel it was the place from someone, it was cozy and the details were well chosen! Looking forward to stay there next time I am going to Amersfoort 🥰. Jan was always very communicative. 10/10

I was travelling with my Mum (83) who has difficulty walking and our choice of Lukas' appartement was just perfect since it is easily accessable (no steps/ lift). the appartement was just as described, the "old city" is within walking distance and the train station is not far either. The kitchen is well equipped and Lukas was very attentive: we arrived in the evening and were welcome with next days' breakfast in the fridge (thanks again! ). The Boxspring bed is very comfi (and the appartement complex was really quiet ), the walk in shower with a choice of rainshower or "normal"... Communication was easy and Lukas always answered astonishingly quickly, check-in and -out as easy. All in all- a lot of good reasons to come back !

We had a very pleasant stay at Elisa's place. It's perfectly located: in the city center, close to the central station and the Doornroosje concert venue. The stairs are a bit steep and the ventilator in the shower is rather loud and might wake up one's traveling partner during the night, as it turns on as soon as the lights go on. These issues will be of no concern to most visitors though. And for them Elisa's place is highly recommended.

This is what AirBnB should be like! Roberts hospitality was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed the sauna and the apartment. Robert setup a wonderful breakfast for us in the beautiful outdoor space and was a gracious host. I 100% recommend. Thanks Robert!

I would like to write wonderful things about the house itself, the neighborhood, and Mr. Jorrit — each of them was truly excellent. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The house was peaceful, full of natural light, and surrounded by greenery — it felt like the sun and nature were part of the home. Every detail had been meticulously thought through and designed solely to make guests feel happy and welcome. There were even umbrellas and lovely slippers at the entrance. The bed linen was top quality, and everything was spotless. The neighborhood was quiet, spacious, and very decent. Great restaurants, cafes, and parks were just a short walk away — and the city center was only about 20 minutes on foot. Mr. Jorrit was incredibly helpful and responded very quickly. Most importantly, he had already thought of everything we might need and left informative and thoughtful notes throughout the house. Many thanks.

We had a great time at Eefje's place. The place is spacious and met all of our expectations. The outside is perfect for breakfast. the two bikes available allowed us to discover the city and put us in the shoes of Dutch. The two cats are very cute and sociable

A very nice and cozy apartment that is actually more spacious than it appears on the pictures. Despite the fact that it was pretty cold outside, the apartment was really warm. I loved the fire place! It is in a comfortable walking distance to the University Medical Center. The apartment has enough space to relax and work and the kitchen is well equipped. Parking is super easy on the adjacent parking space.

We stayed with Olaf for a week over Easter with a family and two friends. We had a lovely time. The living room is very spacious and provided us all with enough space. The separate area behind the house with heated pool and a cozy barbecue area is particularly beautiful. A jumbo is within walking distance. When booking, you should be aware (see photos and description) that a double bed is open above the living room and there is only one bathroom and the apartment is very audible. It wasn't a problem for us. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Thank you
