Townhome holiday rentals in Arlington

We stayed for my daughters TCU graduation and felt right at home the moment we arrived. Both Jerry and Anna were super friendly and welcoming and even had items in the fridge for us just in case we were hungry or thirsty. They were responsive to my questions and the home was extremely well placed from TCU as well as quiet. Probably the most quiet place we have stayed. The house was cozy and rooms were huge with a nice work desk in case you have to work. We would definitely recommend and stay here again when coming to Fort Worth! Thank you!

Such a nice townhouse, well-furnished and an easy 10 minute drive from many attractions in the area such as the Colony Grandscape, and a hop away from Arbor Hills nature preserve. Has a nice kitchen and loft workspace. The Parker Estates neighborhood is very well maintained, safe and quiet. We stayed for several weeks while moving to Plano for a new job. The small backyard was good for our dogs and there is a lot of open grass areas to walk them. Barlas was very easy to communicate with. This is Texas, you will need a car to get around.

10/10 stay and host. Have stayed at multiple other places jn Dallas. This was one of the best. Responsive, clear instructions, location, privacy and accommodating host were the elements that stood out.

We had an amazing two night stay at Jeff’s place. Jeff was incredibly nice, welcoming, and proactive, making sure we had everything we needed before check-in, so thorough and thoughtful. He even texted ahead to let us know the place was ready, that we could check in anytime upon arrival, no questions asked and no need to text for permission. It made everything smooth and stress-free. The condo itself was spotless, cozy, and stocked with all the essentials. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to restaurants. One must-see is the Farmers Market just down the road, an absolute gem. A huge bonus was the 12 PM check-out time, giving us extra time to catch up on sleep after a late night of Monopoly Deal, so much better than the usual 10 AM rush. Beyond the stay itself, we loved seeing pieces of Jeff’s journey through the photos and artwork in his home, it made the space feel personal and full of stories. Highly recommend staying here.

Great place to stay and very spacious! May seem like a lot of rules but if you are a clean person and take care of your stuff it’s simple things you would normally do at home. Definitely would recommend for a short or long stay!

Brittany was checking on us to make sure our arrival and check in was good. The house was so welcoming and clean. The neighborhood was very quiet and my family felt very safe. I will always stay at her home when I am in the area. I also told my family about her house because we are always traveling. Thank you so much for your hospitality and professionalism.

Over all the place was great for me and my family. No play station 5 and a few dirty dishes but we still liked it a lot.

Absolutely the highest level of customer service! There was a personalized welcome note on the table for us. The house was very clean and well organized. The decor was fantastic! The beds were ACTUALLY comfortable! This was huge for us. Best of all, however, was the beautiful tub in the master bathroom. Best believe that got some usage while we were there. I hope that all our future reservations are as amazing as this one. The location is fantastic as well. We went for Dallas Fan Expo which was at the convention center in Downtown Dallas. It was only a few minutes away.

This condo was a perfect find and is very comfortable, quiet and has a feeling like home. The host was very easy to reach and correspond with and very fast to address any concerns. The outside light at the entrance was out and I let them know and they had a repair man there to change the bulbs in a matter of minutes. This is a great find.

We stayed here for a month and had an incredible experience. We felt right at home. The space was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable long-term stay. The kitchen was well-stocked and cozy furniture throughout; a lot of care went into creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The location was perfect-quiet and peaceful, yet close to shops, restaurants, and anything we needed. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, always available to answer questions. Amazing space to stay in. The design was fun and modern and gave it that wow factor! It was in a very convenient location and had many things to do outside on the patios. Highly recommend. Also the host was great and very responsive!

Hands down the best hosts! This is a really stressful time for my family and I given repairs happening at our home. Chris, Kayli and team have gone above and beyond to help us not only with this visit, but with finding something longer term. Our stay was fantastic! Clean, well stocked and easy to access. I look forward to booking with them again.

We had a fantastic stay at this gem in the heart of the Bishop Arts District! We loved the home’s stylish, artsy vibe, and every detail felt intentional and full of character. The location is unbeatable — just steps away from amazing restaurants, quirky shops, and local entertainment. It was also centrally located to everything we wanted to do in Dallas, making it easy to explore other neighborhoods and attractions. Our host was wonderful — super friendly, welcoming, and always quick to respond if we had any questions. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, creative place to stay in Dallas!
