Welcome to Needles, Less than half a mile from the Colorado River and a mile from a boat launch this 3 bedroom 1 bath pool home provides a great river getaway. Bring your boats, RV's, fishing poles, kayaks, swimsuits and sun block. Plenty of level parking and nearby restaurants. The house is next to I-40 so there will be freeway noise. Our internet has been upgraded and tops out at 10 Mbps. When booking please confirm all members of your party can swim. Parties and smoking are prohibited.

Very safe and friendly community. -A full renovation was completed in January 2021, with granite counters in the entire home, upgraded wood floors, and a huge outdoor BBQ/bar. -The backyard sits on the 11th fairway of the River's Edge Golf course and the Rio Buena Vista community beach is a 2 minute walk. -Launching from either Jack Smith (public 2 miles) or Needles Marina (1/2 mile).

“The One More” a riverfront lot, beach, & launch

My family of 5 stayed here for spring break. We brought our jet skis. The launch ramp was perfect. The beach was beautiful all sand. We loved the evenings on the porch barbecuing, playing cards, listening to music. Short ride on jet skis to Pirate Cove or Topock. Overall wonderful stay I could go on and on about this home. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful house right on the Colorado river with a private beach, private dock, and a spacious patio with outdoor furniture and BBQ. Inside of the house was very clean and had everything you would need to complete your stay. Kory was very quick to respond to any messages regarding our stay and made the stay easy and enjoyable. Will definitely be booking this house again in the future whenever it’s available.

My family stayed here with another couple for a weekend river trip with some other families. The place was as described, with lots of supplies stocked up (coffee selections, condiments, appliances, tvs, cleaning supplies, & toiletries, etc). I had some trouble figuring out the codes for the gate & locks (user error), but Gustavo was very responsive & helpful when I called him twice. We spent most of our time at the river beach & a great beach bar & grill called The 19th Hole, both a 3 minute drive from the house. It was a fun weekend!

The home was as described. It had a nice view of the golf course, and a short walk to the beach. The furnishing were all very nice, and kitchen had all of the things needed to prepare meals. My family and I enjoyed our stay here and would definitely book this home again.
