Very comfortable and spacious, with everything you need to be quiet. If you don't have a car, the In Drive app would pick you up at the condominium door. Beautiful view from the balcony, ideal for a coffee. The tour we took also picked us up at the door. It is next to a long beach with nice cafes. Highly recommended

Ideal accommodation for families with small children, the pool is small, but very cozy and surrounded by trees. My very happy girls and they had a lot of fun. Well distributed apartment with everything you need for a couple of days. They charge extra for using the parking lot, which is not explicit in the description, although the value is small is not welcome that additional charges appear. Overall, it was a very good choice.

Excellent apartment, well located, facing the beach and overlooking the sea, with all the necessary household utensils, excellent beds, dedication and care in the choice of furniture and details, which makes the stay comfortable and pleasant. Nandy was very kind and attentive, she gave us clear and precise information to use the apartment and excellent information to get to know the city and surroundings, in addition, she was very willing to agree on arrival and departure times as we required. I recommend this Airbnb, tremendous views, is a beach villa that has the best location in Arica in front of two beaches in a very safe residential complex with easy transportation. Resting, sleeping and sunrise with the sound of the sea is an unforgettable experience. The place is big and the beds are very clean and comfortable. I hope to be able to return with my family longer in an upcoming opportunity.

Franklin was very helpful to say the least. I got sick at the airport and arrived late right before midnight and he was very accommodating in my change of schedule. Him and his wife Mari are really friendly and love to talk about life and whatever else is on your mind. They are my kind of people! If you choose to stay here I promise you won’t regret it. The memories will live on but I will indeed miss them.

I liked it a lot, the lady who delivers the house is very kind, she gave me very good introductions to go to the businesses, a 7.

Excellent reception, very good host. We stayed in a room for 3 people, very comfortable, clean, private. Availability to cook and wash clothes. The private bathroom in our pristine room. Good distance to the mall and downtown Arica (we use app for transportation) and the beach just steps away. We will stay again at this stay if we go back to Arica.

I loved the apartment. Andrea was always looking out for us. She looked for options to get around and offered to drop us off at the airport at an affordable cost for the type of trip. Also, due to a flight change by the airline, we had to stay one more night and it helped us a lot, since it charged us one more night. Exquisite place, quiet, friendly concierges 10 out of 10. You are steps away from Chinchorro beach, steps away from a liquor store, mini market, and restaurant. The only "but" of the apartment, the TV in the dining room did not work. Obviously, I would return 🙌🏻

The apartment was next to the boulevard, super central. The center is a couple of blocks away. The images correspond 100% to the leased apartment, this has a spacious living room, 3 bathrooms, 3 pieces, fully equipped with iron, towels, hair dryer, etc. The condominium where it is located is super quiet, there is 24/7 surveillance of the day. If I had to say something negative, it would be with respect to the maintenance of the apartment for example had damaged plates, air extractor of one of the bathrooms was not in operation and the floating floor caps were damaged... but that was not relevant as we loved the place and location. I recommend the place closed.

The leasing process was very easy, the photos match reality, it felt like being at home, the sector very quiet and beautiful. There is proximity to warehouses and restaurants.

The apartment was in a condominium, so it was private, very quiet and beautiful. Everything was clean and well kept, and the site completely matched the description, so it's totally recommended. Andrés gave clear instructions, was quick to respond to any questions and was always very attentive. Check-in was completely self-contained, which made our arrival much easier. Definitely a great experience and a place I'd come back to.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful, and the facilities excellent. I will definitely be back on my next trip.
