Incredible location, especially recommend for business trips. Very calm area and very close to the lake which is great to take in the scenic views. Good distance to La Marsa, downtown, and the airport. Nadia is a great host and very helpful and always willing to provide advice on life in Tunis and navigate adaptation to a new place. She makes you feel at ease and is personable. Great stay!

The apartment is beautiful, very large, superb view, quiet, very functional. Parking in the basement is a plus. I will come back without hesitation.

The proposed property is very nice with three suites each equipped with their bathrooms. The furniture is of quality and the decoration is very nice. Everything is equipped knowing that in addition to the superb private pool, the only one in the whole residence and the hotel, we have access to all the swimming pools of the hotel. Our host was very responsive to our requests and we highly recommend going through him. This was a great stay and both teenagers and adults enjoyed the suites and the stunning pool.

We had a great stay in your lovely house in front of the sea. It is well decorated and pleasant to live in. It was exactly what we were looking for to spend a few days with family and nothing to worry except going swimming, cooking and sleeping. It was a real break from our daily lives! The kitchen is very well equipped and I particularly enjoyed the small terrace on the top in late afternoon.

Loved this place! It was perfect for my family of four. Location was lovely- quiet, good access to the beach, and an incredible view from the terrace. And Khansa and her husband were some of the best hosts we’ve ever had. They were super responsive, gave us lots of great recommendations, and even had fresh fruit and bottles of water waiting for us in the fridge. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful week at Mohamed Yassine's villa which is more than equipped. The villa is more beautiful in real life. The view is splendid, not overlooked. I would also like to highlight the responsiveness and hospitality during our stay. Cap Zbib and Chat Mami beaches are also close by car. For the bravest, there is also walking distance to the beach (25 min) from the villa overlooking a beautiful wild cove. It's definitely worth a visit. We won't hesitate to come back.

I have traveled a lot, and together with Nice, Tunis was my best trip ever. The accommodation itself was perfect for us, beautiful and very cozy. The view from the balcony was legendary. Lots of bars and restaurants on the same street. 2 streets away, many top fish restaurants. The hostess was simply top. She gave us a perfect description right before the trip and many helpful tips where to find what and of course flexible check-in times (we didn't have to wait a second) Thanks so much for the great time

The apartment is clean and equipped with all you need. The location is perfect, you can walk to the beach, old port, fair fair, restaurants and shops. Thanks to the height, the views are magnificent and it's very cool. The owners are very kind, flexible and helpful (they come to any request immediately). We'll be back with pleasure

a nice quiet area with archaeological visits next door, and the sea... easy to find taxis. The house is spacious and comfortable, beautiful rooms, a great terrace.
