Perfect location, very nice apartment and a great beach on the clean Atlantic. There was nothing missing in the apartment. Feeling like home. At the time of our trip, the ambiance in the vicinity was private, no signs of mass tourism. To our liking. If another trip to Gran Canaria becomes us, we will certainly ask Juan.

We loved Yazmina’s place. It was clean with amazing views and close to a local shop which had lots of choice. What a perfect stay! We would love to return next year to stay at this apartment again as we loved it so much Thank you also to Mikaela for helping us check in and going above and beyond. It was also lovely to speak to Yazmina and thank you for the local recommendations

We had a wonderful stay at Clary’s bungalow. The property is located in a peaceful, tranquil setting moments away from the hustle and bustle of Maspalomas. Easy access to the dunes (which are a must see) & to the shops and restaurants. The bungalow has everything you need - home from home!

A fabulous stay. The house has everything you think you need , literally everything. It was stocked with everything, large and spacious, super clean, bright. The bedroom also has an air conditioner for the hottest nights. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils and also a "nespresso" coffee machine that I appreciated as an Italian. The day and night view from the terrace is fantastic. The neighborhood is quiet , and there are two supermarkets nearby. I travel very often, but I had never found an apartment so organized! Recommended!

Maria's apartment is absolutely perfect. It looked exactly like the photos, although a little smaller than we expected but that didn't bother us. The apartment was lovely, clean and modern. The bed was also very comfortable and a lovely shower. María was super helpful and responsive in any questions we had prior to our arrival. Our flight arrived at 10am and we were able to check in just after 11am which was incredible. On arrival, María gave us a list of recommendations which was so helpful. We also really really appreciated the bottle of wine that was left for us for our recent engagement. It was so thoughtful. The complex is so clean and we felt really safe. The pool is absolutely fab, there were lots of sun loungers available, so no need for early morning rush to reserve them! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return again.

Thank you Sandro. We have just spent a perfect week here. It’s in a superb location, close to everything you could need. Shops, restaurants, buses, taxis, the harbour and of course the beautiful beach. Swim early to get it all to yourself (nearly). Will definitely book again if we return to Puerto de Mogan any time soon. The apartment itself is very clean and equipped with everything you need. Oh and let’s not forget the roof terrace which is absolutely perfect for eating, drinking, or simply lounge around 😍

Highly recommended apartment!!️ The apartment comes with everything you need for a very pleasant rest. Also clean, recently renovated, cozy, with comfortable beds. There is a supermarket close to the apartment. We enjoyed the beaches of Puerto Rico and Amadores, which can be accessed from Los Apartamentos Montemar by going down the stairs. We are so grateful that we could book Paul’s apartment. Everything was perfect. We had a wonderful time with a lot of peace and quiet, but still close to everything. Two beaches to choose from, stunning scenery from living on top of the hill. We really loved it, and hope to come back in the future. Thank you so much, Paul and co-host André, for being so friendly and supportive, and helping us create beautiful memories for life. Next time we will be a bit more adventurous, and perhaps rent a car or a moto to see and explore more of the beautiful island. I can’t wait! :)

Highly recommended accommodation. The treatment by David and Lore was close and friendly, always taking our comfort into account. The space is not very large but it is well distributed and has everything you need. The community is welcoming and the pool is large and well maintained. If you go by car, you'll always find parking in front of the residence. Thank you so much for everything! :)

Amazing stay at Phillip’s place! The highlight was definitely the incredible view from the rooftop jacuzzi – absolutely stunning. Communication with Phillip was smooth and easy. He’s very attentive and truly cares about the comfort of his guests. I’ll 100% be coming back – highly recommended!

A very cozy and cozy little bungalow, with all the necessary amenities, everything was sparkling clean. One also has complete privacy with the nicely finished outdoor space. Francesco is a fantastic host. If we come back to this region, we will definitely book back to this place.

Blanca was a great host. second bedroom very noisy but it was ok for kids. area is very quiet in May, some restaurants close by but good walk to get to busier areas. beautiful beach, easy parking and some restaurants close by.

Everything was great! Manoj welcomed us very kindly and explained and recommended places on the island. Every morning, he has the courtesy of bringing us bread from his bakery. The apartment was very well located and equipped. We loved it!

We’ve been visiting Gran Canaria for several years due to its favourable climate at this time of year. We stumbled on Bahia Feliz totally by chance and we’re glad that we did. Carmen’s place is a bright and airy studio apartment with a balcony, it is small but seems much more specious due to its uncluttered interior. Carmen has put a great deal of effort into making sure everything you need for your stay is catered for. We shall definitely be booking with Carmen in the future.

A very pleasant stay in this apartment "Caramelito II" , super cozy, with an impeccable condition and with all the necessary tools and in perfect condition of use . Stayed here in April with my husband & 3yr old. The location was perfect for easy access to the beach and the pool was practically empty most days! It was a great place to stay away from the hustle and bustle but only took us 5 minutes in a cab to get to Puerto Rico when we wanted. The cab drivers were really friendly and provided car seats for our toddler. It is less than a 5 minute walk with a toddler to the beach or the shop/restaurants. The apartment was a good size and Marcello was a fantastic host. He let us check in early without any difficulty and check out was also a breeze. He was quick to reply leading up to the trip and whilst there. The hotel next door was busy but the pools for the apartments were really quiet. The pool bar is directly below the apartment but the noise never disturbed us and was shut by 11pm anyway. We loved our stay and can't wait to visit again!

Excellent apartment , we had a dream vacation , The balcony is a dream , super quiet the place ,impeccable and tidy the apartment with everything we need and more , Lorenda is very kind and was in every detail you can find from an ice bag and bottle of mineral water waiting for you in the fridge to , washing pills of the clothes , very good quality towels, chandeliers with new candles very full of details . Highly recommended . One of the best apartments to rent in The area with one of the best views of the bay .

Just returned from a week in Marcos apartment. The apartment was very clean, a good space, with a fabulous view. It’s approx a 10 minute walk to the beach /harbour or 10mins in the opposite direction to the commercial centre. Theres a small amount of steps to climb going back but very doable. The infinity pool for the apartments is fabulous. The restaurant Que bein opposite the apartment & crazy horse pub are defo worth visiting . Theres a small supermarket attached to one of the other complex’s down the hill approx 150 yards from the apartment that’s handy for a bottle of water etc or local larger supermarkets only 5 mins away. Lots to do in the area but far away enough from the apartment that there’s no noise.

Beautiful, spacious and modern apartment in a great 📍 location! The lady who helped me with the check-in was an amazing host ! She gave me lots of information and recommendations and helped with everything! Apartment got everything you need plus a nice pool and jacuzzi outside! Perfect place to start and rest for couples or solo travelling. Thank you for having me. Definitely will come back one day! Much recommended!! Gracias ❤️

Vero is a very attentive host who gave detailed instructions on how to check in and where the closest shop and bar was when we arrived, and also on some grate places to visit, such as Mogan. The apartment was just as described, overlooking the sea, with the beach below, and of course the sound of the waves. It had all the amenities we needed, and we had breakfast on the terrace most mornings as it was south east facing and the morning sun. As some other reviewers have said, it was windy at times making it less comfortable to sit out there, but we loved soaking up the 22’c February sunshine. We had amazing views of the kite boarders and wing foilers zooming back and forth. When the wind dropped on the last couple of days it was lovely on the balcony and snorkelling next to the rocks on the beach. It is lovely and quiet and there’s not a lot open locally in Feb, so we walked the mile to Plays Bahia Feliz and its restaurants most nights. It was a real winter tonic. Loved it!

Beautiful and comfortable apartment, with amazing views. if you enjoy the sound of waves then this place is for you. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming, even picking us up from the airport upon arrival. For us this was heaven and we definitely recommend.
