The vacation home is located in a traditional country house with only two residential units and was newly opened in the fall of 2023. A large garden invites you to relax and play. We rent a beautiful ground floor apartment in the countryside near Merazhofen. The apartment offers plenty of space for beautiful days in the Allgäu. The two terraces invite you to relax and grill, while on warm summer days the river Argen invites you to refresh. Two parking space is available in front of the house. The apartment is fully equipped with underfloor heating and can also be heated with a fireplace for the ambience. There is 1 bedroom with 3 beds and one with a double bed.

Family suite with sauna area (XXL family bed)

You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

Allgäuliebe Waltenhofen

From this centrally located accommodation, you are in no time at all important places. Within a three-minute walk you can reach a supermarket, the bakery, the butcher, the pharmacy and a great restaurant with beer garden. The town of Kempten can be reached in five minutes by car, a bus stop is within sight of the house. The apartment (90 sqm) is located on the first floor, is very bright and spacious. The terrace (5x3m) has a view of a fauna flora habitat.

Beautiful cosy small holiday apartment 35 sqm in a really quiet location at the western gate to the Allgäu. Suitable for two persons, if desired also with extra bed, you can spend nice days here in a cosy apartment. There is also a garden with garden furniture, parasol etc. available. In the middle of a beautiful hiking area or rather by bike? A lake in 5 minutes, Lake Constance is only 20 minutes or the Alps about 40 minutes - all within easy reach!

You will stay cozily and authentically on 24 square meters in our "Bauernstüble." In the living room, there is a dining area, a wardrobe, sofa and satellite TV. A staircase leads to the sleeping area with a 140 × 200 cm mattress. Adjacent to the entrance area is a small but fully equipped kitchen. A modern bathroom with underfloor heating and daylight completes the apartment. A washing machine + dryer can be used for €4 per load.

Enjoy a stay in our Masionetten apartment with balcony and mountain view. The apartment is comfortably furnished and perfect for up to two adults and one child. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is there. In addition, the accommodation is centrally located. In just a 10-15 minute walk, the city center can be reached, just as the famous Center Parc is only a 10-minute drive away.

Modern apartment in a quiet location

Welcome to our new, lovingly furnished apartment. The property to be rented is located on the first floor of our single-family home, which was newly built in 2020. The apartment itself was completed in September 2021. We live in an idyllic secluded location but still in close proximity to the mountains or Lake Constance and are therefore the ideal base to discover the beautiful Allgäu.

This special accommodation is located directly on the river and directly at the entrance to the historic old town. Although centrally located in the city, the location on the river creates a feel-good atmosphere all year round. The accommodation is not large, but a perfect base if you want to explore the old town on foot, the surrounding area by bike or the region by car.

In the heart of Memmingen is our apartment on a quiet street in the Gerberviertel. In less than three minutes on foot along the city stream, you are in the old town and can enjoy the variety of shops, restaurants and cafes there. The train station and bus station as well as taxis are a four-minute walk away.
