Small but fine single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance. Direct surroundings are a new development area (single and apartment buildings). The price varies by number of guests. It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800m) but also the surrounding nature are in principle within walking distance. Pitch, WiFi included. The city tax will be charged on site after booking.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

A bathroom with shower and bathtub as well as a fully equipped kitchen incl. a fully automatic coffee machine belong to the apartment. Relax in the cozy living room with smart TV (Amazon Prime, Paramount etc.) and PlayStation 4. Perfect place for relaxing days!

The location was optimal: quiet and less than 10 minutes by bike from downtown Isny. We sat almost exclusively on the large balcony, sometimes at the table, sometimes lounging on the couch. We had a few rainy periods, but they didn't bother us on the balcony. The sun had once driven us in. We have taken hikes, bike tours (including hiking) and excursions to Kempten. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

We had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful apartment and I can only report positives! Everything was as described. Very very clean and beautifully decorated. There is nothing missing in the amenities. Daniela was always happy to help us with questions. The combination of the quiet yet central location between the mountains and Lake Constance has made my stay an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this apartment and look forward to our next visit.
