I had an absolutely perfect stay in this accommodation! The accommodation is exactly as in the photos: clean, well decorated, very well equipped and located in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need, and the terrace is a real plus! Our host was extremely welcoming, responsive and caring. Communication was seamless from start to finish. I recommend it without hesitating this place! A big thank you for this wonderful welcome.

Very friendly welcome, following an injury while hiking, the owner did everything to allow us to enter the accommodation earlier. 👍 Well furnished, pleasant and cool despite the 35° outside.

Awesome character home on the vineyard. matches the photos perfectly, great access to the vineyard grounds where you can see chickens, horses and sheep as you walk around. Perfect for walking into town or day trips to Montpellier & Nimes. Ticked all the boxes for us.

I would highly recommend staying at Eric’s place. The location is beautiful and so peaceful. The place is furnished beautifully, the hot tub is great addition. Eric was so helpful and friendly. We had the best stay.

Lovely home in a charming village . Lots of activities nearby. Very good responsiveness from the hosts . And the real plus when you're a family with 3 children: the washing machine / dryer .

A haven of peace! A sublime building, tastefully renovated and decorated, with a breathtaking view of the countryside. Well-equipped, spacious, quiet rooms and bedding of the best comfort. The pool just downstairs is incredibly well equipped: lots of seating, toilets, very well-equipped kitchen, efficient and pleasant lighting, coffee maker and even dishwasher! A real gem worthy of an architect's magazine! BRAVO and THANK YOU

we spent one night to make a stop on our way and it was perfect very quiet neighborhood easy to access and excellent availability from our host

Le Petit Nid is aptly named. The living room is large and bright, the view splendid, the apartment well appointed and equipped, it is quiet. We spent 5 wonderful days there. Only two things to consider especially for PRMs or (a little) elderly people: the stairs are indeed steep and it is not always possible to park in front, the closest being the parking lot of Le Plantier located about 200m away. Otherwise, nothing to repeat, thank you again!

Excellent stay in this studio which has everything of a cozy cocoon, nothing was missing. Clean and well-equipped, quiet, I felt very good there. I would recommend it in a second.

Fred’s apartment is something truly special. The pictures don’t do it justice, you have to see it in person and feel the breeze that sweeps through the house when the windows are thrown wide open. We loved every minute staying here and would love to come back. Everything in the historic center is walkable and every little street and alley is another adventure to explore. The Jardin Des Plantes (10 minute walk past the mini Arch de Triomphe) was a favorite of ours. We visited twice. And Fred was a fabulous host. He was there to greet us and walk us through the property. It was a very warm welcome. I can’t say enough. Thank you so much, Fred. We loved it.

Beautiful apartment, great location close to everything but very peaceful. The apartment has everything you need and is beautifully decorated. We felt right at home immediately - we were sad to leave!

A lovely apartment on 3rd floor, with balcony, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa bed, modern clean shower room. Extra additions of beach umbrella and towels are useful. access straight onto the beach from building. Good bars, supermarket and restaurants nearby. Tourist office and an excellent Bolangere open all day are both in main square Mairie Annexe. 200 metres away. We had an enjoyable stay.

Listing matching photos and description, which is exceptionally clean. Free parking and residence easily accessible thanks to the guide provided by the host. Jérôme welcomed us as he should and it felt like home. I recommend it!

One of the best Airbnbs I've ever stayed in, impeccable cleanliness, incredible smell in the apartment. The terrace is huge with jacuzzi, BBQ, garden furniture … We were able to enjoy the pool without moderation. Morgane is a quality host, she thought of everything in the small details. She is also always available and very responsive when needed. The residence is rather well located with several shops as well as the beach nearby. Can't wait to come back!!

Very nice apartment, clean, on the top floor of a small building. Laure gives all the necessary guidelines to make our stay easier.

As always, an excellent stay in this apartment where we have our habits. The apartment is perfectly equipped, clean, comfortable and ideally located to enjoy Sète.
