We had a wonderful stay in this accommodation, which perfectly reflects the peaceful and bright soul of Norway. Everything is thought out with taste, simplicity and comfort. The view is simply magical — a true living painting at any time of the day. The apartment was impeccably clean, very well equipped, and perfectly located to discover Grimstad and its surroundings. A huge thank you to our host for his attentive and discreet welcome. This place helped make our trip a calm, beautiful and inspiring break. We leave with a light heart, with the desire to return.

We are very happy with our stay. The apartment corresponded to the description and is beautifully located by the sea. Walking distance (or short bus ride) to the center of Arendal. The apartment matched the photos and was open, bright and cozy and well cleaned. Arne is a very pleasant and proactive host who responds quickly and is prepared to help. Highly recommend both Arne as a host and his apartment!

Great, well-maintained, charming and undisturbed little cabin in scenic and quiet surroundings! Everything matched the description and the place absolutely met expectations. The cabin was very clean and tidy when we arrived and we felt at home there right away! Good communication with quick and complete responses from the landlord both ahead of and during your stay. A cozy cabin with cozy and helpful landlord. A place that we are more than happy to visit again! 🥰

New and fresh apartment in the heart of Grimstad. Very nice host who responded quickly to questions and gave great tips about restaurants, bakeries, etc. Missed light-tight curtains in the bedroom plus bedside table/lamp. Otherwise, very delicate bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Clean and tidy.

We had a fantastic stay right down by the waterfront on the idyllic and beautiful property of Lisbeth and Per Arild. The days were filled with crab fishing, refreshing morning baths, relaxing moments and barbecuing on the edge of the jetty – pure summer idyll! An extra big thank you to Per Arild who took us on an unforgettable boat trip around Borøya, where we got to experience sea eagles at close range. Thank you so much for some memorable and wonderful days with you. We highly recommend this place and will be happy to return!

An absolutely amazing apartment that exceeded all expectations! Modern, spacious and elegantly decorated, with everything one needs for a comfortable stay. Kitchen is fully equipped, bed is incredibly comfortable! The location is perfect – quiet area, but at the same time short distance to the city center. The host is very welcoming and makes sure everything is top notch. This place is a gem and I highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful stay at Cecilie's apartment in late July 2024! The location in Kragerø can right and easily not get better. When you go out from the building you are in the middle of the busiest pedestrian street in the city with a bustling life and good atmosphere. It is not possible to park in the immediate vicinity of the apartment, but there is short term parking a stone's throw from the entrance so that you can get tired if you come by car. We parked the car in the long-term parking at Rema1000 on Kalstad; where it costs 100,- per day or 500,- per week. From there you can take a bus for 7 minutes back to the city center. The apartment was large, bright and spotless! Really nice with handwritten welcome letter with accompanying snacks and refreshments ;) The balcony was small, but with a fantastic view and enough space to enjoy the morning coffee and feel the atmosphere from Kragerø city that comes to life! All in all we were super happy - one of the best Airbnb's we've stayed in! Thank you for us - hope to come back!

We had an amazing long weekend at Jegertunet! The place was just as described – incredibly cozy and absolutely perfect for us: six adults, four children around 10 years old, and a happy dog. The kids stayed in the pool from the time we arrived until we left, with the slide, hot tub and sauna as big favorites. The porch became our focal point for playing, barbecuing and relaxing in the sun. We didn't need to bring anything at all – everything was in place and ready to go, making the stay extra easy and pleasant. We explored the surrounding area with great trips to both the sea and the water nearby, and the tennis court was used extensively by the little ones. An extra bonus was the nice trip to Risør with the small ferry, and the fun visit to the aquarium that created a lot of joy for the whole family. We can highly recommend both the place and the landlord – here you really get everything you need for a super holiday. We would gladly came back!

The location of the rental is great for walking the city, we walked to kilden for a performance. The only drawback is that since it is so central, there was a lot of late night noise from the street. It was a hot day and we needed to keep the windows open at night. Overall I think it’s a great rental, it’s cozy, a little tight for 4 people, but great for walking and seeing the city. Very helpful and friendly host, met us an hour early for checkin.

Cozy and nice place. It could be a bit cramped with 15 people in total, children and adults, if the weather had been bad, but we were warned about that in advance. Big plus for flexible check out time.

Great stay. The location and view were top notch. We were especially happy that there was a canoe to borrow and take a trip on rivers. Unfortunately, there was an error with the waterworks when we were there, so the water was dirty. However, this was not something Warda could do about, and she was great at keeping us updated and paid for the water we had to buy during the stay.

Our family of two adults and two small children had the pleasure of renting Kristina's very cozy summer house in the center of Arendal for 4 days now in July. A small house with lots of soul and charm, a cozy sheltered garden to drink your morning coffee in, and not least; walking distance to everything you need! Within 5 minutes there is a beach, downtown streets with restaurants and cafes, and the harbor with the boats to the surrounding islands. Even though it is very central, the area is also quiet and peaceful, great for families with children. Recommended!

I really enjoyed my stay in Anitas house. The flat is very nice with enough space and you have quite a beautiful view on the water from the bedroom, which I really enjoyed. It is also perfectly located in the centre of the city, so that you can easily reach everything. Very much recommended!

Lovely house with excellent location in idyllic Kolbjørnsvik. We liked it so much last year that we came back:). We love the views! And grilling on the terrace, the light, the peace and quiet, and how easy it is to get to town (the teens come and go as they please with the charming ferry, no need for a car). House is as described, and very bright with the morning sun). Kitchen exceptionally well stocked. Very responsive and helpful hosts.

We spent 5 days in the wonderfully cozy and clean apartment and immediately felt comfortable. The amenities are impeccable and thanks to small touches we were able to start relaxing right away. We have nothing to complain about and can recommend the accommodation without restriction and with all our heart.

Nice location with a beautiful view, close to many stores and center also Magnus is a great host very fast to replay and helped us with everything we needed. I definitely recommend! ♥️

Ida and Sven's lodge is a truly amazing place! Incredibly private and peaceful, with south facing views overlooking the sea, our family (2x adults, 1 six year old, 2x teenagers) had a very restful week, swimming in the sea, BBQing, reading, boards games etc. The rooms are tastefully designed, the kitchen is very well appointed and the lodge is decorated with Ida and Sven's personal things that make it feel personal and homely. But not cluttered and plenty of space to unpack your things. We used the kayakes and rowing boat, and were offered the motor boat (which we did not use in the end), and went around the bay, seeing very few other people over the course of the week. This very special week will be lodged in my memory for a long time.

We had a great stay and it was easy to communicate with the nice owner. The apartment is beautiful with the best view over town and sea. I can highly recommend this apartment and I hope to get the opportunity to rent here again. Best Julieane
