The place has breath-taking views of Gjessøya, Mærdø, Havsøysund and Galtesund. In the evening you can see the light from the Torungen guy from the bed. There is a private jetty with a swimming ladder and plenty of room for many boats. The boathouse is well equipped, with rowboat, two kayaks, fishing gear, life jackets, etc. Pioneers 14 with 20 hp (2019 model) can be rented with the cottage if desired.

Waterfront summer house, five bedrooms, beach

Our summer house is situated just 15 km outside Arendal on a many acres large piece of land on the island of Tromøya, which is accessable by car. It has its own beach and small boat landing. It has a spectacular view of the ocean. The house consists of two common rooms and five bedrooms. Two of them each has to single beds, the rest twin beds. The bathroom on the ground floor has a shower and washing machine. There is a toilet on the 1. floor, where you will also find three of the bedrooms.

Large house with many bedrooms. The house is located close by the sea. It has garden and dock in front of the house. It is a beautiful place for swimming and fishing. Boat with outboard motor can be rented as well. The house is newly refurbished and has bright pleasant interior. New kitchen. Parking. Central location near the center of Arendal. 5 min by car, 10 min by bike, 30 min by walk. If you want to visit Dyreparken Zoo in Kristiansand it takes 40 min by car.

Holmesund

Nyt late dager i dette idylliske Sørlandshuset. Havutsikten fra kjøkken og stue må oppleves. Huset ligger i en stor frodig hage med frukttrær og bærbusker, og har egen brygge. Huset er nylig renovert og har nytt bad med regndusj, håndkletørker og varmekabler. Kjøkkenet er utstyrt med alt man kan ønske seg av hvitevarer og annet kjøkkenutstyr. Gjestene kan fritt bruke husets to havkajakker og motorbåten for å utforske området eller handle mat.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.

Moderne hytte med sjøutsikt og alle fasiliteter, på Vessøyneset, mellom Arendal (10 min) og Grimstad (10 min). Bygget i 2015, med 4 soverom, 1 bad og stor, åpen stue/kjøkkenløsning. Romslig terrasse og kort vei til Norges fineste strender. Grimstad og Arendal byr på sørlandsidyll, kafeer og kulturopplevelser. 3 parkeringsplasser. Gode bussforbindelser til både Grimstad og Arendal. Kristiansand Dyrepark ligger kun 35 min unna med bil.

Cabin on Tromøya with beach line + jetty

New high standard cabin (2022) especially nice and sheltered location. The cabin is a few meters from the sea and Raet National Park and has its own beach and jetty. It has many patios and good sun conditions. Access: The property is located at the heart of Hovekilen, by Sandum bridge. There is a private road through the neighboring cabin plot to parking at the property, which is about 10 meters away from the cottage.

Idyllic cabin, quiet and peaceful

At our idyllically located small farm, we rent out the guesthouse. Great view of Vatnebu water. Own sandy beach and the possibility of borrowing a canoe or boat for recreation or fishing. Game hall on the barn with table tennis, air hockey, darts and Fussball. A very great outdoor space. Here there is a lot to enjoy for both young and old.
