The apartment is exactly as described, with beautiful light and very spacious. Moran is an excellent host, always very responsive every time we had a question. The location is perfect, walkable distance to many restaurants and a great shopping center. We loved it and we’ll be back!

Excellent stay, better than what you see in the photos

Carolina was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The apartment was more spacious than in photos, and was very comfrotable. As mentioned in another post, there is noise in the bedroom from bars outside on Fri/Saturday night, so jusy be prepared to cover that sound if you are a lighter sleeper. The building is great, the pool area and view is amazing, and the location is very walkable and safe.

We really enjoyed this week at Peter's place. As a newcomer to the American continent, Peter helped us with all questions: airport transfer, car rental, money exchange, bus ticket, visit market, etc. The house is spacious , the bed has a good mattress, the air conditioning cools down quickly and the kitchen is well equipped. Great was the new grill on the large terrace, which we used a lot. Finally, the large pool in the middle of the bird-rich garden is even enchantingly lit in the evening. Excellent apartment, it is well designed and decorated with very good quality. It includes all the services it offers. As for the cleanliness, it's impeccable. A very nice balcony with a large grill included, wide views in the windows of all the rooms. Very spacious garage and has a trunk. Highly recommended. I'd come back without thinking. From the moment you enter, you can notice the attention to detail, the neatness and the affection they put into the space to make it a perfect stay. The apartment and building's amenities make it a stay that exceeds expectations, and the location is also incredible because it has everything you need nearby. The neighborhood lends itself to a quiet walk and is no more than 10 minutes by car from the main shopping centers and places that someone would like to visit. Viviana is a very attentive host, always willing to help guests and make the stay much more enjoyable, which is greatly appreciated as a foreign visitor. It is a highly recommended space for short or long stays because it has everything you need to develop the day to day with ease.
