Enric is een super vriendelijke host. Bij elke vraag hadden we binnen 5 minuten antwoord. Een tuin waar je kunt zitten en een heerlijk zwembad waar je kunt relaxen. Ook binnen kun je zitten (tafel met stoelen en een fijne bank). De douche is prima, en het bed ligt fijn. Het plafond in de keuken en badkamer is laag dus niet echt geschikt voor langere mensen 1.85m ging nog prima.

Gemma is incredibly responsive and kind. She’s the best host I’ve ever had. The apartment is darling. The AC works great. The kitchen is small, but efficient. Unfortunately I cannot sleep on a firm mattress on the beds are very very firm. They are great for people that like a hard mattress or have back issues. Gemma could not have been more kind and I appreciate her responsiveness.

El apartamento es tal cual aparece en las fotos, bien equipado. Está en una zona tranquila pero bien comunicado, en 15-20 minutos llegas al centro de Madrid. Ana María y Javier son encantadores, siempre atentos y dando buenos consejos sobre transporte público, restaurantes o cualquier cosa que necesites. Volveremos seguro.

마누엘은 우리가 늦게 도착하여도 괜찮다고 안심시켜주었습니다. 우리가 도착했을 때, 마누엘은 직접 나와 숙소에 대해 안내해주었습니다. 숙소에는 명시한 서비스 품목들이 전부 있었으며, 아주 깔끔했습니다. 특히나 도심에 있었기 때문에 웬만한 곳은 전부 걸어갈 수 있다는 것이 가장 큰 장점입니다. 다음에 마드리드에 또 오게 된다면 이곳을 다시 찾고 싶습니다. 고마워요, 마누엘!

Room DeLuxe A2-Ha Pozuelo Center

Very clean place, minimalistic but has all you need. Plenty space for each guest I was attended by Carlos, who was super responsive, polite and thoughtful. Before I even asked, Carlos had already sent me detailed instructions to find the place, to check in, to use the apartment etc in both English and Spanish with pictures and videos. Was quick to answer my every need and question. There are a couple mini markets less than 5 minutes walking distance which have almost anything you could need. I'll definitely be looking to book this place again next time.
