It is an incredible option to stay in Madrid, very good location, shops and supermarket very close. The apartment is very clean, has everything you need and the beds are very comfortable. We definitely recommend this place and would use it again.

Excellent stay at Jorge's house! The house is very nice, comfortable and cozy. The cleanliness is impeccable, everything was perfectly tidy and with a wonderful smell. The sheets had a very pleasant aroma that made the experience even more special. The kitchen was spotless and equipped with everything you need. Location is perfect, close to everything we needed. My partner, two friends and I stayed at Alexandra's apartment and loved it. The decoration is exquisite, everything was super clean and in place, the service was wonderful, and 5 minutes away is the "Ciudad Lineal" metro station, which is served by line 5, which takes you to the heart of Gran Vía in 20 minutes. We'll be back for sure!!!

The accommodation is as it appears in the photos. It's small but functional, perfect for two people. The location of the house is great, as it has bus and subway stations very close. There are also plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, at night you don't hear any noise. They were very flexible with the arrival time and that was great for us. They were very kind at all times and left the apartment clean, tidy, with shower gels, etc.

We stayed a month for the whole family and we are especially happy for the facilities offered by Francisco, who facilitated us flexible entry, making it easier to carry suitcases beforehand so that the entrance and logistics were simpler with the children.

AAA + Place for vacations

This beautiful apartment was exactly as described. We felt at home immediately. The terrace and the greenery outside were beautiful as well. The kitchen was very well stocked. The rooms were impeccable. Everything was super clean, organized and comfortable. Since the apartment faces the interior, it is a very quiet ambiance. Having a supermarket so close was a plus. There are a lot of good restaurants and coffee places close by as well. The hosts were very communicative and agreeable to our check in and check out hours. We look forward to repeating using this apartment in the future.

Ramón's apartment is literally as he describes it. It is an oasis that you do not expect to find in the middle of a city like Madrid. He has been attentive to our needs at all times and has been very attentive and friendly with us! We would definitely love to come back!

Very comfortable apartment with everything we needed. Eduardo was helpful and left all the information very clearly. The location is excellent, there are parking spaces on the street and it was also very easy and quick to get to the center by bus that stops almost at the door. There are also shops nearby, a market, a pharmacy and good bars. We took advantage of the outdoor area for a pleasant breakfast, it was a pity we didn't have time to ride a bike, since the surroundings are very pleasant. I highly recommend it!

A beautiful house, very spacious with a lovely swimming pool that is shared with others in the condominium but was never crowded. We had a great time there. Hosts very responsive.
