Clean and quiet place to stay. The location was excellent - close to a metro step and walking distance to a busy part of town. Mercedes was also an extremely friendly and helpful host. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here!

Excellent place to stay. Patricia is an American living in Spain for 40 yrs - thus the best of both worlds. Spotless location, very accommodating and friendly. An entire room and living room to yourself so plenty of space . I came in June and NO A/C in the bedroom would be fine anytime outside of summer , but for me this one detail made the stay quite sweaty at nights :) A fan is over the bed which just moved warm air :) - all to say, something to consider about staying here in the summer. Apt on 8th floor w elevators, so luggage not an issue. Thank you, Patricia!

Mercedes es una persona excelente, muy atenta y considerada; siempre estuvo dispuesta a prestar ayuda y atenta a lo que yo necesitara. Recomiendo totalmente alojar en la casa de ella. Además me tocaron días de mucho calor en Madrid y el dpto. de Mercedes fue un oásis, sumamente fresco y cómodo, hay negocios para todo lo que necesites, incluidos algunos bares y café donde tomar algo o desayunar si lo quería hacer. Muy buena movilización a pocas cuadras y muy seguro regresar, incluso regresando muy tarde en la noche. Recomiendo totalmente alojar con Mercedes. Volvería cerrando los ojos a la casa de Mercedes si necesito regresar a Madrid. Mónica/de Estocolmo.

I had to extend a stay in Madrid suddenly for a number of days following a car issue and could not have been made to feel more welcome by Luz, Albert and their wonderful family. I have travelled extensively and this is unquestionably one of the best Airbnb experiences I have ever had. I can't thank them enough for their welcome and kindness. A super relaxing and peaceful house and surroundings to work and relax in, I look forward to booking again in the future the next time I am in Madrid.

Carlos war ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber und sehr grosszügig und herzlich. Bei unserer Ankunft begrüsste er uns mit einer unglaublichen Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken (laktosefreie Milch, Vollmilch, Sojamilch, Tee, Kaffee, Marmelade, Butter, Toastbrot, Obst, Croissants, Wein, Bier etc). Carlos war sehr hilfreich und aufmerksam. Er gab uns im vorab viele Empfehlungen für Madrid und war auch während unserem Aufenthalt jederzeit erreichbar und fürsorglich. Ausserdem hatte er eine Metro Karte zur Verfügung gestellt, den wir aufladen und benutzen konnten, dies verinfachte unsere Rundreise in Madrid. Die Wohnung war makellos. Alles war sehr sauber und sorgfältig gepflegt. Carlos hatte kleine Aufmerksamkeiten (Schokoladen, Kerzen, Handcreme und Gesichtsmasken) in jedem Zimmer für uns hinterlassen. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet (Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer). Wir waren eine Gruppe von 7 Personen und hatten viel Raum. Wir danken Carlos für Alles! Bleib so wie du bist ❤

Très beau séjour à Madrid, appartement bien situé et de bonne qualité, hôte très accueillant et flexible.

Es perfecto si no planeas estar dentro del alojamiento mucho tiempo durante el día. Es comodo y tiene todo lo que necesites para poder disfrutar tu estadía. Ivan está pendiente de lo que necesites responde rápido y es muy amable. La zona en la que se ubica es tranquila y accesible, tiene la estación de metro Rio Rosas muy cerca y la línea 1 del metro que conecta toda la ciudad pasa por ahí. Tiene muchos restaurantes cerca recomendados como Casa Pei o Mo de Movimiento. Disfrutamos nuestra estancia aquí.

This was a great cozy and budget friendly place to stay. If you are comfortable with stairs, the 7 flights up is not too bad (bringing the suitcases up may take a while however). The space is small. We were two of us, and we would’ve felt crowded with 3 or 4. I am 5’8 or 172cm. I had my head knelt almost always. I would say those taller than 5’10 should not stay here. Alvaro was a great and friendly host, and we enjoyed our stay.

superbe logement à l'extérieur du centre de Madrid mais très proche avec le métro à proximité restaurants et un grand Carrefour pour les courses sinon super idée le petit déjeuner prêt croissant sous vide chocolat en poudre café en dosettes jus et lait en briquettes pour le reste tout est au top moderne encore merci à Daniel

Juan fue muy amable y estaba pendiente en todo momento para cualquier duda. También nos indicó como funcionaba el transporte público de Madrid y cómo llegar al centro de la forma más rápida y eficiente.

El apartamento estaba muy bien relación calidad precio, los propietarios muy solícitos y muy amables. Aunque la zona estaba lejos de lo que queríamos hacer, era una ubicación tranquila, lejos del bullicio para descansar. Muy, muy recomendable!

Muy buena la comunicación con Paulo, el lugar es tal cual se muestra en las fotografías. Muy limpio y agradable. Al llegar estaba todo limpio, ordenado, con muy buen aroma. El piso estaba con el Aire Acondicionado encendido por lo que todo estaba maravilloso y fresco para esta fecha. buena estadía. Volvería a hospedarme ahí.

Perfect Stay in the Heart of Madrid! This Airbnb was absolutely perfect – the location couldn’t be better! It’s right in the center of Madrid, walking distance to everything: restaurants, shops, attractions, and public transport. You truly feel like you’re in the middle of it all. The host was incredibly responsive and made everything easy from check-in to checkout. Communication was smooth and fast, which made the whole stay stress-free. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Madrid. Great experience all around!

The place was nice, tidy and smells good! Home was very cozy. 🩷 If you are looking for a place to stay, Juliana’s place would be your best bet! Very close to the train station, convenience stores and pharmacy just a few steps away.. And community is very quiet! Thank you Juliana and Duchi for the amazing stay. 🩷

From the start she was very helpful, giving clear instructions from the station to the door. Although she wasn’t confident to use English and my Spanish is minimal, she was very quick to use an app to explain the set up. I was only there for one night, which must have been an inconvenience for her, but she was very friendly, and provided the perfect breakfast. It was particularly hot in Madrid that week, but the room had an effective aircon unit, which helped.

A very pleasant accommodation, the apartment was great, clean, and well-connected to public transport. Rocio was a fantastic host, and her company was very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this accommodation. There are many restaurants, bakeries, and grocery stores in the area—whatever you need is within easy reach.

Un lugar encantador y perfecto para desconectar y con unas anfitrionas muy atentas y cercanas.

La posizione e' ottima per raggiungere tutte le principali attrazioni di Madrid anche a piedi, l'ingresso si trova in uno degli angoli di Plaza Mayor. Sissi e' gentile e disponibile. La stanza e' piccola ma il soggiorno condiviso con l'host e' grande e accogliente. Considerando anche il costo e' un'eccellente soluzione per una breve visita alla citta'.
