Recently renovated apartment, elevator, located in the Barrio de La Latina, 5 minutes from the Plaza Mayor and 10 from the Puerta del Sol. The Apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. It consists of two full bathrooms, one with separate shower and toilet cabin, 2 bedrooms, and an integrated kitchen room, with all appliances, in which there is a 1.35 sofa bed. Coffee and infus Open up the tall wooden shutters and let in the Spanish sun at a cool, contemporary abode with rustic wooden beams and elegant paneling. Statement white headboards and geometric accents bring the period space up to date. The apartment is situated on the second floor of a renovated traditional building with lift. There are two main double rooms and capacity for 6 people using the sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and the entire apartment has been decorated by a designer making your home in Madrid. Amenities: TV, Wifi , Central Heating, Air Conditioning in living room, Fridge, Dishwasher, Microwave , Owen and Washing machine We will arrange the check in time depending on your arrival time. It is normally from 3pm but we will do our best to have the apartment ready for you ASAP. Anything you need during your stay, feel free to contact us! La Latina is one of the city's most atmospheric neighbourhoods. There are quite a few nightlife spots, but the area is known as having the best concentration of tapas bars. La Latina occupies the oldest area in Madrid inside the city walls. Ideally located for public transport. Many transport services are a few minutes walking (metro, bus, taxi, bicycle for rent (Bicimad), rental car). Also there is a parking very close in Plaza de la Cebada for those who brings their own car.

The apartment was very good, since it had a lot of space and good acoustics, but the parking is quite tight if you have a very large or wide car. I just think the doors and walls need a little maintenance, but everything else is very good. I don't know how it will be in the middle of summer, but for spring it works very well because you don't need air or a fan. In the case that you watch TV, yes, it is a bit old, maybe I should leave a smart TV, the wifi is perfect, you can telework.

I stayed in this apartment for four days with my family and we had a good time. The location is very central, with everything you need just a few steps away, including the subway, which, however, we used little because the city can be easily visited on foot. Despite being in a central area, the apartment is very quiet thanks to its location inside a courtyard. During the week, there was work going on in the building, but it didn't bother us because we were out all day. The apartment, although a bit cramped for four people, was still functional since we only used it for sleeping. Check-in and check-out were flexible, and the host was always available and quick to respond. Recommended!
