The place is exactly as described, and squeaky clean! Glad to have chosen this place to stay and will consider again.

We had a great stay at Camp Trinidad. The cabin was exactly like the pictures. So well kept and cozy. Everything needed in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom was there. We loved the deck and gas fire pit in the evenings. The amenity, games, and public areas were so welcoming. A great place if you’re looking to spend time on the N. California coast and especially the Redwoods National forest.

This was our second stay with Pauline. She's a dear. We had a great time and especially appreciated having a new property mascot--Max. This friendly, welcoming pouch really made us feel right at home.

Daisy and the Petrolia cabin were wonderful! The treck up the hill is short but verrry steep, just as described. The cabin itself is really cool. The big windows all around really make you feel like you're IN the nature but protected. The bed is very comfortable and I loved sitting in the window seat to watch the sunsets and nature. There is a cool copper tub and outdoor shower. The outdoor shower was my favorite. Something about the cool breeze and warm water. Petrolia itself was stunning and such a cool place. It is very remote but there are many cool places to check out during the day. Daisy provides a very helpful guide with directions to neat places. The big beach has a beautiful eeriness to it. Also the cabin has a neat history to it and the ceramic sculptures really add to the magicalness of it all. I will definitely be visiting again!

The cabin was lovely, it was clean, comfortable and in a great location to explore the Redwoods. Easy check in, good communication and even managed to move our dates last minute which we really appreciated. Thank you!

The cabin was beautiful, comfortable & nicely furnished. The yard, hot tub, upstairs & downstairs deck/patio areas were wonderful. I loved seeing a variety of wildlife. I also liked the privacy aspect, being at the end of a long, separate driveway in a quiet area. A very peaceful & pleasant stay, with a cute little park nearby. I appreciated the host's clear instructions regarding location & check out. I will absolutely be back. Thanks so much for your hospitality and the lovely visit.

Cute place to get away and not too far from places to hike. A lady is staying in the downstairs room and is really nice. She has her horses, goats, and donkeys in the yard. We couldn’t even tell she was there unless we went outside while she was feeding her animals.

This is a great private place to stay in a beautiful area! We enjoyed the rustic feel and Robert was a great host.

We LOVED staying at Marke’s place! He provided us with a complimentary bottle of wine and bag of wood for a bonfire upon our arrival. He showed us around the cabin and made sure we knew where everything was, how the water system worked, etc. We did have to get the keys directly from Marke and hand them off to him upon leaving, so if you’re looking for a contactless check in this place probably isn’t for you. However, we loved our personal interactions with Marke and the hospitality he provided! The location of the property is also ideal! Right next to Sue-Meg State Park and not far from all things Redwoods State and National Parks!

My friend and I were celebrating our birthdays out of town and we loved staying at the place we rented out for a week. It was quiet, comfortable, and had all the things we needed to clean, cook, etc. Also, having the beach right across from us was such a nice plus! I got to take my little fur baby out for a walk with my friends and we both enjoyed the nature and scenery.

We had a great stay! It’s breathtakingly beautiful out there. We saw a bunch of birds and deer, really enjoyed sitting out on the deck. I loved the banana slugs!! Thanks for everything, David!

We thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful property amongst the redwoods. The natural wood cabinetry, high tank pull chain toilet, and sky light in master shower were just some of the unique things we loved about this property. Our little ones enjoyed exploring the grounds in search of Big foot, ha ha 😂. There is also a lovely porch swing that was nice to just sit and relax in the serenity of the surroundings. This place will hold a special place in our hearts for the family memories made here. Thank you for sharing your home.

Perfect staycation, close enough to town but If you're looking for a retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, this cabin in the redwoods is the perfect escape. Already planning our next visit.

Carl was super communicative! Place was cozy and quaint for our night through Trinidad while we work our way up the coast.

we had an amazing stay, the location is perfect along the coastline and in close proximity to all my favorite spots. The beds are super comfortable and we felt so well rested. the cabin is super cute and cozy with everything we needed and my dog loved exploring the property and the river access.

Great spot for exploring Eureka and nearby parks. Loved the 70s theme, free samples, and communing with the cats and goats. Place is well equipped and was very quiet while we were there. We didn’t get to meet the hosts, but they were great to deal with in the app. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

Lovely property. House is very inviting and the huge garden is amazing. My dog enjoyed exploring it with Celine's 2 little dogs. Walkable to trails, within 10 minutes drive to beaches, and 35-70 minutes to various parts of the redwood forests. Huge dog park nearby and Moonstone beach where dogs are allowed off-leash. Celine was friendly and helpful, providing lots of tips on where to eat and visit. She also gave me a can of bear spray when I expressed concern about hiking alone at Redwood National Forest. Would recommend!

What a GEM!!! A super quaint, quiet, private cabin! The VIEW!! The BEACH steps away!! So close to grocery store- we opted to eat at home rather than dining out just to take in the amazing sunset from our private deck, surrounded by gardens. We spent 3 days exploring redwoods from this central location.

Nice little cabin to sleep up to four. Description and reviews were accurate. The cabin was easy to find, very clean and well stocked for cold weather- plenty of blankets, heated blanket and space heater! The night light in bathroom was a good touch.

We loved our stay, it was beautiful and peaceful. The hosts were helpful but not intrusive. Hope to come back again.
