Villa holiday rentals in Arcadia

Honestly can't speak highly enough of our trip to this beautiful Villa. Met Nikolaos and his partner upon arrival, both very warm and friendly people who ran through the entire villa to ensure we knew how things worked and where everything was. Place was already stocked up on small items like water, fruit jam, bread, butter, fruit etc etc. The place itself is just absolutely stunning, the views you can't get enough of, the furniture and beds are unbelievably comfortable, luxury towels and bathrobes, slippers, Plenty of privacy with the main town just a short walk away. I would without a doubt recommend this villa to anyone looking for that something extra special, i know we personally would come back every year if possible. Kind Regards Ashley & Becky

We had a great week at Konstantinos' place. The house and garden are super well maintained and very clean - the location great - directly across from the beach and a small harbor. You will find many tavernas within walking distance. Konstantinos was super nice and hospitable he always gave us tips and asked in between if we needed anything and on the last day there was even a little surprise. We really felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

I don't even know where to start because our stay was so magical. Mariangela and Michael were two of the most incredible hosts I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Their local recommendations guided our entire stay, and learning all about the local history was fascinating and such an added bonus. We changed our reservations to stay another two nights because we loved it so much and felt so at peace and at home. Waking up to birds singing and having such a beautiful place to relax and swim was the highlight of our 15 days in Greece. I cannot recommend this home and the hosts enough--we were treated like family and welcomed with open arms. My mother and I were traveling together and are both Greek, and it meant the world to learn Greek phrases and local tips on our first visit to our home country. We will definitely be back and there is no question we will stay here again. Thank you for everything, we are so grateful!

Villa was in an amazing and peaceful location. Property was spotlessly clean and exactly as described. Communication with the owners was always simple with immediate response via watsapp. Everything needed and more for a comfortable stay was available in the villa and the pool was a perfect place to relax during the hot afternoons. The 'almost ' private beach was a short drive and several excellent restaurants were available nearby in Poulithra. Will very much hope to return in the future.

Everything was more than perfect and deserves more than 5 stars The house is amazing ideally placed the view is amazing The house is perfectly equipped, we are better than at home absolutely nothing is missing Maria had planned a meal because we arrived on a bank holiday These recommendations on places to visit are clear She makes a lot of effort to communicate in multiple languages Our privacy is respected even if she lives on the ground floor of the house All worth 6 out of 5 stars We'll be happy to go back. Great stay, amazing view and easy to get around by car in the area. Big sized apartment with great outdoor area and views. Perfect for a get away with all the amenities needed and a lovely host

We visited this beautiful villa as a group of 8 adults and 2 infants, and had the most wonderful time. The space is perfect with plenty of room, the pool was lovely, and the views across the hills fantastic. Really brilliantly situated between Nafplio and Tolo, both were easily accessible with all there was to explore, including Epidavros a short drive away, whilst two local restaurants in walking distance provided the authentic Greek dining experience in the local village. Nok and Ejnar were perfect hosts, not only making our stay as comfortable as possible, but also giving advice when one of the infants was unwell, recommending a local paediatrician who was great. Couldn’t recommend their Villa, or themselves as hosts, highly enough. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Very spacious living spaces and outdoor areas, with beautiful views of the sea, lake and mountains! Except for the failure of the hot tub on the first evening, everything was perfect! But we also understood that some things just can't be fixed within a few days. Tip for the next guests: Stay strong and don't feed the cats! There are more and more of them every day and they are becoming more and more intrusive!

I've been to my shares of Airbnb through my travels, and this is by far, the best experience I've had. Dimitris and Frosso are exceptional hosts. Made sure we had supplies upon arrival, and are exceptional at communicating. Dimitris gave fantastic local recommendations, provided insightful tips, and even helped arranged my 50th birthday dinner on a holiday when most restaurants were closed. We ended up hanging out with them every morning and had incredibly interesting chats. Wished we got to stay longer and hope to be back again in the future!

Wow! Such an amazing villa. The view was so cool , the rooms and the pool zone are wonderful. The hospitality was perfect! Defiantly we comeback next season!! Tnx .

This place was hands down the best we, or anyone in our group, have ever stayed at. It's absolutely beautiful, modern, and offers plenty of indoor and outdoor space, including a fantastic outdoor kitchen that's perfect for groups. We loved absolutely everything about this place - the breathtaking views, the comfortable accommodations, and the charming nearby town of Epivadros. We used this location as our starting point to explore various nearby places, and there's even a beach just a short drive from the villa. Chrysthania was incredibly generous with the amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked, and she even surprised us with cold drinks. She went above and beyond and arranged us with a delicious dinner in the villa on our first night as we got to the villa around midnight after a long day. With plenty of room to accommodate all 14 of us in comfort and luxury, we can't recommend this place enough

An amazing castle like home over a very large olive gorge overlooking the ocean. Absolutely stunning scenery all around us. Home had all the amenities one would hope for and then some. Very large space for our family of 9. Pool and hot tub were a hit plus tons of games including foosball and ping ball. The upper deck was perfect for sunsets. And while we did not use they had this amazing wood fire BBQ and sitting area one could use. The location was great. We were basically on side of mountain in a secluded area but close enough to small villages and beaches. Lots of tavernas within 10 mins…4 tavernas within 1/4 mile (although 2 were closed due to slow season). Getting into Kalamata city center was about 25 mins and well worth it. Ann provided several suggestions on her Airbnb page. While there is taxi service i would highly recommend having your own vehicle Ann has a local host, Joanna, helping out and was super helpful and very responsive. Don’t hesitate to rent this place!

This days we stayed at Nektaria’s place were magical… The place is beautiful, had everything you need, clean, well decorated… it felt unreal to be honest! Nektaria gave us really good tips, she is a fantastic host! We had 3 small kids with us that had the time of their life in the swimming pool and beach. It felt very private and comfortable, exactly what we needed. I hope to come back as soon as possible, as this is by far the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed. Thank you Nektaria, for everything.

The villa is beautiful and Areti and Nikolaos were great hosts. Nikolaos was quick to respond to questions and always accommodating. The place was spotless and the recently remodeled facilities were top notch, it was lovely to spend a few evenings in the pool with the stars out and some music playing. Nafplion is a beautiful town with a ton of great restaurants just a five minute drive away. We also visited Corinth (about a 50 min drive) and the sunken city off the beach of Epidaurus (about 30 mins away). Highly recommended!

Our family of 7 (with 2 young children) had a wonderful stay. We had plenty of room with lots of space inside and out. Beautiful, clean pool and outdoor kitchen were great. The resident pup was a hit with the kids! Beautiful views of sunrise and sunset and the lit Palamidi. We felt right at home from the start. John was very responsive with answers to our questions and the caretakers were there to help as well. The villa is an easy drive to Nafplio for restaurants and shopping. Close to beaches. Thoroughly enjoyed an afternoon at Axion Esti bee farm, learning about honey and beekeeping. I would gladly come back here on our next trip to the area.

This beautiful, old-style home was beautifully situated with exquisite views. The pool and outdoor area were particularly enjoyable for the children and family meals. Plenty of space for all of us and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals.

Our holiday in this house was beyond our expectations. Finding the place clean and all essentials inside, the stay was truly comfortable and easy. The owner of the house was very responsive to all our questions, and kind. Location of the house is also perfect; just a 2-minute walk to the beach, and very convenient to restaurants in which you can find great Greek cousine. I highly recommend this property for anyone who seeks a calm holiday in a well-cared-for home in such a convenient setting as well as a a beautiful beach and the sea. Hope to visit there again !

Felt well taken care of. Host was easy to reach with any question. Amazing views. Could not be beat. Of course, there are lots of things to see in the area, but we did not wish to leave the view, so we still have most of these on our to do list for a future visit. The villa has ample space. No clutter, but everything one needs. Space is arranged to maximise the view. Quite private. Not overlooked. Couldn't think of anything to improve.

if you're looking for something that's a little outside of the big cities in Greece this is a place to check out. be careful of Google maps as some of the roads are not there that are listed in Google maps. the location in Villa are beautiful with the swimming pool in views. a nice Oasis. to make it even better we were greeted with fresh homemade Greek cookies.

Our villa was magnificent. The view from the pool of the sea and mountains was so beautiful, and it was the perfect location to watch the sunset. The villa itself was beautifully and tastefully appointed - clean, comfortable and had everything we needed, including a full kitchen. The hosts were very kind and responsive and provided coffee, wine and a homemade cake for us upon arrival. I highly recommend a stay here - it’s fabulous!

We had the best stay at Dimitris’ house. The house and the pool were beautiful, as were the surroundings. There’s also a lot to see in the area, and the town nearby (Koroni) has some great restaurants. Peroulia beach is only 3 minutes by car and is also beautiful, with a good beach bar and sun beds. Dimitris was a great host, who was always available for questions. We have never returned from our holiday so relaxed. We will definitely return to this place!

This is one of the most beautiful places we have stayed. The house is in the most stunning location with fantastic views across the bay…and the beach is just a few steps down the olive grove. The pool and house are lovely and contained all we needed. Regula was a friendly & welcoming host and it was a joy to stay in her beautiful house. We will be back. Thoroughly recommended.
