The house is cozy and spacious, with drinking water provided. However, as a mom of two babies and a clean freak, I found the bathroom quite dirty—there were soap stains on the walls, and the grout was blackened. I also suspect the main door frame had termites, as bits of decayed wood kept falling to the floor, which we had to sweep often to keep our babies safe. The kitchen is very nice, and the rooms are squeaky clean. However, there were no cabinets or storage spaces for clothes and luggage, and nowhere to hang clean clothes in the rooms. Still, we had a good stay overall. If given the chance, we’d definitely book this place again. The hosts are very responsive, present when needed, and provide clear instructions. This was my second time booking one of Tatiana Roses’s places—last year and again this year—and both experiences were great.

Location is good, near Clark and Friendship hiway where a lot of restaurants are located. The place is clean and bery near the gate. The pool is dirty though, I gues because there's a lot of construction going on and it's a community pool. Overall we had a great stay. Thank you!

We really enjoyed Emman’s place. The place was great and very spacious with lots of activities to do with the family and kids. The swimming pool and hot tub were a nice bonus including the billiards and air hockey. The environment was peaceful and quiet with lots of greenery around. Emman was super responsive during the entire process from the moment i was inquiring about the accommodation through to checkout. The caretaker was also very helpful during our stay and very polite. We will definitely come back and recommend this place to family and friends.

I suggest placing the location pin more accurately and adding some signages to make the place easier to locate. There should be daily garbage disposal to prevent flies. Additionally, the caretaker must ensure the pool is cleaned every day.

Next time my family goes on vacation to Philippines,still look if the this place is available to stay in. I highly recommend this Airbnb. Minor thing is mosquitoes and crawling insects get in to the room due to a gap in between doors and short curtain’s,so we have to used our luggage bag to blocked the bottom of the glass door. For sure that can be done in the future. The rest perfect. Thank you

Aya’s place looks exactly like the photos—what you see is what you get. Our family had a great time! The space is so big that everyone found their own cozy spot to relax and unwind. The AC is cold, check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the people on-site were kind and courteous, which made our stay even more comfortable. Aya was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and setting clear expectations about potential downsides like flies and occasional brownouts. But none of that stopped us from enjoying our stay. Everything we needed was provided, and she was even kind enough to set up the room just the way we liked. Overall, we had a blast—her place is definitely one of our favorite summer getaways!

Renzo and Robert were wonderful hosts. The house that my family stayed at was immaculate and smelled great. The rooms were brightly lit, wonderfully clean, and with cold a/c. The bathrooms were modern in design, well maintained, and the showers had hot water. The wifi was fast and strong to my kids' delight. My father-in-law liked that there was Netflix on the tvs. He liked to wind down and relax in the living room. The dirty kitchen in the back was pretty convenient. I wouldn't even call it "dirty" - it was spotless and comfortable to be in. It felt like we were staying in a model home. We felt safe and secure staying in this gated subdivision with guards. My family absolutely enjoyed our stay at the House of David and would recommend it to others if they were looking for a place in the Angeles area. We'll probably stay here again.

Our family had a great time at Nico’s place. The place was very nice, clean, quiet and private. The place have everything you need to make your stay comfortable. They have complete amenities in the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. It was better than a hotel stay, so I highly recommend staying here. We’ll definitely come back! My family and i had a very pleasant stay at Juli’s place. It was clean, well equipped, secured and as beautiful as the photos. Communication with Juli was very easy. The caretaker, Daisy, was very helpful theoughout our stay. We enjoyed the pool, the board games and the projector. Highly recommend this place when visiting Angeles.

I like that the house is near Clark where we planned to tour around.. the swimming pool inside the house was amazing.. the house was spacious enough for us and felt like home. Thank you to the host for allowing us to leave our sansrival cake inside the re while we toured the Dinosaur Island and got it back by lunch time. Appreciate it. Highly recommendable.

It was the right property for my firm’s team building this year! We appreciate the privacy and spacious garden that was perfect for our team activities. The house has the amenities and furniture that was right for the size of our team to enjoy and relax. The host, Stephen and their caretaker, Aloy did took care of our needs and requests with immediate care and attention. The place looked exactly as advertised. The house is squeaky clean and very relaxing, highly recommended indeed. Perfect for family staycation. Location is great since it’s situated near famous restaurants. The kids soo loved the entertainment room and the pool. Spacious rooms each equipped with full bathroom, very convenient. I stayed at this property for almost three weeks, and I highly recommend it for long-term stays. The place was incredibly clean, which made it feel like a true home away from home. I appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including shampoo and body wash, as well as the supply of drinkable water—such a nice touch! The washer worked perfectly, and there was even a clothesline bar outside the balcony, which was perfect for drying my laundry. The internet connection was also excellent—fast and stable. Toria was an exceptional host, always very responsive and frequently checking in to ensure that everything was going smoothly and that I had everything I needed. Her attention to detail and genuine care made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this is a fantastic place for anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle-free long-term stay!

This was my second time staying here, and it was just as wonderful as the first, if not better! The place was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. All the Host is always so welcoming and responsive specially miss Bianca, which makes the whole experience seamless. It really felt like a home away from home. Looking forward to coming back again!
