⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience staying at Elena Laura's place. From the first moment, the communication was seamless and fast, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Elena Laura was always very attentive, providing useful details about arrival, local recommendations and making sure everything was perfect for my stay. The place is amazing. As described in the listing, the space is cozy, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated. You can see the effort and care on every corner. Also, the location is perfect, very central, and close to everything I needed to explore the area. What impressed me the most was Elena Laura's hospitality. Always available for questions or suggestions, made me feel at home. She is an exceptional, thoughtful and warm host who clearly cares about offering the best experience to her guests. I definitely recommend it to any traveler. I hope to be back soon!

Everything went well. We rented an apartment for parents 65+. They were quiet, comfortable and cozy.

A magnificent place 30 minutes from Madrid. The house is located in a spectacular natural setting. Amazing decoration of the house with a lot of taste, very clean, very cozy to spend a few days relaxing in the jacuzzi. To return and spend more days. They kindly let us leave a little later than check-out, everything was great.

omg the place is amazing but no elevator and it can be very tiring for an elderly person, someone with knee problems need to be is shape after 4 days you get used to it.

Same or better than the pictures. Very well equipped, comfortable, cozy and very nice decoration. Up to 6 people can be accommodated comfortably. The apartment is an added value!! Hostess always available and quick response. Perfect directions. We definitely recommend it, a 10.

As soon as I opened the door to the welcome area, immediately said "niceeeee" and entering the studio area was also very pleasant, highly highly recommended. 👏🏻👍🏻

This is a beautiful apartment, well decorated and in a wonderful location right next to Retiro Park. We stayed for a month and were sad to leave. It is a short walk to everything you might need, bakeries, food markets, laundry, pharmacies, shops, and, of course, this being Madrid, excellent restaurants and neighborhood bars. The metro was just a block away, and bus stops right around the corner. Gabi, is a wonderful host. Attentive to all our needs and inquiries. She and her partner not only remodeled this apartment with great detail to make it functional, but decorated it in great taste. They are architects! Thank-you, Gabi. Hope we can come back soon!

The studio is really perfect! Light, spacious and a wonderful terrace. Nearby many amenities and only a fifteen-minute walk to the center. The studio is clean, fresh and equipped with everything!

Her house was very beautiful and lovely. The location and cleanliness were perfect! We used the washing machine, and it always works fine. It was very convenient for me. 日本人の方へ こちらの宿はとても清潔でしたし、Olgaさんたちは大変親切でした。 もし滞在中の洗濯を考えていらっしゃるのであれば、洗濯機がきちんと機能するだけでなく、折りたたみ式の物干しなどもあり大変便利でした。

The apartment was in a fantastic location. Transport was easy, beautiful amenities, perfect for our short stay.

Wonderful accomodation! Would highly recommend. Ideally situated in a quieter neighbourhood but very accessible to the Centre, lots of lovely restaurants and cafes. We stayed and ate dinner locally each night. Spotlessly clean, had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with Pablo was excellent and we were even able to check in a few hours early. Great place to stay for a visit to Madrid. Thanks again!

We didn’t actually get to stay at the apartment listed as the agent contacted us on the day to tell us there was a water leak and had to move us to a different location The new apartment was “ok” was probably not as nice (given photos) of the original apartment but appreciate this was uncontrollable Thankfully they did offer us the alternative apartment otherwise we would have been stuck AND they were very flexible on check out timing so can’t complain about that

Because the metro will suspend for a few months, the transportation is a little bit inconvenient from the airport and to the attractions. A great supermarket at the stone throw distance. And a great ham shop at the house door. The house is very clean. And with a big wardrobe. It’s very nice for the host offers to offer free wine and snack.

Check in and check out perfect; very good communication; accommodation as described, very clean; very good location, all sights within walking distance; grocery stores in the immediate vicinity; value for money is fair. I can definitely recommend the place.

We had a very pleasant and recommended stay. Marta is a super attentive host and can be reached at all times if you need anything. The apartment is 5-10 minutes from the great Plaza España... it is very central and perfectly located, and at night there was no noise.

Nice apartment in the Chueca neighborhood. Good location for visiting Madrid and walking around central area. We enjoyed our stay.

The truth is, we were delighted with both the apartment and the service we received, a very pleasant stay that we will repeat as soon as possible

The place is quiet. The accommodation is very well equipped with little extras (sparkling water, still water, coffee, tea, infusion, chocolate and sweets...) in addition to a very clean, spacious accommodation, a well-made and very comfortable bed like the pillows. Towels that smell like laundry. In short, a flawless welcome with a follow-up from the host who makes sure that everything is going well from the moment of arrival. It is very appreciable, we warmly recommend it.

Raquel and her team do a great job with communication and making sure you have all the information needed. The place was very cute and has all the necessities for a stay. Most importantly, it has ac and heating that can be controlled by you. It is conveniently located, walking distance to most things and is on a small street out of the hustle and bustle of the city.
