Great place, location is amazing (you need a car anywhere in aruba to really see it properly but this is within 5 minute drive to the nice restaurants and bars). Host was very responsive and helpful.

This Airbnb went beyond our expectations! It was the perfect romantic getaway. Definitely looks even better in person and pictures don’t do this place justice. We had all the privacy we could want and yet feel like a 5 star experience. Everything was immaculate and so well put together. We LOVED the pool and the views from the rooftop. I truly felt like I was at home away from home! Recommend this to anyone looking for a serene, chic and comfortable getaway.

I had a wonderful stay at this location! The property was clean, well-maintained, and located in a safe area. One of the best parts was how close it was to the beach—just a short walk away, which made it incredibly convenient. Everything about the stay was comfortable and easy. I would absolutely come back and stay here again. Highly recommend!

Deana's apartment was everything we hoped it would be. Not only did it have everything we would expect, but it included phone chargers, beach chairs, cooler, etc. that we were not expecting (possibly listed and we forgot). Deana was extremely responsive when we needed her and provided fantastic restaurant recommendations. The next time we stay downtown we will definitely look to stay here again.

Overall stay was great. Location is great. Amenities like the pool and jacuzzi area were very nice.

Caroliz was an Amazing host from the time I checked in until the time that I checked out. The beach is only a 7 minute walk from the property which for me was perfect. She greeted me upon arrival. I will Definitely be booking again for next year.

Our time in Aruba was simply fantastic – and that was not least due to the great place to stay! The location is perfect – central, quiet yet close to everything you need: beaches, restaurants and shopping are easily accessible. Special praise goes to Mei-Lin, our hostess. She was incredibly friendly, helpful and available at all times from the beginning. Whether it was recommendations for the island or small concerns during the stay, she took care of it right away and did everything. You can tell she's with her heart! The place itself was clean, well equipped and very cozy – exactly as described if not better. You immediately feel welcome and safe. We would come back anytime and highly recommend this place (and Mei-Lin!). Thank you for everything! 🌴✨

Gated condo development, close to all that you’d need (beach, supermarket and great restaurants) and Butterfly Farm. Grounds were pristine, pool and hot tubs were nice excellent, parking was close and easy and staff is friendly. Looking forward to going back. Highly recommended! The only issue at no fault of owner is it was high season for wastewater which caused early morning “smells” but we looked past that!

Loved our stay here! We got a great taste of what it feels like to be a local while still having amenities. The courtyard and string lites are a great addition and we appreciate the privacy we were granted. The home was exceptionally clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and dishes. Location was a bit hard to find but after a couple of tries we got it. I do wish the water in the kitchen and shower got hotter.

Everything about the property is as depicted. For the days stayed it felt like home. Gabrielle was always attentive even checking in making sure all accommodations were met and having a great time which was an added bonus. The pool and hot tub combo was a great feature to have. Overlook is pretty surreal whether it is the morning or nigh-time to see the view was amazing. The property made the trip memorable to say the least.

My stay at this location was wonderful! Steps away from the beach. Maria & Carlo provide all you need for a beach day with towels and beach chairs! The condo was very nice and clean with a comfortable king size bed. There is also a full kitchen with all necessities if you decide to cook in! Additionally, you have a lovely private deck area which I frequently used in the mornings and at night. I highly recommend this place for couples or small families it’s very spacious! I loved the decor as well! I did not need to contact the host at all as everything was on point, however Maria and Carlo ensured that they were available if needed. Another plus to this place is the complex has a security guard, who was always present and very nice!

Many people ask "what area should I stay in when visiting Aruba?" THIS is the perfect spot. You can easily walk to both Eagle Beach and the Palm Beach high rise area. You can walk to an enormous grocery store. There is a bus stop right outside. Is there a beach directly out front? No - but that means you have the best unobstructed and peaceful views on the island's north coast. The condo is clean, spacious, comfortable, modern, and well-equipped. Maria was very responsive and informative. We had an excellent stay.

We love going to Divi and this was a great deal for the condo on the golf course which was our first time staying at! It was situated between both pools-wish we found the grill sooner and used it cause it was a nice setup on the water! In room laundry was great considering it was a pretty rainy week! I did laundry daily and was able to dry towels and suits right away!

The accommodation is perfect for being super chill for a vacation in Aruba. We stayed 12 days, a long stay.. the truth has everything you need to have a great vacation. I really note how complete your kitchen is, you can make the dish you really want, with utensils, pastry moulds, etc. The bed is super comfortable, the air working 10 points.. a very nice bathroom. On the other hand, the patio yacuzzi is always available to relax after a sunny day. The hosts, always attentive and comfortable with any inquiries or minor requests we had in the stay. Thank you very much!! We will return in the future.

Our first-time Aruba experience was fabulous! The Pearl Condo Hotel is very quaint, spacious, and I loved the location! DJ checked in on us upon arrival, and was very helpful throughout the entire process. There to celebrate my sister’s birthday, the condo was only a 10 minute walk from her resort. The location central to the island and I will definitely be back! #perfectvacay

The accommodation was excellent, Paola is an excellent host, the kitchen has all the amenities and is equipped for everything you need. From the detail of having a hair dryer, impeccable sheets and a beautifully equipped bathroom to his courtesy. I recommend it if you like tranquility. Paola is also attentive to your needs, and gives you the most important tips on the island. I would choose this apartment again.

This place was a great little place to stay for my husband and I! Everyone was so helpful and responsive. The only thing I will say is we had paid for a midweek cleaning service and that somehow got missed on their end, but they were happy to refund us. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! Check-in was seamless, and Ricardo was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. The location is perfect—close to a grocery store and a short walk to Eagle Beach (even after a full beach day, the walk was easy!). The condo was very well stocked with everything we could have needed and more. While the beds are a bit dated, they were sufficient for our stay. We’d absolutely recommend this place and would gladly return! Thank you Ricardo & Maria—A+++ would recommend!

Thanks for allowing my daughter and I to stay. Great location. Plenty of places to eat and shop around the condo. The condo was close to Eagle Beach as well as the hotel zone where you will find restaurants. It was also close to tourist sites and beautiful baby beach.

Great Stay. Great Host. Great Location. Great Restaurant (Screaming Eagle) 3 min walk from the unit. Also a Great Mexican Spot by the gas station. Eagle Beach was very relaxing, and for those who enjoy casinos and shops, those were all within walking distance or a quick scooter ride (which are also parked near the unit and available if you don't want to drive). We rented a vehicle to explore the island, but you could go without one if you just want some beach time.. Highly recommend.
