Apartment holiday rentals in Arashi Beach

Estava tudo impecável, conforme fotos. O melhor foi estar tudo novinho e extremamente limpo. A localização é ótima se vc esta de carro. A rua estava um pouco alagada quando chegamos, mas nao foi problema. Só tem uma vaga de garagem e estava ocupada algumas vezes, mas estacionamos na rua. Tivemos alguma dificuldade no uso das TVs e forno (é novo, mas não aquece) e a cozinha não tinha sal e óleo prometidos no anúncio. Mas Jennifer foi muito prestativa e nos respondia as mensagens. As cadeiras e toalhas de praia foram importantes nos nossos passeios. O apartamento tem ferro de passar, secador de cabelo, liquidificador, torradeira, sanduicheira...muito bem equipado. Gostamos e voltaríamos, com certeza.

This Airbnb went beyond our expectations! It was the perfect romantic getaway. Definitely looks even better in person and pictures don’t do this place justice. We had all the privacy we could want and yet feel like a 5 star experience. Everything was immaculate and so well put together. We LOVED the pool and the views from the rooftop. I truly felt like I was at home away from home! Recommend this to anyone looking for a serene, chic and comfortable getaway.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was very peaceful and quiet. There were several amenities including the pool, hammock, outdoor shower, plenty of seating etc. They also provided a guest book recommendations for various restaurants and activities. Raymond and the staff were very responsive and quick to assist with any questions etc. They checked in on us throughout our stay which was very nice. I used their recommended concierge service. 1st they delivered a nice balloon basket with champagne, fruit, candy, and cheese, with my husband’s name on it for his birthday. It was waiting when we arrived. Then the following morning we had a yoga instructor come to the house. This was a very relaxing and recharging trip and it’s thanks to the hosts at this AirB&B. This was our 3rd time on the island and we were not disappointed at all by our accommodations and the service provided. We plan to return in the near future.

Gated condo development, close to all that you’d need (beach, supermarket and great restaurants) and Butterfly Farm. Grounds were pristine, pool and hot tubs were nice excellent, parking was close and easy and staff is friendly. Looking forward to going back. Highly recommended! The only issue at no fault of owner is it was high season for wastewater which caused early morning “smells” but we looked past that!

Loved our stay here! We got a great taste of what it feels like to be a local while still having amenities. The courtyard and string lites are a great addition and we appreciate the privacy we were granted. The home was exceptionally clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and dishes. Location was a bit hard to find but after a couple of tries we got it. I do wish the water in the kitchen and shower got hotter.

We had a wonderful time at Deana’s place. Deana gave us a list of recommendations and none of them disappointed we had a blast. Highly recommend staying here the apartment was clean had everything we needed and was walking distance to shops and restaurants. This was my birthday trip and it was the best birthday can’t wait to come back again!

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend and it was the perfect getaway. big enough for the two of us, clean, had a nice outdoor patio area and big shower stall! The unit was right outside the pool and there was a restaurant on site (we did not eat at). There isn't too much around so you would need a rental car to get down to the strip where all the night life and restaurants were, but you were private and out of the chaos of it all which we prefer. There is a small convenience store that is walking distance which was perfect! One of our favorite spots on the same street was Eduardo's hideaway breakfast spot- Amazing and fresh food!! Will stay here again!

Many people ask "what area should I stay in when visiting Aruba?" THIS is the perfect spot. You can easily walk to both Eagle Beach and the Palm Beach high rise area. You can walk to an enormous grocery store. There is a bus stop right outside. Is there a beach directly out front? No - but that means you have the best unobstructed and peaceful views on the island's north coast. The condo is clean, spacious, comfortable, modern, and well-equipped. Maria was very responsive and informative. We had an excellent stay.

It’s not often that you find a place as beautiful as this! Everything was clean and I felt right at home. I am so grateful for the prime location, washer and dryer, and fully stocked kitchen.

5 star living with panoramic views of the ocean. Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures. Tranquil ambience and excellent amenities within the residence. Highly recommend 👌!!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was super responsive and welcoming, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had an excellent stay at Sun & Mo's! They were very responsive with any questions and gave helpful info and great recommendations. We loved the outdoor space and plunge pool. The location felt private but close to many things as well. We absolutely recommend staying here!

What a gem! The place was spotless and roomy. The balcony was super peaceful to relax and watch the golfers while we had breakfast in the morning. There were plenty of towels and linens. Has a washer and dryer as well. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was very close to most places so cab fares were reasonably priced. The condos are set back a bit from the main hotel, but the hotel used big golf carts to transport you to different areas of the resort. Just a quick walk across the street to the beach and can even use Tamarjin and Divi village beaches and pools as well. Everything you need is right there for an amazing relaxing fun filled vacation. *Side note there was construction going on in the condo next to us while we Were there which was unexpected for everyone. But Yoloma offered to give us a a credit for the inconvenience. Would highly recommended checking this place out.

Studio was precies zoals beschreven en van alle gemakken voorzien. Vooraf duidelijke instructies gekregen! Beneden bij de parkeergarage was ten alle tijden security aanwezig van het complex. Fijne ervaring en zeker z’n geld waard

Our first-time Aruba experience was fabulous! The Pearl Condo Hotel is very quaint, spacious, and I loved the location! DJ checked in on us upon arrival, and was very helpful throughout the entire process. There to celebrate my sister’s birthday, the condo was only a 10 minute walk from her resort. The location central to the island and I will definitely be back! #perfectvacay

El alojamiento fue excelente, Paola es una excelente anfitriona, la cocina tiene todas las comodidades y se encuentra equipada para todo lo que necesites. Desde el detalle de tener secador de cabello, sábanas impecables y un baño hermosamente equipado hasta su cortesía. Lo recomiendo si te gusta la tranquilidad. También Paola se encuentra atenta a tus necesidades, te da los tips más importantes de la isla. Volvería a elegir este apartamento.

This was my first trip to Aruba and my husband and I absolutely fell in love with both the island and this beautiful condo! Veronica was so kind and helpful throughout the whole process and was quick to respond. The property has everything you need and the location can’t be beat! Walkable to many great shops and restaurants, you are right in the heart of it all. The home is cozy and comfortable Veronica really thought of everything. The building itself is gorgeous and feels safe with lots of great amenities. The view is beautiful and the pool/ roof top view was also jaw dropping! We will absolutely be back :)! This place was a great little place to stay for my husband and I! Everyone was so helpful and responsive. The only thing I will say is we had paid for a midweek cleaning service and that somehow got missed on their end, but they were happy to refund us. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved my stay! As a solo traveller, I felt cozy and safe. I rented a car was able to comfortably explore all corners of the island and rest comfortably in the evening. Joel was a great host. Perfect for your adventurous island getaway!

We had a wonderful stay! Check-in was seamless, and Ricardo was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. The location is perfect—close to a grocery store and a short walk to Eagle Beach (even after a full beach day, the walk was easy!). The condo was very well stocked with everything we could have needed and more. While the beds are a bit dated, they were sufficient for our stay. We’d absolutely recommend this place and would gladly return! Thank you Ricardo & Maria—A+++ would recommend!

Everything about the property is as depicted. For the days stayed it felt like home. Gabrielle was always attentive even checking in making sure all accommodations were met and having a great time which was an added bonus. The pool and hot tub combo was a great feature to have. Overlook is pretty surreal whether it is the morning or nigh-time to see the view was amazing. The property made the trip memorable to say the least.

Fuimos felices en este lugar. Es más lindo que en las fotos. Es limpio, ordenado y se duerme con completa tranquilidad. A las 8pm ya no hay ruido. La piscina tiene luces de colores en la noche y el jacuzzi es grande. El lugar es demasiado central, queda cerca de todo (playa-restaurantes-centro-aeropuerto). Es vital tener un coche rentado para poder movilizarse en la isla y disfrutar. Mil gracias y recomendado 100%
