Wonderful! Claudio is a great host! Apartment super comfortable and exactly the same described. The location is excellent, view waiting and the condominium with full infrastructure and security. We spend days with great comfort and tranquility. Clean and comfortable bedding. Spectacular cleaning, fully equipped kitchen with all utensils. Tips for places to visit and where to eat with excellence. We'll definitely go back to feel at home.

Great bed and breakfast

Our stay was wonderful. The apto is extremely cozy, and has a beautiful view of the beach of Itaúna. Great location, there is a bakery in the front that is delicious, in addition to the proximity to the surf culture of the place. We love it very much!

The place is undoubtedly wonderful. For those who know, the dry beach is an excellent destination for rest and being in a house like this rest is guaranteed. It will probably have to order something or go to the market a few times, but it is at most 10min of the house. Very good space for couple or family with 4 people. Since much of the lakes region is very hot kk but the air and the ventilator of the room account for the message. The outdoor area is undoubtedly the key point of the house. all very beautiful by day and the night improves even more with the lighting of the pool, the Buddha and the rest of the space. And as I had read here, because of the proximity to the sea it is possible to hear the waves at the beginning and end of the day! For those who take advantage of this space too, I leave as a tip to take repellent. And very light clothes, the house tends to heat up a little during the day, but as I said, nothing that the air and the room fan don't count!

Perfect place, the apartment has a great location and is very comfortable, just like in the pictures, I hope to return in the future, the host Mara is super receptive and polite!!!

I went with my partner for a few days to rest. The apartment is exactly as described. The photos are current and the condition is impeccable. It is very comfortable for 2, even for 3. The kitchen has everything you need for a long stay. I recommend it.

I loved the roof, everything was clean and organized , excellent location , right in front of the beach, the condominium is a luxury, with swimming pool , game room and without bureaucracy to enjoy the leisure areas. Alexandra , from the first moment I thought of renting, removed all my doubts, made herself available to clarify if I had more doubts, indicated several places and especially the buggy ride that was sensational , only gratitude for the incredible weekend I spent with my son and nieces.

I'm going to be very happy, everything is against neat and the truth that we felt right at home.

tranquil and delicious stay! house is located a few meters from Caravelas beach that lies within one of the largest Brazil pau reserves in Rio. under-explored beach,clean and with structure( restaurant) and some stalls . Little bustling and calm region! Clean and very spacious home!

Easy access and total peace! Location: Great! Near the center, supermarket, bakery… you can do everything on foot. And the beach is just 100 meters away. I wanted to thank you, it was very worth even having rained a lot on Saturday we enjoyed a lot of Sunday and Monday. they very attentive. we gave courtesy gifts. everything very organized. I get back in camp I'm only in this place. amazing pool restaurant all very affordable value. but cheap that on the beach. wonderful food. we only have compliments.

We love everything! The apartment is great, clean, it has everything we need. The structure of the condominium is great and very safe, as well as having very friendly and friendly staff. the apartment is beautiful, super comfortable and well equipped. The complex is very quiet, beautiful as seen in the photos. The only bad thing is that the beach is difficult to access and there are no bars or umbrellas there, to go to those in the center you have to have a car or go uber.

Everything was very good, only on one Saturday there was a little noise due to the high flow of vehicles, but everything was excellent, close to everything, the place was very nice, we would return with my family.

The kitchen is super complete, with everything brand new and impeccably clean. The room is cozy, with a very comfortable sofa and a great TV to relax. The bathroom is spacious, with an excellent shower. And the room… simply sensational! The bed is very comfortable, the air conditioning works perfectly and there is also a desk, ideal for those who need to work or study a little. Bed linen, towels and household items were all clean and well cared for, which made all the difference in our stay.
