Very nice and quiet place, wonderful view, everything was fine with the stay. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable apartment, we felt at home and for accepting pets, it already won me over. Nothing was missing in the apartment, spacious, with all the utensils, perfect cleaning, very quiet neighborhood, Graziano responded promptly, very polite, all the condominium rules were very clear, great location, very close to the beach, vast shopping, markets, pharmacies, everything perfect. They can rent without fear. We will be back soon. 🥰

Excellent location. The most central of Praia do Forte. Good rooms, one with a balcony and a side view of the sea. Good internet. Good kitchen. Easy garage to get in and out. From 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., another entrance even closer to the beach is available, just intercom to the entrance.

Carla was very attentive and always responded quickly to all our questions, the apartment was great and in a perfect location between Rua das Pedras and Joao Fernandez, all within walking distance. The only thing I could say is that the mattress on the bed was a little hard for my taste, but the rest was perfect. The concierges are also very attentive.

I 100% recommend the place, it's nicer than for photos, super tidy. The beach is in front and is very beautiful. We rent a car and we were in 5 min from all places. Great location, very quiet neighborhood.

We love the space, it's perfect for a couple with up to two teenage children, good location, communication with the host is very fast, always ready to assist us, we will definitely return.

The house is super spacious and has everything we need for a great stay, just make a purchase in the market and that's it. The lagoon is amazing and it is of extreme peace for those who want to relax and connect with nature, kayaking was of quite an affective memory. Ju is extremely proactive, I'm sure it will quickly resolve any complications you may have in the house. I recommend not to forget the repellent to walk around at certain times. The stay at Arthur's house was simply FORMIDABLE. For the second time we chose this paradise to be with our family. Excellent. Another unforgettable weekend here in this house. We've already stayed in other homes, but the big difference here is Arthur and all the care and affection as a host. Just to understand, cake, jujube to receive and FLOWERS on Mother's Day Sunday.. Our stay was perfect, the house is very comfortable and super close to the beach. Tay, her husband and daughter, were wonderful hosts, gave us several options of restaurants and tours, responded to messages extremely quickly, and were always very attentive and polite.

I'm delighted! Paula was super solicitous, a love of person, with a unique and welcoming vibe. I answered all my questions quickly and clearly, and made me feel right at home from the first moment. The chalet is simply amazing, cozy, with a wonderful view and equipped with everything we needed. Everything was neatly clean and organized. I hired a wedding surprise aside, and both Paula and her daughter prepared everything with great care and attention to detail. It was exciting! On Saturday, we had the privilege of having Vitor, Paula's son and chef, for a private dinner. Without a doubt, it was one of the best decisions we made. Dinner was perfect! The best food I've ever tried! The atmosphere was carefully prepared, with a beautiful decoration and a perfect playlist, making the night magical. Without a doubt, we will return more often. Gratitude for everything!

Since our first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well oriented and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathic and helped us with her experience and brought safety. The accuracy of the ad, the quiet days in the condominium, the good cost-effectiveness of the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the Apt made all the difference. We did not cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend hosting Renata and Tiago. And that if you're afraid to travel with your children, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.

It's my second stay on Airbnb, I don't have much experience, so I was afraid at first. But my first contact with Sonja was very good, I have nothing to complain about, she answered all my questions. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and much more, very well equipped, beautiful, fragrant, very clean, the building itself is new, very well maintained too! Sonja is very detailed and has very good taste, Marcos was the one who welcomed us and showed us the whole building, the rules, gave us tips on places we could go, showed us the whole apartment. I have nothing to complain about, the neighborhood is very quiet even at night. Just one thing I have to point out was in relation to the two glass doors, the living room and the bedroom that were a little stuck, and also the bathroom door of the bedroom, nothing that maintenance can't solve. Other than that, impeccable! When I return to Cabo Frio, I hope to be able to stay in the apartment again. Sonja is very nice!

Wow. What a great place to stay. The view from the balcony is hard to beat. So beautiful. We witnessed whales jumping out of the water multiple times during our 5 night stay. The apartment itself is well appointed. The bathrooms are clean and nice. The kitchen is well appointed. The pristine beach is a short walk away. The hosts are helpful and attentive. I have nothing bad to say about our stay. It was relaxing and enjoyable through and through. Thank you Mirtes!
