We went with our family for a 2 day trip to kotagiri. And we were looking for a cozy stay because we had elderly and kids with us. Anup’s property turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. And hospitality was top notch.

Had a Great stay at Anugraha , Place away from crowd and surrounded by nature .View from Room & Balcony is amazing. Caretaker Bernard was really helping .Breakfast provided was good , Overall a Great Stay & I would suggest others to do a visit to this Homestay .

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible Airbnb, and it exceeded all my expectations. The location is simply unbeatable, nestled in the heart of a picturesque tea plantation. Waking up to the serene, green vistas each morning was a dream come true. The accommodations were nothing short of luxurious, easily comparable to a 5-star hotel. The rooms were immaculate, well-appointed, and offered all the modern amenities one could wish for. The attention to detail in the decor and comfort was evident throughout the property. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional staff. They were always friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. My husband and I were looking for a place to unwind, and Xanadu was absolutely perfect for it! The property offers breath taking vistas and has a cozy, homely feel that made it the ideal spot for relaxation. It's such a peaceful and serene location, a real escape from the hustle of everyday life. The staff were incredibly helpful and took care of all the necessary chores, including preparing and serving us delicious meals as part of their duties. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would love to come back soon. Definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

It’s a great place to be honest. Such a big villa located at a brew-tiful place. Booking was smooth. Vignesh did gave me heads up about the amenities in the property. What you see in the photos will be there. Sathish, who manages the property was very helpful and friendly. He sorted out the dinner (separate cost) for us on time and the food was amazing. Thanks to the cook! When it comes to the location, you will find very few places with such a breathtaking views from the property overlooking the tea estates under the mountain. Weather was definitely an icing on the cake. Late evening’s and early morning’s are beautiful, calm and blissful. It’s an amazing property and it could’ve been kept bit more nice and well maintained (bathrooms). But that’s not a big concern for me as my purpose of the visit was fulfilled. Overall I’m extremely happy and I would visit again for another peaceful experience.

The place is great! Very calming and earthy. The caretakers are really helpful and sweet and prepare AMAZING food! Vighnesh looks after the place and makes sure everything stays is taken care of! 12/10 would recommend

It’s one of the most thoughtfully designed and aesthetically rich homes we’ve experienced with every corner reflecting care, creativity, and character. The sit-out and garden were especially enchanting, with breathtaking views all around. The surroundings invite you to explore at a gentle pace, with beautiful walks and a sense of calm that makes you breathe deeper and slower. A special mention to Kanaka Amma, a gifted cook whose meals were an absolute highlight of our stay. The home was impeccably maintained, and we felt well looked after throughout. Kartik was proactive and generous with his recommendations, and communication was seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend this retreat if you want to unwind, soak in pristine beauty, and experience warm, understated luxury.
