Apartment holiday rentals in Aracaju

I used Aline's apartment to work from home and enjoy the beach in my free time. It was by far the best equipped apartment I've ever stayed in, it had all the necessary utensils to prepare food or snacks. The apartment is about 10 minutes from the beach, has the lagoon for a walk and the location is very good, there is a butcher shop, mini market and pharmacy nearby.

Ylmar, the co-host, welcomed us with availability and attention. With an excellent location, the apartment is close to the beach, the surroundings are quiet and safe. The apartment is great, comfortable and accommodated our group of 4 adults with ease. We highly recommend it!

Virginia was very attentive and helpful. The unit was in accordance with the advertisement, very good location, clean and comfortable, new building and great structure. The concierge staff always treated us with cordiality and respect, very attentive.

Gelton met us in person, left a lovely note and a bottle of wine. I had just had surgery, and he even took my bags for me. He cares and takes care of his guests. Great spot.

Camilla was an excellent host, from the beginning, attending to each of my inquiries not only about the apartment but also about the city. The apartment is close to a supermarket and a mall for the home, with a food square. The condominium security personnel were friendly and provided assistance with information. The main tourist spots with accessible by car or rental vehicle. The apartment is beautiful and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

All the adjectives the host used in the apartment description are true, so there's not much to add lol, but in short: well-located apartment (you can walk to the mall), with a good neighborhood, no noise, clean, new, organized and highly recommended to all who go to Aracaju. In addition, the host always responds politely to all questions.

The apartment matches the listing descriptions, is well located and the self check in is very practical. The concierge is all computerized, with facial recognition, and the apartment has an electronic lock. The host Rogério was attentive and quickly responded to all sent messages.

The place is pleasant and close to the activities you intended to perform. It is a condominium and as such must be respected. The gentle and available neighbors ( which is rare). I missed the information about the garage and how to manage pet. Besides that, spectacular!, is worth the price paid

We had an 8-day stay. I felt very safe in the place, there are many nice places to eat nearby, there is a grocery store on the corner that is open from 6 am to 9 pm. The neighborhood is very close to everything: airport, beach (Atalaia waterfront), easy access to the city center where the Museu da Gente Sergipana and the municipal market are located. The apartment was extremely clean, pleasant space. Despite being the first floor and facing the entrance, we had no problems with noise. Super quiet

The Pequi apartment is quite comfortable and has everything needed for a quiet stay! The photos of the apartment match what we found in it and our stay was quite comfortable! The past pre-checkin instructions were correct and there were no problems joining the locality! The apartment is well located, but it is a few blocks from the beach of Atalaia. The hike to beach is quiet! When necessary, the issues that arose were resolved promptly and did not cause any discomfort during the stay! We use tourism agencies for tours, and it picked us up and left in the locality without any problem. The apartment is on the first floor and next to a busy street and there is a club in front that generates some noise throughout the day. This did not get in the way at any time, but it needs to be taken into consideration. Pros: location, comfort, 24h concierge, full apartment, accessibility. Cons: low floor and noise.

Very good and cozy house. Well ventilated and divided. We went with 2 babies and the hostess was very helpful, providing 2 playpens for sleeping, a high chair and baby utensils. The location of the house is very good, in the center of the Atalaia waterfront, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. We will definitely return!

Our stay was wonderful! The apartment is super organized, exactly like the photos and everything is very clean. Luiz, the host, was extremely kind, polite and helped us with everything we needed. I highly recommend the accommodation and we will definitely return other times. 10/10 experience!

Great apartment, very well located and close to the waterfront. There are plenty of restaurant options in the region, the downtown area is a little far away but the apps work great. I had no difficulty checking in and communication with the host was very good.

Apartment with a beautiful ocean view. Double bed with excellent mattress in bedroom 1 and three beds in bedroom 2. TVs and Split air-conditioners in both bedrooms. Living room with large TV and JBL Soundbar, without Split, but has a column fan. Kitchen with many utensils. The balcony has a complete gourmet space and the Jacuzzi is the distinguishing feature. Another distinguishing characteristic is the Jacuzzi inside the condominium pool, with excellent pressure jets that promote a relaxing bath. Good quality bed and bath linens. Daniel is a 10-star host. He left some beers in the minibar and a nice gift.

My stay at Margarete's place was amazing! Apartment very well located, on the waterfront of Atalaia.
