Located at the end of the village Klenik pri Pivka on the outskirts of Nature 2000, we call it "BEe in foREST", located at the end of the village Klenik pri Pivka on the outskirts of Nature 2000, in the lap of nature with which we are closely connected. It is made from predominantly natural materials. The ground floor of the house, along with the bathroom, is accessible and accessible for people with disabilities. From the ground floor, you climb a wooden staircase into the loft area, which, in addition to the bedroom with balcony and views of the meadows, offers a sauna and bathtub for added relaxation.

The house includes a large living room with large table, a kitchen with stove and microwave, raised breakfast counter and stools, a bedroom with double bed (the second bed is a sofa bed in the living room), bathroom with shower and terrace. You will have the entire apartment to yourselves. The flat is fully equipped with a kitchen (including a microwave and oven), a living room with a big table and a sofa bed, a bathroom, a huge king-size bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a balcony. Imagine peace & quiet, 100 metres from the road up a stone track, no immediate neighbours. (Owner lives onsite in the attic of house, separate entrance). Seating areas around the house offer different beautiful views Morning sunrise, shaded south seating; but sunny in winter! Lunch/ dinner table west facing shaded by old pear tree. Dark starry nights, moonlit or Milky Way, silent or animal sounds! Village life is a 10min meadow walk. In summer a cosy traditional bar/cafe serves home-cooked food.

Our cozy vacation home is situated in one of the most beautiful campiellos of Grado, a premium location with only a few minutes’ walk to the beach and a supermarket, newsstand and a promenade with many restaurants and bars at a minutes distance. Our home is suitable for couples on a romantic getaway, a family on a well earned vacation, as well as backpacking travelers exploring our marvelous region. You will have the apartment all to yourself, but in case of need we are only a phone call away.

Our unique house is located in the Province of Treviso. It is perfectly positioned to visit the region of Veneto (cities of art, the beaches and the mountains). It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.

Apartment Gabrijel is situated at a peaceful location in an unspoilt nature, away from the city hustle and bustle. Here, you can enjoy the peace, quiet and fresh air. The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

It is a 5-minute walk to the FV and bus station, from where in 1h 15 min you will be in Venice and in 40 min in Trieste. There are excellent bike paths to reach the historic places of Aquileia-Grado and Palmanova, natural oases such as the Marano Lagoon and Cona Island. Sea, lakes, hills all nearby to visit in a day. The airport is 15 minutes by car.
