This Charming Home is only 5 blocks to Downtown Appleton with a fenced in yard. (1 friendly dog allowed, no cats please). Downtown Appleton offers many restaurants, boutique shops with one of a kind clothing and items, The Performing Arts Center, bars and coffee shops. You are approximately 8 blocks from the river that has walking trails and 28 miles to Lambeau Field. PLEASE READ: the driveway is shared with house on back of lot and fits 2 cars or a small SUV. No TRUCKS will fit.

This living space is in the lower level of our ranch home, which is located in a lovely and safe neighborhood. The furnishings in this area are mostly antique pieces that came from special family members. You may also use the screen porch and patio for relaxing in the spring/summer. You will have a private entrance through the garage so you can come and go as you like. The kitchen is furnished so you may cook. There are also many restaurants close by. Ask us if you need anything!

Our beautifully restored 100 YEARD OLD farm house is located on Jackson St in Oshkosh giving you quick and easy access to highway 41! **Please note this home is old and has sloping floors and a few drafts** The easy in and out driveway can hold at lease 8 cars if needed during your stay at our comfortable property. After a long day of whatever you may be in town for you'll be able to relax in your own piece of country!
