Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Apple Valley

Had a great stay here while in town to visit family. Overall clean and nicely decorated. The only bummer was there was no fire pit like the listing pictures showed and the coffee pot was not there. Hosts were communicative and accommodating of our ESA animals. Would recommend if you need an Airbnb in this area.

This was my second time renting the house we love the layout. Everything was clean. Only one complaint the coffee pods were way out of date and the coffee maker is clogged and was unable to use. Just thought you might want to check that out.

Very beautiful home Rafael was so sweet and answered any questions we had ! Enjoyed his home very clean and organized . I would definitely recommend his home .

We stayed for 41 days and needed an extra week alex is a great host very friendly and responsive. The home was perfect for our family. We enjoyed our stay. The home is nice in a good quite neighborhood. We felt at home, very close to restaurants and grocery stores and the park is right across the street.

This is a lovely spot! It’s quiet, spacious, and CLEAN! Aaron was a responsive and friendly host, as well. There are two great taco spots just across the street and within walking distance of Riverside Food Lab. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

This place was simply amazing. It's located at the heart of Big Bear Village, so we had access to many restaurants & attractions on foot. The apartment was very spacious (SPA was pretty awesome) and was equipped with everything we needed. The communication with the host was also very smooth. Overall, would recommend this place to others and would love to come back in the future when visiting BB Lake!

Erik was a wonderful host - super responsive to messages and clear directions upon arrival. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The neighborhood was incredibly quiet and felt very safe, even walking home from dinner in the late evening. Loved my time there.

It was a perfect stay. My favorite part was that we were able to stay there w our fur babies, the place was fenced so I was able to allow them to run around in the back while I relaxed inside the apartment. Place heated up pretty quickly & I was very very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again once I have the chance :)

We were only at Sindy's place for a night and it was absolutely worth every penny. Her space was fantastic. The bed was the most comfortable of our entire trip. Sindy was also great at getting back to us and answering every question we had. Checking in and checking out was easy. we will absolutely be staying with her again next time we're in town!

We stayed in Hayley's condo for 3 weeks. The condo had everything we needed for such a long stay. The location is great, right next to Boulder Bay park! There is a kayak rental place right next door as well as a small convenience store. There is also a great breakfast/lunch place. The condo was very clean. Hayley left great instructions and some local recommendations. Everything you need is just a short drive away! Some things I would like to recommend: - Pizza Kama > Located on the next block. Very good - Pickle's Pie Shop > just TRUST ME! This woman makes the most amazing pies. She is only open for a few hours Wednesdays-Sunday, starting at 10:30, and there is a line out the door! Get their early and thank me later! - Farmer's Market > Every Tuesday there is a farmer's market by the Convention Center/Wyatt's. It is a really great market! So much fresh produce and food trucks and delicious treats! - Old German Deli > So so so good! Try the Schinkenwurst (if that's how you spell it)!

The place was very clean, very well laid out and homey, lots of closet space, and I can't say enough about how well-stocked the house was! Plenty of kitchen supplies - everything you could ever need - as well as cleaning supplies, plenty of towels, even extra toilet paper and tissues if you ran out. Office area was a great place to sit and put on my make-up and dry my hair (using the portable make up mirror provided in the bathroom) while my husband showered! Eric was very responsive to any questions. Easy check-in and check out. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Autumns condo was the perfect location for a wedding at the Lake Arrowhead resort. It was walking distance to the resort and 2 minute walk to the Village. The condo was clean and perfectly appointed for all our needs. Will definitely look into staying the next time we visit.
