Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Appenzell Innerrhoden

Wir durften schon zum zweiten Mal super schöne Tage bei Manuela im Häusschen verbringen. Es war wieder alles perfekt. Der grosse Garten war für Gross und Klein ein Highlight zum spielen, entdecken oder erholen. Sehr geschätzt haben wir die vielen Spielsachen für die Kids. Auch das Haus ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Herzlichen Dank liebe Manuela.

Élisabeth et une ôte très bienveillante et sympathique,nous avons passé un séjour dans un lieu atypique. merci encore à Élisabeth. nous allons recommander son logement à toutes nos connaissances.

Das Haus war wie auf den Fotos, wunderschön und die Räume und Badezimmer waren sehr sauber. Das ganze Haus ist sehr schön renoviert und eigerichtet. Leider war das Geschirr und Besteck bei unserer Ankunft schmutzig und die 2 Bratpfannen waren so verkratzt, dass wir sie nicht mehr gebrauchen konnten. Der schriftliche Kontakt mit Johannes war freundlich und proaktiv. Die Lage des Hauses ist toll. Man ist schnell mit dem Auto in Appenzell und zu Fuss in wenigen Minuten bei der Luftseilbahn die auf den hohen Kasten führt.

Wir verbrachten hier ein sehr schönes Wochenende. Die Unterkunft hat alles, was es braucht und die Lage ist sehr schön: eine gute Aussicht, umgeben von Schafweiden, ruhig und privat. Karin hat auf Nachfragen sehr schnell und freundlich reagiert.

Beautiful location even without leaving the house, just looking through windows or on balcony. But otherwise within 30 mins driving anywhere you go it's a pleasure, particularly if you like hiking. House is very comfortable and quiet, we particularly were impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was - even if we did not have food with us on arrival we would not be hungry 😀. So far I'd say our favorite area in whole Switzerland and great location. All kinds of local information is provided by hosts, including maps - very thoughtful and greatly appreciated. When we come back to Switzerland this is the area we would like to come back to most and explore further and this is the house we would consider renting first, if available. Host was also very responsive, which always is appreciated.

Die Unterkunft war so wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

The stay in Appenzell was really lovely. Beautiful location with easy walking distance to trains and town centre, surrounded by nature! The accommodation was spotless and clean, with lots of utensils and amenities. Melina was a wonderful host - fast and clear communication, very friendly and very helpful.

Die Lage wo sich das Häuschen befindet ist wirklich schön! Man hat einen klasse Blick auf den Säntis und kann direkt von der Unterkunft wanderungen starten. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben, einizg die Vorhänge waren für uns etwas zu lichtdurchlässig. Wir waren mit zwei Hunden vor Ort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt :-)

Super bien placé ! très confortable et bien équipé, l'appartement était vraiment propre et avait beaucoup de charme. l'hôte répondait rapidement aux message. parfait !!

I cannot think of a better place to stay when in Appenzell. The views are beautiful and Regula and her husband are very friendly. The apartment is immaculately clean, well equipped, and comfortable. Our children especially enjoyed seeing the cows, chickens, and playing with Blass. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

Eine sehr Unterkunft mit toller Aussicht. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, sodass man problemlos selbst kochen konnte. Die Gastgeber waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Der Kontakt mit Dorothee war unkompliziert und freundlich. Das Checkin flexibel und die Wohnung sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen und die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Herzlichen Dank, liebe Dorothee!

we spent almost 5 months of our lives here, and all I can say is it was an absolute pleasure and experience to have lived here, and we would definitely be back to this place that we called home.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Irène. Le logement est très spacieux, propre et correspond aux descriptif et photos. l'emplacement est idéal si vous souhaitez faire les randonnées (schafler, Saxe Lucke,...) Merci a Irène et son mari pour leur hospitalité. nous recommandons :)

Es hat uns wunderbar gefallen. Die Wohnung ist praktisch und liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles hat gut funktioniert. Wichtig zu wissen, dass die Treppen sehr schmal sind und man vorsichtig sein muss. Aber die Umgebung und die Ruhe laden sehr zum verweilen ein🤗

The studio apartment is beautiful and spotless. We couldn’t have asked for a more central location, walkable to the old town, Abbey and the library among other great attractions. Given its central location, there is ambient noise on occasion which can easily be remedied for light sleepers by wearing ear plugs. Highly recommend this charming studio.

My brother and I greatly enjoyed our stay at Jasmin’s lovely apartment. She and Clement were so welcoming and provided us with breakfast goodies as well. The apt was close to the Theater bus stop and it was extremely easy to get around if we chose to walk to the main sights. There was both a wonderful bakery and coffee shop less than a block away. I very much recommend this spacious apartment.

Ladina was a great hostess. Very helpful, very available which was really appreciated ! She respond really fast so it’s really a plus ! Would definitely recommand it !

My stay with Pia was very pleasant! The apartment is amazing, exactly as described and showed in the photos; very clean, with lots of natural light and organized. The location was also great, there are supermarkets at walking distance, a football field and a forest! Also, as a student, having a bus stop right in front of the building helped a lot to get at the university on time. In addition to that, Pia was absolutely a great host, she was always very responsive, polite and easy to contact. Gave me some tips about traveling and always helped me when needed! Not only that, but she showed and cooked some Swiss dishes with me, and helped me to improve my German! Definitely recommend staying there, I would certainly come back.

Όμορφος, ζεστός χώρος με ωραία θέα και ησυχία! Πολύ άνετα κρεβάτια. Επιλέξαμε να μείνουμε εδώ μετά την εκδρομή μας στη seealpsee, για μια διανυκτέρευση. Και χαίρομαι που το επιλέξαμε! Ειχε ο,τι χρειαζόμασταν. Το προτείνουμε!

Super tolle Unterkunft, und sehr nette Gastgeberin! Die Unterkunft entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden und es fehlt an nichts. Sollte doch einmal eine Frage oder ein Anliegen aufkommen, ist die Gastgeberin schnell erreichbar und immer sehr hilfsbereit. Jederzeit wieder!

Markus est très accueillant et sympathique. Le logement est super, la chambre très spacieuse, propre et les lits étaient impeccables. Les salles de bain et cuisines sont fonctionnelles et très propre et il y a même des machines à laver utilisables gratuitement. Je recommande ce logement
