Our home is 125 m from an organic shop, which also has a bakery counter. Ingelheim city center with shops, supermarkets etc. 820 m away. Vineyards and walking routes are 400 m from the house. Ingelheim is known for its wine. In summer, many wineries invite you to farm festivals with live music.

Behind it, the small Welzbach stream flows, which separates the place from the vineyards with countless hiking possibilities. A former chicken coop on 2 floors invites you to relax and enjoy. The free-standing, completely renovated and modernized building is something very special with its open spaces. You can reach the “hen house” via your separate entrance. From the kitchen you get to the cozy living area through the hallway. The terrace invites you to end the day with a good glass of wine. The sleeping area can be reached via a "chicken ladder" on the 1st floor.

A vacation in beautiful nature in the heart of the Rheingau near the Schloß Vollrads and Schloss Johannisberg wineries in Stephanshausen. Please feel at home in my detached house with garden! Priceless but nevertheless included: fantastic views over a horse paddock and beyond the Rhine. From here you can start wonderful hikes. In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.
