Marilyn was the kindest host one could ask for! Her property was so clean, comfortable, and had anything you could need. I would highly recommend Marilyn's place to any future travelers as you wont be disappointed! Next time we are in Saint Pete's we will be back! Thank you for your hospitality!

Charming, clean, well decorated and maintained, excellent walkable location. High quality linens, pillows, towels. Enclosed, private outdoor area. Great A/C and fans. Washer/dryer with detergent. Appreciated little details, like the velvet lined drawers, shampoo/conditioner/soap, and books. Has everything you need. 10/10 would stay here again. Friendly and professional host! Victor was very attentive and friendly, giving us a ton of local recommendations. The location was quiet and remote, but within a 10 minute drive to downtown St Pete. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Confession: I almost don’t want to write this review because I want this place to stay my little pre-cruise hideaway. But here we are. This Airbnb was absolutely adorable—I walked in and immediately wanted to hire the host to redecorate my entire life. Every detail was spot on: cozy but modern, clean as a whistle, and so well thought out. It made the night before our cruise feel like a vacation all on its own. If you’re debating, just book it (but maybe leave it open for when I want to come back, thanks!).

I stayed a few nights during the week, so this spot was really affordable and convenient. It is impeccably CLEAN, and the open concept kitchen/living area is really nice and well-stocked. The decorations and linens really make the place stand out like a magazine cover. It’s obvious that they take pride in their property and want their guests to feel at home. I met the cleaning lady on the way out, and she was super friendly and asked how my stay was. I can tell everyone here is super helpful and genuinely wants you to enjoy your stay. Parking was super easy, too. And there’s an IHOP within walking distance the street for those late night pancake runs! Many thanks! I highly recommend.

Definitely worth the money. Clean and Comfortable, private and quiet yet close to everything. Right on the water which was so relaxing. We got to meet Dali the Labrador and she was a sweetheart! Thanks Rick, if we have the need to return to the Ellenton/Bradenton area, you will for sure be on our list of places to stay.

Everything was exactly as described. The home was beautiful and we loved that we were supplied with the basics, like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, coffee, and everything we would need for cooking. Host was very quick to respond to our questions and made some great recommendations on places to eat and visit. Would definitely book again.

Hector hosted my groomsmen and I fantastically well. From helping us with a flooded patio due to excess rain, and treating us with the utmost care and concern, Hector and his team were phenomenal. My groomsmen and I made plenty of wedding memories, and the bridesmaids and bride even came for a dip in his pool! Overall, the beds were comfortable, the pool was nice and hot, the firepit was blazing, and the cornhole was popping! Thank you for everything, Hector. Merci beaucoup! I honestly can’t say enough good things about my stay! Kenny (hosts) were the best I’ve ever had—incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful. From the moment I arrived, he made me feel right at home. The space was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed (and more). He went above and beyond to make sure my trip was comfortable and memorable. I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs, but this experience really stood out. Our stay at Jesus' property was wonderful! The house was spotlessly clean and very well maintained, offering plenty of space for everyone to relax and spread out. The pictures in the listing were completely accurate, which is always appreciated. The swimming pool was a huge hit with the kids – they spent hours having fun! The fireplace was a beautiful touch, and we truly enjoyed cozy evenings and making s'mores. Having restaurants and shops nearby was also very convenient. We would highly recommend this place to anyone!

We had a very nice stay with all the necessary amenities, beautiful view and truly peaceful home. All destinations we were interested in were within driving distance. Shopping and eating destinations all within a short drive. Deirdre is a wonderful host. Thank you for opening your home to us! B&T

the place is located next to an inlet, 2 Dolphins play there most of the day. the neighbors were friendly. The place is nice. There were plenty of towels to shower. The beds were comfy. Tony was responsive. The pools and hot tub were nice. beautiful sunsets

Words cannot describe how satisfied we were with our stay! We’ve stayed at many Air bnb’s and so far this has been the BEST!!! They are stocked with anything you can think of like seasonings, complimentary coffee and water and even snacks for a small price. Also, towels, rags, toothbrushes and even robes! There is a Publix right down stairs! The place was clean, location was perfect and view was beautiful!! All the directions were clear and the host personally meets you and checks you in. 10/10 experience!!!! We will be back for sure!

we really enjoyed our stay! the condo was in a very nice and quiet area. about a 15 minute drive to clearwater beach. everything was exactly as pictured/described. we got a lot of use out of the provided beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. and were very happy that was available for use. the only issue we ran into during our whole stay was we were unable to find a can opener in the kitchen when we went to cook dinner and it was too late to go out and buy one. besides that, we were beyond pleased with the location, price, cleanliness, and amenities. would recommend to anyone and we are looking forward to coming back!

My fiancé and I really enjoyed our stay at David’s place in Bradenton! The space was super clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Communication was excellent throughout; the host was responsive, helpful, and always timely with their messages. One of the best parts was the beach access—super convenient, and the place was stocked with everything from a beach cart, umbrellas, chairs, and beach towels etc. which made days at the beach so easy. There were also a few great local tips provided, which I definitely took advantage of. Honestly, I wouldn’t change a thing. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Rosana was an excellent host- very responsive, kind, and accommodating. Fun location on the bay with a great view, pool with towel service, and bar/grill with great burgers. Fire pit on the little beach at night with great view of sunset. The unit is in a quiet location within the complex with a view of the beach and bay. The trade-off is that the unit is a bit far from the elevator (though close to stairs). Great experience overall.

The condo was just what we were looking for. The kitchen was equipped with the basics and the view was wonderful. Tamara was friendly, responsive, and a great host. Would stay at her place again!
