The kitchen has an induction stove, oven, fridge and freezer, microwave and coffee maker. Fully tiled bathroom with toilet and shower and washing machine. The cottage is about 30 sqm and is about 1 km away from the public swimming area, a couple of minutes walk from the lake and with a 20-minute walk to the nature reserve Kröklings hage and Mölarps mill.

The property is about 130 sqm with 3 rooms, toilet with bathtub and shower and kitchen with dining area in open plan. Underfloor heating in parts of the house and a cozy fireplace adjacent to the kitchen. Laundry room with washing machine. Cozy glass veranda and several terraces with secluded location or lake view. An older rowing boat is available if you want to take a trip on the lake.

Here you can spend the days sunbathing, barbecue, sauna in a wood-burning sauna, fish, row out with the boat, swim and stroll around in the idyllic surroundings and in the beautiful forests! This is a place to relax and recharge your batteries as well as summer time and winter time. Swimming area is 250 meters away and within car distance you will also find several lovely hiking trails.

Newly renovated cabin. Kitchen with stove, microwave, coffee maker, utensils and iron. Sleeping alcove with 2 separate beds. Please do not rearrange furniture. The beds are made but bring towels. TV. Bathroom with shower cabin. Patio furniture on the patio. Walking distance to fantastic swimming and fishing lake, 2 km approx. Breakfast can be arranged for a fee, must be pre-booked. During late summer and autumn, you can take the opportunity to pick mushrooms in the forests around the property. Only 50 minutes by car to the city pulse in Gothenburg, 15 minutes by car to Borås.
