I really enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and just as shown in the photos. Everything I needed was provided, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The host was kind, responsive, and made the whole process very easy. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. I’d happily stay here again and can fully recommend it to others.

We loved coming back here every night after long days of exploring Tokyo, felt very comfortable and at home at Hanako’s😊 The apartment had everything we needed and a good location- what topped it off was the beautiful host who was very responsive and gave us plenty of great recommendations during our stay 😊 Thank you! Again we had a brilliant time at Akari san's apartment this year, Staying Akari san's place is one of highlight of our trip. The reason for this is not only the flat's location, size, layout and ease of use, I always feel at home. The rooms had been renovated and I could feel the story behind Akari's new design in many places. The linen textured walls and the kintsugi (gold-plated wood joinery) that connects the before and after renovation made it clear how much Akari cares about this room and the guests who stay here. The linen was clean and comfortable, and most importantly, every time she remembered that my daughter and I wanted to sleep in separate areas, and was thoughtful enough to set up a comfortable bed in the living room for us. The only drawback is that this room is too popular and it is difficult to book the expected number of days. This can't be helped, but we hope to be able to stay a little longer next year than we did this year.

The location being less than a ten minute walk from two train stations is unbeatable. The neighborhood is relatively quiet but there are lots of bars, restaurants, and convenience stores very close. Check in and check out instructions were very detailed and the hosts responded to everything extremely fast!

4인가족이라 보통 퀸베드 두개숙소에 묵었는데 싱글네개가 더 편하다는것을 알게되었습니다. 수건도 넉넉했고 필요한 물건은 다 있었어요.

Zeer nette Airbnb. Rustige straat, toch dichtbij metro station en ook goed te lopen naar dingen in de buurt en shopping omgeving Shinjuku. Wasmachine is er en als je je was in de badkamer ophangt dan is het heel snel droog. Aanrader!

Great location! Quieter little side street right in the middle of the action in Shibuya. Very comfortable beds. Clean and bright. Very safe neighborhood, close to great restaurants, shops, parks and train station.

Maikoさんのお部屋は、こどもの発表会が京王線沿いであり、夜遅くまでかかってしまうために1泊で、習い事の友人家族と一緒に利用させて頂きました😊 笹塚に泊まるのは初めてでしたが、駅前にはたくさんの飲食店や衣料品、雑貨屋さんなどがあり、とても便利な街だと思いました。 最近のおしゃれなお店もあれば、昔ながらの雰囲気を感じさせるお店もあり、住みやすそうな印象を受けました。 お家の近くは静かで落ち着いた雰囲気の住宅街で、この街で暮らしているかのような滞在が叶いました。 普段と異なる環境で過ごすとこどもが興奮してしまいますが、お家がシンプルでとてもきれいでしたので、発表会前に落ち着いて過ごせたのはよかったと思いました！ 歯ブラシや化粧品は持参する必要がありましたが、シャンプーやタオルなど必要なものが揃っていたので、最小限の荷物で宿泊できました。 足りないものも、家の近くにコンビニとスーパーがあったのも助かりました✨ ありがとうございます😊

Miho is a spectacular host! The home was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our family of 9. It was a perfect walking distance from Shibuya while also nestled in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Miho was also very responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. It was so simple! Miho also was very accommodating with proving a spot to store our luggage after check out for a few hours. They went above and beyond our expectations! If you are looking for wonderful place to stay near Shibuya look no further!! 🤩

Yasu was the most thoughtful host! He kindly came to pick us up from the station and was so helpful with recommendations and information. There are adult bikes available to use. When we asked Yasu, where we could rent a bike for our 6 year old, he bought one for him! Our son was over the moon and loved cycling around. We explored many parks, and we didn’t cover all of them. I can highly recommend the Traffic Park, for kids. They have bikes and go-carts for the kids(for free). The house is really lovely, spacious and comfortable. Our son, had the room downstairs. He loved the mini foosball table, and having a huge room all to himself. There were welcome snacks and the fridge was packed with food and fruit! The location was also terrific for getting around. We loved it here, and would definitely come back again!

It was a great place for us. A little small for 8 people and no sitting area but the host was so responsive and the location was ideally located near a train station. The air conditioning was strong and the showers were spacious. Thank you so much for hosting us. We would definitely come back to this place again.

We had a fantastic stay at this place in Shibuya! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Tokyo with easy access to trains, shops, and restaurants. The apartment was spotless and had a really unique, stylish decor that made it feel special. Beds were super comfortable, which was perfect after long days exploring the city. I honestly don’t know where to begin. Staying in Keiko’s home was truly one of the greatest honors of our time in Japan—it was a highlight of the entire trip. From the moment we walked through her door, we were immersed in Japanese culture. Keiko greeted us with warmth and kindness, making us feel immediately at home. She patiently guided us through everything, showing us how to use her space with care and respect. Her home is a reflection of her spirit—graceful, serene, and full of beauty. I was deeply moved and inspired by her presence and generosity. Being invited to take part in her traditional Japanese tea ceremony was an experience I will never forget. She took the time to teach us the rituals and meaning behind each step, explaining everything with such clarity and heart. She dressed us in beautiful kimonos, carefully helping us put them on the correct way. Drinking matcha that was pure and fresh—words fail me. It was unlike anything I’ve ever tasted. Easy check in, Nice quiet place with large common area. They asked us to clean and put back all dishes along with taking our own garbage down to sorting room to dispose of it ourselves. This wasn't an issue but seemed unusual as it was the only airbnb out of the 7 we stayed with in Japan that had such rules and we were still paying a cleaning fee.

The house was absolutely spotless! It was easy 10-12mins walking distance from Ikebukuro station. 7/11 and shopping malls nearby. Though the house was tiny, I suppose that's the tokyo standard, but cleverly decorated & organized. easily felt at home.

Host was very responsive, and listing matched descriptions and pictures in the listing. The unit is 3 min walk from train station, which is really convenient. Host explained how to use all appliances. Quick response from host whenever we ask any questions. Would highly recommend this place!!

Great place and quiet neighbourhood Nearest station is like 5 minutes on foot and about 20-30 minutes for shinjuku so you don’t have to travel a lot to get to the center of Tokyo Kota is very responsive and helpful Definitely recommend

Superb stay in Shimokitazawa. We really loved the area (enough going on but not as mental as Shibuya). The apartment was a great base for a few days and the tub was a bonus. Thanks, would stay again ⭐️

Klein aber Fein. die Unterkunft hat wirklich ALLES was man braucht. Sie ist auch sehr sauber und zentral.

We really enjoyed Aileen’s place for the 6 nights we stayed and we really found the Nakano station very convenient being on the Chuo Rapid line we could get to Shinjuku in 5 minutes. And from there we had several connecting lines to travel anywhere within Tokyo. The space in the apartment was lavish compared to the cramped Tokyo hotel rooms and we could easily have all our luggage in the living room. The deck was an added bonus as it has some spectacular sunset views. Overall a wonderful place to be in a quiet area but close to the action.
