Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Aoyama

I really enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and just as shown in the photos. Everything I needed was provided, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The host was kind, responsive, and made the whole process very easy. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. I’d happily stay here again and can fully recommend it to others.

Great place to stay! Everything we wanted to check out in Shibuya was walking distance. Although it was small for three people, it was such a great deal! We would definitely book this again but with two people max. It was really easy to find the airbnb and getting into the space. Umbrellas are provided which helped a lot!

loved this location! lots of lovely cafes and restaurants less than an 8min walk away, 7/11 & grocery store basically next door - relatively close to public transport! the home in itself was clean and well kept, spacious enough for 3 people considering most our time spent there is to relax and sleep! highly recommend :)

Again we had a brilliant time at Akari san's apartment this year, Staying Akari san's place is one of highlight of our trip. The reason for this is not only the flat's location, size, layout and ease of use, I always feel at home. The rooms had been renovated and I could feel the story behind Akari's new design in many places. The linen textured walls and the kintsugi (gold-plated wood joinery) that connects the before and after renovation made it clear how much Akari cares about this room and the guests who stay here. The linen was clean and comfortable, and most importantly, every time she remembered that my daughter and I wanted to sleep in separate areas, and was thoughtful enough to set up a comfortable bed in the living room for us. The only drawback is that this room is too popular and it is difficult to book the expected number of days. This can't be helped, but we hope to be able to stay a little longer next year than we did this year.

The location being less than a ten minute walk from two train stations is unbeatable. The neighborhood is relatively quiet but there are lots of bars, restaurants, and convenience stores very close. Check in and check out instructions were very detailed and the hosts responded to everything extremely fast!

It was a family of four, so I usually stayed in two queen beds, and I learned that four singles were more comfortable. There were plenty of towels and everything we needed it.

Very neat Airbnb. Quiet street, yet close to metro station and also easy to walk to things nearby and shopping area Shinjuku. Washing machine is there and if you hang your laundry in the bathroom then it is dry very quickly. Recommended!

We had a really great time in this flat. It is a quiet, peaceful place and yet very close to the train stations to get you to your desired destination quickly. Many nice restaurant in less than 10 minutes walking distance. Sayuki is a very kind and helpful host, always fast to response and they even changes the towels during our stay. The place is very clean and looks just like in the pictures. One small remark for us was the size (but I guess it’s to be expected in a city like Tokio): We stayed for one week and for two people with big luggage it got a bit tight after 3/4 days. But other than that, great place to explore Tokio from! Thank you!

Great location! Quieter little side street right in the middle of the action in Shibuya. Very comfortable beds. Clean and bright. Very safe neighborhood, close to great restaurants, shops, parks and train station.

Maiko's room was used for one night with a friend's family for lessons, as the children's recital was along the Keio Line and would take until late at night.😊 It was my first time staying in Sasazuka, but I thought it was a very convenient town with many restaurants, clothing stores, and miscellaneous goods stores in front of the station. There are both trendy and old-fashioned shops, and I got the impression that it is a great place to live. The neighborhood near the house is quiet and calm, and I was able to stay as if I lived in this town. Children tend to get excited when they are in an environment that is different from their usual surroundings, but the house was simple and very beautiful, so I was glad that we were able to relax before the recital! I had to bring a toothbrush and cosmetics, but I was able to stay with minimal luggage because I had everything I needed, such as shampoo and towels. It was also helpful that there was a convenience store and supermarket near the house.✨ Thanks😊

Yasu was the most thoughtful host! He kindly came to pick us up from the station and was so helpful with recommendations and information. There are adult bikes available to use. When we asked Yasu, where we could rent a bike for our 6 year old, he bought one for him! Our son was over the moon and loved cycling around. We explored many parks, and we didn’t cover all of them. I can highly recommend the Traffic Park, for kids. They have bikes and go-carts for the kids(for free). The house is really lovely, spacious and comfortable. Our son, had the room downstairs. He loved the mini foosball table, and having a huge room all to himself. There were welcome snacks and the fridge was packed with food and fruit! The location was also terrific for getting around. We loved it here, and would definitely come back again!

It was a great place for us. A little small for 8 people and no sitting area but the host was so responsive and the location was ideally located near a train station. The air conditioning was strong and the showers were spacious. Thank you so much for hosting us. We would definitely come back to this place again.

We had a fantastic stay at this place in Shibuya! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Tokyo with easy access to trains, shops, and restaurants. The apartment was spotless and had a really unique, stylish decor that made it feel special. Beds were super comfortable, which was perfect after long days exploring the city. I honestly don’t know where to begin. Staying in Keiko’s home was truly one of the greatest honors of our time in Japan—it was a highlight of the entire trip. From the moment we walked through her door, we were immersed in Japanese culture. Keiko greeted us with warmth and kindness, making us feel immediately at home. She patiently guided us through everything, showing us how to use her space with care and respect. Her home is a reflection of her spirit—graceful, serene, and full of beauty. I was deeply moved and inspired by her presence and generosity. Being invited to take part in her traditional Japanese tea ceremony was an experience I will never forget. She took the time to teach us the rituals and meaning behind each step, explaining everything with such clarity and heart. She dressed us in beautiful kimonos, carefully helping us put them on the correct way. Drinking matcha that was pure and fresh—words fail me. It was unlike anything I’ve ever tasted. We loved staying here! The neighborhood was quiet, it was close to several grocery stores and restaurants and it was easy to get to the subway. The house was adorable, it had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Tokyo!

The house was absolutely spotless! It was easy 10-12mins walking distance from Ikebukuro station. 7/11 and shopping malls nearby. Though the house was tiny, I suppose that's the tokyo standard, but cleverly decorated & organized. easily felt at home.

Easy check in, Nice quiet place with large common area. They asked us to clean and put back all dishes along with taking our own garbage down to sorting room to dispose of it ourselves. This wasn't an issue but seemed unusual as it was the only airbnb out of the 7 we stayed with in Japan that had such rules and we were still paying a cleaning fee.

Host was very responsive, and listing matched descriptions and pictures in the listing. The unit is 3 min walk from train station, which is really convenient. Host explained how to use all appliances. Quick response from host whenever we ask any questions. Would highly recommend this place!!

Great place and quiet neighbourhood Nearest station is like 5 minutes on foot and about 20-30 minutes for shinjuku so you don’t have to travel a lot to get to the center of Tokyo Kota is very responsive and helpful Definitely recommend

we love our stay at Hitomi's place. It was super easy going in the appartement and with all the great recommandations she provided. We stayed in with a years old and a 5 months, it was super convenient. It's really closed to train's station and a lot of shops and restaurant.

Superb stay in Shimokitazawa. We really loved the area (enough going on but not as mental as Shibuya). The apartment was a great base for a few days and the tub was a bonus. Thanks, would stay again ⭐️
