The place is in the center, for a less than a minute you can find restaurants, shops, bars. The bus station is only 20m from the apartnent, we did not use as the Cervinia lift was only 10-13min drive. The area is great, friendly people, lots to do. I would definitely recommend the place. Everything is as described.

We arrived at Roberto's wonderful property, being met by Andrea, who spoke perfect English, to gain easy access. Booking, and subsequent communication with Andrea/Roberto, were straight forward. This was the beginning of a fabulous holiday in the Alps. The property was clean, HUGE, traditional, well located and immaculately presented. Our children revelled in the outdoor spaces. A 15 min drive (car essential) to the supermarket and local shops, were everything Italian could be had. An excellent stay for us. We booked Nicolò's place to have the opportunity to relax after a quite stressful first half of the year and the place did not disappoint. We had the pool to ourselves, the entire place is separated from the main home from the owners so that gave us a lot of privacy, the gym is also private (that was cool too) and our dog Poncho had a nice garden to ran, play, chase iguanas, etc. Bepe made us feel welcomed right away and was super helpful, proactive, while also respecting our privacy. Also, Ivrea might not be so well-known but there are plenty of nice cafes, gelaterias, bars, trails to walk, lakes - there's plenty of stuff to do. 10 out of 10. Great hosts, great place - we loved it, we'll be back :)

Daniel and his wife were kind and extremely helpful from the first contacts, for the duration of the stay in case of need and at check-out. Thank you so much for the welcome gift, and the reserved attention. Flexible and also available for check-out time, they were able to organize and meet our requests even if the reservation was made close to the day of arrival. The house is really very nice, spacious both inside and outside and has waited for our expectations of quiet and relaxation in a quiet area, but equally comfortable to walk to the center and amenities. My son also really enjoyed some games available inside the house, as well as the garden and the large pool. Thank you very much Daniel, we look forward to coming back! See you soon!

We booked Laurenzia's place for one night, which was immediately courteous and helpful. The place is very nice and clean. Perfect for families with even small children. Absolutely recommended even just to get to know Laurenzia who is really a lovely person.

We stayed in Andrea's apartment for a few days and we had a really good time. Quiet and relaxing location, the outdoor terrace is very comfortable for breakfast in the sun or dinner and the location is also great for getting to Cogne or Courmayeur. Clean and tidy apartment, nothing is missing.

A very great place to stay to unwind. A fenced garden is great if you want to go on vacation with your dog. Next door lives a farmer who is also very nice and sometimes gives away fresh eggs or cheese. The place was very clean and everything was available as described. The way up to the property should not be underestimated, as it is sometimes steep uphill. There are plenty of shopping opportunities, but they can only be reached by car if you need to go faster, as it takes up to 25 minutes to drive to a large supermarket. No negative point, you just have to plan for it. All in all a very nice stay if you want to have your peace and quiet and like to be very secluded from many others. Among the beautiful mountains of the Aosta Valley, a comfortable, clean and welcoming home. Laura's cake was very welcome, plus she provided us with everything for breakfast: coffee and milk. Very easy and precise communication, we had a great time.

the house is immersed in an enchanting landscape, surrounded by the mountains and in front of the Lozon pond. The nature around is beautiful, perfect for those looking for peace, relaxation and walks. Our dog also appreciated it. The house is equipped with everything and, if needed, it warms up well and quickly. Mr. Lucio welcomed us with courtesy and also showed us a great restaurant in the area. Thank you for everything. About a year away from the first time we had the opportunity to stay again for a short vacation at the Casetta and we were extremely satisfied again. Everything was perfect, tidy, clean and even with the good fortune of being able to enjoy a wonderful time. The care and attention to detail taken by Clelia and Marco to make guest stays comfortable exceeded expectations. They are wonderful hosts! We only stayed one night but would happily have stayed more! Highly recommended!

We had a great stay and would stay here again! Sabry was very responsive and wonderful to work with. The layout was perfect for what we needed and included a play area, toys and activities for the kids. The place was spotless; super (impressively) clean for not being a brand new place. The decor was warm and inviting. It can feel a bit cold in the house (rainy season) and the beds were made accordingly - cozy with the layered bedding. Kitchen was well equipped. Stunning views. Short drive to city center and ice rink (why we were here). My only suggestion is to leave a bit more extra toilet paper in the cupboard ;)

We stayed here for 11 days in June as a party of 6 adults and we all had a fantastic time. The house is very spacious and comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen and several different spaces to relax. There were plenty of plates, glasses, cutlery and cooking pots so we never had to limit our cooking ambitions. As the weather was so good we ate most of our meals outside whilst taking in the amazing views, which changed according to the cloud cover and time of day. This is one of the best holiday properties we’ve stayed in. The whole of the Aosta valley is stunning and a trip up the cable car on the Monte Bianco is only 30 minutes’ drive away.

Single house on two floors with large fenced garden perfect for our dogs who were traveling with us. Host always available and very kind. A 10-minute drive to Aosta, a very convenient location to get around within the beautiful Valle D'Aosta region! We can't wait to go back! Thanks Danielle.

We had a wonderful and authentic stay in the town. Linnea has been very helpful all along. The kitchen, bedding, bathroom were all good. I recommend this place for your next visit of the Aosta valley.

The apartment offers a very nice, large and really comfortable living space (there were 3 of us). Plenty of space and light, a quality renovation. The village is very beautiful and peaceful, and the mountains are just grandiose!! A very unspoiled place with many sublime hikes ❤ We had a beautiful holiday
