Holiday rentals with beach access in Antalya

Fabulous stay in Antalya! We recently rented the two bedrooms, two bathrooms apartment above the Karaf Bistro in Antalya, and it exceeded all our expectations. The apartment was modern, clean, well-equipped, and maintained to exceptionally good standard. The excellent location made it easy to explore the city. The host is incredibly friendly, helpful, and dependable. Yaren was always available to answer any questions. Downstairs the bistro serves excellent food. I am not a fan of pizza, but their pizza was the best I have ever tasted. Pasta and the Turkish cheese salad are excellent too. The bistro also offers room delivery, which is convenient after a busy day. We would recommend this apartment (and the bistro) for anyone looking to stay in Antalya.

Ezgi has an amazing place, just a couple of minutes to the coastline/beach where there are great restaurants and cafes. Peaceful and private neighbourhood as well close to everything.

Ms. Gülin was a good host. As soon as we put our man on the street, he saw us and helped us with the parking lot. The entire apartment and the sheets were clean and tidy. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay.

Great location, easy to walk to nearby restaurants and the beach. Walls are thin, so you can hear your neighbours’ tv. I appreciated use of laundry but it is shared between 4 units. Apartment was spotless, spacious and comfortable. Stairwell has no lights so may be difficult to navigate at night. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.

The house was spotless and there was nothing missing. All our needs were considered, so we felt at home. The stylish decoration of the house and the fact that it was close to the beach were our reason for choosing it, but everything was even better than we expected. We had a perfect holiday and extremely satisfied. Also the host was very friendly and helpful. This will definitely be our first choice in Antalya from now on.

We had a pleasure of staying at Ozge place. It was 5 minutes drive to the local beach and all 15 minutes from the old city. We would love to stay at her place if we're back in the town again.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Gaye and Hüseyin apartment ! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness, comfort, and attention to details. The host provided clear instructions on how to get in, making check-in a breeze. The space itself was beautifully decorated, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were surprised that there are only 5 apartments in the building (1 per floor)-so no neighbors around you 👍. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches, like complimentary snacks, tee and water. The location was perfect—close to restaurants, shopping, and public transport. Bakery is just round the corner. The tram station is just 2 minutes walking. I felt completely at home and safe throughout my stay in this quiet neighborhood. If you’re looking for a top-notch experience, this is the place to book. Bilgen’s apartment is cozy and lovely with a great location—near beach and downtown. There are lots of cafe and restaurant nearby. It is in a safe neighborhood. Bilgen is very responsive and helpful.

For our first time in Turkey everything was perfect, we couldn't have hoped for a better host, very responsive and apparently very clean and complete, we recommend without hesitation!

A beautiful home in the heart of the historic district. Squeaky clean and a great host. As noted in the description it is across from Holly Stone a live music venue so if you're a light sleeper you might want to bring earplugs. Otherwise a first rate location.

The apartment is beautiful and fully equipped, good location, close to the sea, easy to reach by public transport. Communication with Fatma was smooth, check in and check out was uncomplicated

I absolutely loved my stay here. We were shocked that the place was bigger than it looked in the photos. Our caretaker was so friendly and helpful. Anything we needed we would just send him a message and he will be there within minutes. They were very responsive and help finding where to get food. Everyday our bins were taken out and pool cleaned. The rooms were a good size and the bathrooms too. The service was so amazing I didn’t want to leave. We really enjoyed our stay here.

We really enjoyed our stay here - we decided to stay in Antalya last minute and quite late at night - this was a great landing place. We were greeted at the door despite our late arrival. Apartment is well equipped and accurately described. Communication with the host was excellent. The bathroom is quite small, it was a bit difficult for two people, but totally workable and not a big deal. We also had a little trouble with the wifi but it worked ok, and the host assured us they would look into it. We would still recommend despite these small things!

We had a wonderful time at Sibel and Baris’ beautiful villa. Having been let down by our 1st accommodation provider we booked this property in the morning and were relaxing by the pool in the afternoon of the same day. Sibel and Baris worked so hard to get it all ready for us within a few hours and were so accommodating throughout our time there; very responsive to queries and welcoming, nothing was too much for them. The villa is great with lovely rooms and pool, lots of equipment and utensils and was an ideal place to relax and unwind. Would highly recommend these amazing hosts, this lush villa and a holiday in Turkey❤️! X

This is a lovely apartment right next to the restaurants, shops, and sights of the Old City. There is parking but be ready for the charming (I.e. narrow) streets of the Old City!

Nice house, the air conditioner is cool and sparkling clean.The host's three dogs are very fun.The lack of beauty is to hear the sound of the mosque

Good apartment for tourists to swim at the sea with during the season. Private territory is safe and comfortable.

We had a perfect staying at Taci place . The location is unbeatable , 7 min to old town, also strategically positioned to get to Lara caddesi in minutes . The apartment has anything you need , we did not cook but you could definitely do, washing machine , spacious bedroom , comfortable living room , easy to get in and out . The parking is on a busy street indeed but we never really had an issue to find a spot even on the street close by. There is a small beach literally 5 min away. We never met Taci, we only connected via what’s up when we checked in mostly, but this is a good thing , because everything was perfect and we did not need to bug him about anything 😀 We definitely recommend the place , 💯. And we will return !

The apartment feels like home and is in a very beautiful location. Has all the furniture needed for extended stays as well. 10/10!

Great location, tram very close. Nice upper-middle class neighborhood, so it's pleasant without being overpriced. 2 minute walk to the commercial area. Really enjoyed the Friday market, best fresh veggies at rock bottom prices. Nice park 1 block away. We'll be back.

Very well located, close to the beach. Kitchen not very functional but it's very easy to feed nearby: lots of inexpensive restaurants.

We arrived with our 4 month old daughter. The Alex had left us the number of his father who was also on site at the time and lives right next door. He welcomed us warmly and made the key handover. Such a great heartfelt person, we got along so well with him, if you had questions, you could always knock on his door. He loved our daughter so much and always took care of her when he passed by the pool,he always asked what does our princess. Just been a very great person. The apartment is nice and small, you have everything you need to live. Looks exactly like the pictures. The apartment is located on the ground floor and you can get directly to the pool from the terrace, which has been really good. 200 meters further is a Mirgos where you can buy your groceries. In the end it is nice to walk there in the mile but just everything too overpriced and tourist rip-off, driving out by car is better

I had a great stay! The host was incredibly kind, polite, and always quick to help — every small issue was solved instantly. I’m very thankful for the warm welcome. The apartment looks exactly like the photos: clean, well-kept, and everything works perfectly. It’s in a quiet, prestigious area with easy access by car and public transport. While it’s not the closest place to the sea, it’s perfect for those who want a peaceful, local experience away from tourist crowds. There’s a Migros and other shops nearby, a barber shop just across the street, a pharmacy in the building, and good restaurants and a park not far away. The neighbors were quiet too — I felt truly at home. Highly recommended!
