first I love his neighbors who checked us in. Cinzia was amazing. She not only showed us our place but took our kids to show us her farm. she also makes her own olive oil and gifted us with some! Wonderful Italian neighbors!! I contacted Rocky in advance and he provided me with specific recommendations for where we should go during a long drive we took. we went where he suggested and was not disappointed! Amazing quiet location with great near by wineries. would 100% recommend to everyone!

Giardino curatissimo e parcheggio nella proprietà. Graziano e Maria sono host fantastici che fanno di tutto per offrire il meglio . Ein Traumhafter Ort zum Ausspannen. Wir suchten Ruhe und Erholung und kamen voll auf unsere Kosten. Ein schönes Haus mit Meerblick und Meeranstoss. Wir bekamen rasche Hilfestellung als wir eine Schraube benötigten, die wir an einem Gerät von uns verloren hatten.

We loved our time at Luca's place. We visited Tuscany with our college aged kids. Luca's house was comfortable and welcoming. We went out for a few meals, but also enjoyed preparing foods in the wonderful kitchen. We ate dinners together and played board games on the spacious kitchen table. It was homey. We called it "cucina magica" because all of the foods we cooked came out so perfectly. This is a wonderful home in a lovely setting with hiking trails from the backyard. We spent several mornings at the nearby hot springs. What a treat! Luca was communicative and helpful with all of our questions.

Wygodny apartament z przepięknym widokiem na jezioro (przeszklona ściana w salonie). Urokliwe łóżko na antresoli. Duży, zadbany basen. Bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny gospodarz. Dom położony na styku Toskanii i Umbrii, tuż obok Perugia, Asyz, Cortona. Dobry jako baza wypadowa do zwiedzania.

We had a truly amazing stay at Andrea’s home. We were welcomed by his parents with a home made cake, jam and wine from a local winery. When planning the trip with our parents and 12 month old, we wanted somewhere we could enjoy amenities of the home, but also be close enough to day trip to different locations in Tuscany. This was the perfect spot! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as day trips to Florence, Grosseto and Siena. Andrea provided amazing recommendations on local places to visit, as well as advising that taking the bus to Florence from Paganico. We couldn’t have asked for a better location and host for our extended family trip to Tuscany!

We loved staying in Montalcino at Lisa's place. Lisa was a fantastic host and responded quickly. She gave us her picks for restaurants, wine tastings, etc, which were excellent choices. The Airbnb was ideally situated right off the main square. It has a yard, which we enjoyed, and a very functional kitchen with everything we needed. The king-size bed was very comfortable and had high-quality linens. This is a hilltop city, so keep this in mind for anyone unable to walk up steeper inclines throughout the city. We enjoyed the exercise and the stunning views. We stayed for a week and I could have easily stayed longer as we got to know the restaurants, stores and the area. Montalcino is a charming place to spend your time. It was a good location from which to take day trips. There is so much to do in the general area. We highly recommend you stay here; it was the highlight of our trip, and we felt like we were in good hands. Thank you, Lisa!

We had the absolute pleasure of spending three unforgettable days at Paolo and Monica’s 800-year-old farmhouse — and it was hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. The home itself is stunning: full of history, character, and comfort, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. Each morning, Paolo and Monica prepared a beautiful, fresh breakfast spread complete with homemade cakes and warm, delicious options that started our days off with so much care and joy. The hospitality was truly beyond compare — Paolo and Monica are salt-of-the-earth people with hearts of gold. One of the highlights of our stay was visiting with the many animals they lovingly care for. From eagles and owls to donkeys, horses, peacocks, ducks, and sheep — it felt like something out of a storybook. Monica’s passion for rescuing and training animals is inspiring, and added such a special, personal touch to the experience. Thier home is filled with beauty, warmth, and heart. Si vous cherchez un endroit paisible avec une vue incroyable et une très belle piscine en plus n’hésitez pas à séjourner dans cet endroit magnifique. Plusieurs terrasses pour déjeuner/diner seul ou à plusieurs. Ce que nous avons aimé sont les rencontres avec les autres hôtes sur les terrasses ou autour de la piscine et de partager le couché de soleil ensemble à couper le souffle. Merci Flavio

Wir hatten einen magischen Aufenthalt im Marrucheti 82 - einfach perfekt! Das Frühstück mit Frisch gepresstem Orangensaft, Cappucino, Foccacchia und Früchten ließ keine Wünsche offen. Abendessen kann man in köstlich in einem der vielen Restaurants in Grosseto (10' Autofahrt) Die absolute Ruhe, der Ausblick über die Schafherden und sanft rollenden toskanischen Hügel und der schöne Garten sorgte für pure Entspannung. Ein weiteres Highlight war auch die freistehende Badewanne im Zimmer. Die Küche haben wir nicht gross benutzt, sie ist jedoch voll ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Den malerischen Infiinity-Pool haben wir aufgrund des etwas durchzogenen Wetters nicht getestet. Das herzliche Team kümmerte sich liebevoll und voller engagement um uns. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die Genuss, Ruhe und Gastfreundschaft suchen!

We just checked out of this wonderful villa today, and it has truly been one of the most special places we’ve ever stayed. We arrived with my husband’s parents, my husband, and our toddler, and from the moment we got there, everything exceeded our expectations. Alex greeted us warmly, gave us a tour of the villa and the property, and provided detailed printed information about nearby restaurants, supermarkets, cafés, bakeries, and wine tours. The property also produces its own wine, which was available for purchase and could be conveniently delivered to our villa during our stay. Alex shared his contact number and made himself available in case we needed anything—which we really appreciated. One of the highlights of the property was the stunning infinity pool overlooking the vineyard and offering breathtaking views. It was the perfect setting to disconnect and truly live in the moment. The air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly. Thank you Alex!

Che dire soggiornare all’appartamento ponte di comando da Fabrizio e’ stata una vacanza meravigliosa: casa pulita, con una vista mozzafiato e una bellissima piscina. Fabrizio è un host gentilissimo. Francesco e’ stato super disponibile ci è venuto a prendere al porto e ci ha riaccompagnato e non da meno flessibile nel check out dato che avevamo la nave ne pomeriggio. Siamo stati benissimo e sicuramente ritorneremo.

Donatella was a great host and answered and helped with all our questions. Her place is a slice of heaven with the most beautiful view of the sea, the most wonderful air filled with aromas of pines and herbs, and stunning sunsets. We loved to walk down to the beach and to explore the area. I can highly recommend Donatella's house and would love to come back. Great plus was that they installed WIFI just before our arrival.

Beautiful property. Staff were amazing, responsive and friendly. Location ideal for visiting other cities by car. Exactly as pictured. Breakfast which was added on a day to day basis was spectacular. Very relaxing sitting on patio and by the pool.

Wat een rust en wat een uitzicht. Mooi landgoed en supervriendelijk mensen die het je naar de zin proberen te maken. Ook een mooi en fijn zwembad voor als het erg warm is.

Soggiorno molto piacevole, abitazione molto curata e ha tutto il necessario per sentirsi a casa. Laura sempre molto disponibile a fornire tutte le indicazioni necessarie. Se dovessimo tornare a porto ercole sarà sicuramente a casa sua!

Das Haus von Angelo hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer und vor allem auf die Insel Giglio. Das Grundstück ist terrasiert aber riesig. Vor allem unsere Hunde haben die Weitläufigkeit des eingezäunten Grundstücks genossen. Das Haus selber hat eine große überdachte Terrasse. Wir waren diesbezüglich sehr froh, da wir auch den ein oder anderen Regentag hatten. Das Haus besitzt zudem alles, was man für einen gelungenen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist sehr steil. Wir sind diese stets gefahren, haben aber auch ein sehr leistungsstarkes Elektroauto - das Fahren am Berg ist damit relativ einfach. Angelo ist sehr liebenswert und war stets erreichbar. Auf der Hinfahrt haben wir uns in Porto Santo Stefano getroffen - ohne Einweisung hätten wir das Haus vermutlich nicht gefunden. Auch bei einem Stromausfall war er binnen kurzer Zeit am Haus und brachte uns die Schlüssel des Schaltschrankes. Das Haus von Angelo und auch Angelo als Gastgeber können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Top Lage mit schönsten Meerblick von Monte Argentario, am besten zu Hause essen und Ausblick genießen . 15-20 min Fahrzeit nach St. Stefano 30 min nach Ercole direkter Weg über Sandstrasse von 3,5 km nicht zu empfehlen. Kein Direkter Strandzugang zur cala Olivia, Strände cala del Morte und Canelle (Strandbar Restaurant dort unter der Woche sehr zu empfehlen Scampi in scharfer Tomatensauce und polpo) in der Nähe 5-8 min mit Auto Unterkunft 5 Sterne für 2 Personen mit Hund . Allessandra hilft immer und gibt gute Tipps . Wanderungen sehr schöne siehe Komoot viel Wasser mitnehmen…

What a lovely property and host! Andrea was very friendly and helpful. He gave us a tour of the home and answered any questions we had before leaving us to enjoy the wonderful property. He even sent us restaurant recommendations which turned out to be amazing. The property itself is picturesque and almost felt unreal. My family was in awe and couldn’t stop mentioning how it was the nicest part of our trip (which we stayed in multiple places throughout). It was impeccably clean without a single speck of dust present. The furnishings were all perfectly picked and each added charm to the home. The rooms were cozy and all had wonderful views. We almost didn’t even notice the weather was gloomy the few days we were there because of how much we enjoyed the home itself. I can only imagine when it’s sunny and warm! Thank you for everything Andrea. We definitely plan to come back!

Super consigliato! Aalloggio molto carino fornito di tutto il necessario e sopratutto pulitissimo. Lo spazio esterno è molto grande, perfetto per cene o barbecue. La zona è tranquillissima e si raggiungono facilmente tutti i luoghi di interesse; a pochi passi c'è una piazzola per parcheggiare comodamente la macchina. Stefano è stato super disponibile e sempre reperibile, ci ha consigliato ottimi ristoranti e sicuramente torneremo per esplorare ulteriormente i dintorni.

Dieses Haus mit dem umliegenden Garten, eingebettet in eine traumhafte Landschaft, ist ein absolutets Paradies. Der Garten ist riesengross, wunderschön angelegt und sehr gepflegt. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend und wir haben täglich direkt vom Haus aus Wanderausflüge und Biketouren unternommen. Die Ruhe ist unglaublich, man hört meistens nur Vögel und wenn es eindunkelt die Nachtigall. Auch das Haus selber lässt keine Wünsche offen. Äusserst sauber, inkl. in den Schränken und Schubladen. Es ist alles da was man braucht, aber (trotz sehr geschmackvoller Dekoration) nicht überstellt. Einfach genau richtig und alles sehr hochwertig. Superbequemes Bett & Sofa und wunderschönes Badezimmer. Veronica ist eine herausragende Gastgeberin und ihre Mutter (welche uns empfangen hat) sehr symphatisch. Wir bekamen Geschenke direkt aus dem Garten und Veronica ist reaktionsschnell und äusserst zuvorkommend in der Kommunikation. Man merkt vom Anfang bis zum Schluss, wie viel Liebe in diesem Haus steckt.
