The house with Ac is 250 metres from the piazza and the main street, and has 2 double rooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and a large kitchen-living room with a small terrace overlooking the hills From summer 2025 our wine tasting will be available in the new garden and we have a young private chef for cooking class at home ,not in the weekend. The apartment has a breathtaking view of the Trasimeno, it was renovated in 2015 and is the house where we lived, so it is well furnished and cared for with love. It is located in a two-family house and is surrounded by olive trees with fields and roads for walking and cycling nearby. It is advisable to come by car. Families with children are welcome!

Newly built building, central area, well finished and comfortable, indoor parking. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families with kids, and pets. For those who are allergic to mites, I sterilize the rooms with UVC + Ozone lamps, I did it before Covid 19, now even more so.
