first I love his neighbors who checked us in. Cinzia was amazing. She not only showed us our place but took our kids to show us her farm. she also makes her own olive oil and gifted us with some! Wonderful Italian neighbors!! I contacted Rocky in advance and he provided me with specific recommendations for where we should go during a long drive we took. we went where he suggested and was not disappointed! Amazing quiet location with great near by wineries. would 100% recommend to everyone!

While traveling by motorcycle with a couple of friends, we discovered a real gem near Capalbio. Comfortable and very clean accommodation, fabulous terrace with postcard view. Well-kept garden and parking on the property. Graziano and Maria are fantastic hosts who do everything to offer the best. Absolutely convenient price for what it offers. A fantastic place to relax. We were looking for tranquility and relaxation and got our money's worth. A beautiful house with sea views and sea access. We got quick help when we needed a screw that we had lost on a device from us.

We loved our time at Luca's place. We visited Tuscany with our college aged kids. Luca's house was comfortable and welcoming. We went out for a few meals, but also enjoyed preparing foods in the wonderful kitchen. We ate dinners together and played board games on the spacious kitchen table. It was homey. We called it "cucina magica" because all of the foods we cooked came out so perfectly. This is a wonderful home in a lovely setting with hiking trails from the backyard. We spent several mornings at the nearby hot springs. What a treat! Luca was communicative and helpful with all of our questions.

A beautiful stay in Tuscany perfect for relaxing on the property and visiting towns.

What a beautiful place! Great view of the lake. Sergio was incredibly friendly and responsive. He gave us local recommendations and even made us a fruit salad. I will definitely be booking with Sergio again the next time we are in Umbria.

We had a truly amazing stay at Andrea’s home. We were welcomed by his parents with a home made cake, jam and wine from a local winery. When planning the trip with our parents and 12 month old, we wanted somewhere we could enjoy amenities of the home, but also be close enough to day trip to different locations in Tuscany. This was the perfect spot! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as day trips to Florence, Grosseto and Siena. Andrea provided amazing recommendations on local places to visit, as well as advising that taking the bus to Florence from Paganico. We couldn’t have asked for a better location and host for our extended family trip to Tuscany!

We loved staying in Montalcino at Lisa's place. Lisa was a fantastic host and responded quickly. She gave us her picks for restaurants, wine tastings, etc, which were excellent choices. The Airbnb was ideally situated right off the main square. It has a yard, which we enjoyed, and a very functional kitchen with everything we needed. The king-size bed was very comfortable and had high-quality linens. This is a hilltop city, so keep this in mind for anyone unable to walk up steeper inclines throughout the city. We enjoyed the exercise and the stunning views. We stayed for a week and I could have easily stayed longer as we got to know the restaurants, stores and the area. Montalcino is a charming place to spend your time. It was a good location from which to take day trips. There is so much to do in the general area. We highly recommend you stay here; it was the highlight of our trip, and we felt like we were in good hands. Thank you, Lisa!

We had the absolute pleasure of spending three unforgettable days at Paolo and Monica’s 800-year-old farmhouse — and it was hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. The home itself is stunning: full of history, character, and comfort, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. Each morning, Paolo and Monica prepared a beautiful, fresh breakfast spread complete with homemade cakes and warm, delicious options that started our days off with so much care and joy. The hospitality was truly beyond compare — Paolo and Monica are salt-of-the-earth people with hearts of gold. One of the highlights of our stay was visiting with the many animals they lovingly care for. From eagles and owls to donkeys, horses, peacocks, ducks, and sheep — it felt like something out of a storybook. Monica’s passion for rescuing and training animals is inspiring, and added such a special, personal touch to the experience. Thier home is filled with beauty, warmth, and heart. We just checked out of this wonderful villa today, and it has truly been one of the most special places we’ve ever stayed. We arrived with my husband’s parents, my husband, and our toddler, and from the moment we got there, everything exceeded our expectations. Alex greeted us warmly, gave us a tour of the villa and the property, and provided detailed printed information about nearby restaurants, supermarkets, cafés, bakeries, and wine tours. The property also produces its own wine, which was available for purchase and could be conveniently delivered to our villa during our stay. Alex shared his contact number and made himself available in case we needed anything—which we really appreciated. One of the highlights of the property was the stunning infinity pool overlooking the vineyard and offering breathtaking views. It was the perfect setting to disconnect and truly live in the moment. The air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly. Thank you Alex!

What can I say, staying at the bridge apartment with Fabrizio was a wonderful vacation: clean house, with a breathtaking view and a beautiful swimming pool. Fabrizio is a very kind host. Francesco was super helpful, he picked us up at the port and took us back, and he was no less flexible at check-out since we had the ship in the afternoon. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

Donatella was a great host and answered and helped with all our questions. Her place is a slice of heaven with the most beautiful view of the sea, the most wonderful air filled with aromas of pines and herbs, and stunning sunsets. We loved to walk down to the beach and to explore the area. I can highly recommend Donatella's house and would love to come back. Great plus was that they installed WIFI just before our arrival.

Beautiful property. Staff were amazing, responsive and friendly. Location ideal for visiting other cities by car. Exactly as pictured. Breakfast which was added on a day to day basis was spectacular. Very relaxing sitting on patio and by the pool.

What tranquility and what a view. Beautiful estate and super friendly people who try to make you feel comfortable. Also a nice and pleasant swimming pool for when it is very hot.

Very pleasant stay, very well-kept home and has everything you need to feel at home. Laura is always very helpful in providing all the necessary information. If we were to return to Porto Ercole, it would definitely be at his place!

Great place to stay. The drive on the main road was great we had to have him meet us and direct us there. I would suggest parking at the top and making the walk down! Angelo was a great host and showed us everywhere on the island!

Top location with beautiful sea views of Monte Argentario, best to eat at home and enjoy views. 15-20 min drive to St. Stefano 30 min to Ercole direct path via sandy road of 3.5 km not recommended. No direct beach access to cala Olivia, beaches cala del Morte and Canelle (beach bar restaurant there during the week highly recommended Scampi in hot tomato sauce and polpo) nearby 5-8 min by car Accommodation 5 stars for 2 persons with dog . Allessandra always helps and gives good tips . Hikes very nice see Komoot take a lot of water with you...

Everything is perfect and a magnificent view

What a lovely property and host! Andrea was very friendly and helpful. He gave us a tour of the home and answered any questions we had before leaving us to enjoy the wonderful property. He even sent us restaurant recommendations which turned out to be amazing. The property itself is picturesque and almost felt unreal. My family was in awe and couldn’t stop mentioning how it was the nicest part of our trip (which we stayed in multiple places throughout). It was impeccably clean without a single speck of dust present. The furnishings were all perfectly picked and each added charm to the home. The rooms were cozy and all had wonderful views. We almost didn’t even notice the weather was gloomy the few days we were there because of how much we enjoyed the home itself. I can only imagine when it’s sunny and warm! Thank you for everything Andrea. We definitely plan to come back!

Fantastic stay! The house is ideal for two people, small but well-stocked with everything you could need on vacation. Wonderful outdoor space, which was vital for us having our dog behind us. Stefano is very kind and attentive, ready to give advice on what to do, what to see and where to eat in a truly wonderful place like the Argentario. We'll definitely be back!
