Monia fue muy amable! Realmente nos apoyó con toda la información que necesitamos. El lugar es tal cual se describe, suficientemente amplio. Cerca hay lugares para comer, hacer compras y más.

A lovely simple apartment a few steps from a beautiful beach. We didn’t have a car and it was perfect for us here as we could walk to the beaches and into the Port town in the evenings. The apartment is part of a complex which is a little run down but the apartment itself is at the back and very peaceful with a lovely garden full of jasmine. The check in was super simple and the host very helpful throughout our trip. We would love to go back here. Giglio is pure paradise!

Fabrizio is hands down one of the best hosts I've ever had the pleasure to meet on airbnb. His communication is unmatched, and he offers driving services to the port/roma airport, and more. I can't wait to come back to Civitavecchia and room here again. The apartment is equally fantastic with cleanliness, spaciousness, and a historical charm. Thanks Fabrizio!

abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura scelta un po' a caso tra tante e devo dire che mai scelta fu migliore. Roberta si è subito dimostrata disponibile,cordiale e con il suo fare ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio l'appuntamento è veramente carino, ampio,luminoso,nuovissimo e tenuto in maniera fantastica, il mare è veramente a pochi passi con un arenile immenso e tenuto molto bene, il paese offre l'indispensabile ma nei dintorni c'è molto da fare e da vedere. una mini vacanza che ci rimarrà nel cuore così anche Roberta 🥰 con la quale siamo certi ci sentiremo a breve per organizzare una vacanza più lunga. Quindi consiglio a tutti di provare la location per poter avere modo di conoscere il posto .... non ve ne pentirete ma soprattutto Roberta....

Appartamento corrispondente al 100% alla descrizione riportata. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi: l'appartamento e' decisamente spazioso, fresco e dotato di ogni comfort. L'arredamento e' molto moderno. La pulizia impeccabile. La posizione e' strategica: in meno di un minuto a piedi ci si ritrova nella via principale del centro di Castiglione con numerosi negozi e ristoranti (un consiglio: prenotare sempre per tempo perché si rischia di rimanere senza cena! Noi siamo stati a Castiglione nella settimana di ferragosto e senza prenotare si faceva fatica a trovare posto anche in tarda serata). In pochi minuti a piedi ci si ritrova sul lungomare dove ci sono numerosissimi stabilimenti balneari ma anche numerose spiagge libere. Davanti all'appartamento il supermercato e' comodissimo! Niccolò e Daniela si sono dimostrati sempre gentili e super disponibili: ringraziamo in particolar modo Daniela per tutte le dritte che ci ha dato!!!! Sconsigliato!

Laura’s apartment is very cozy and well equipped, you can feel it is a family home. I enjoyed a lot staying there for 2 weeks, it is spacious, and close enough to walk everywhere , yet more secluded in a quieter area, with peace and silence.

Situata a 3 minuti dal mare, a pochi passi dal centro e in un quartiere carino e tranquillo. Mimmo un host gradevole e disponibile. Per noi che veniamo 2 o 3 volte lanno a Follonica, sarà tappa fissa

Antonella was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. She manages the property for Lucio, who meets with you for check-in. Both were easy to communicate with but Lucio does not speak English.

Just as described. The home was comfortable and charming. Nicola was great in communicating. she was very accommodating when we arrived earlier than expected and let us drop our luggage off so we could explore the city. If you need a place to stay before or after a cruise I highly recommend staying here.

La casa di Alessio è semplicemente un piccolo angolo di paradiso! Le due camere da letto sono in un fabbricato separato dalla zona giorno così la mattina, per me che mi alzo sempre presto, è stato fantastico godermi il caffè nella veranda e affacciato sullo scorcio di mare che si apre dal giardino senza la preoccupazione di svegliare i miei adorati amici. E' tutto molto curato e intimo, e sia Alessio che la splendida Monica sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili.

Ein wunderschönes kleines Häuschen mit einem traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Schlafzimmer, Küche und Bad sind klein, aber schön eingerichtet und man hat alles was man braucht. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten und schönen Tischen. Von dort hat man einen wundervollen Blick auf das Meer. Die Umgebung besteht aus ein paar anderen Ferienhäusern und ist sehr ruhig. Es gibt einen Swimmingpool den man nutzen kann und am Ende einer langen Treppe einen Zugang zum Meer (kein Strand sondern felsig aber trotzdem super zum Baden). Rund um das Häuschen ist ein kleiner Garten und viele schöne Bäume. Giovannis Vater Eduardo hat uns empfangen, alles gezeigt und war sehr freundlich. Wenn wir einen Frage hatten, haben wir schnell eine Antwort bekommen. Zum Einkaufen fährt man ungefähr 10-15 min mit dem Auto im nächsten Ort. Zusammengefasst: ein sehr schöner ruhiger Ort mit perfektem Ausblick bei freundlichen Leuten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Donatella was a great host and answered and helped with all our questions. Her place is a slice of heaven with the most beautiful view of the sea, the most wonderful air filled with aromas of pines and herbs, and stunning sunsets. We loved to walk down to the beach and to explore the area. I can highly recommend Donatella's house and would love to come back. Great plus was that they installed WIFI just before our arrival.

Ich hatte eine wunderbare Zeit bei Sara! Die Unterkunft war nicht nur super sauber und gemütlich, sondern hatte auch das gewisse Etwas. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet wurde. Die Lage war traumhaft, perfekt zum Abschalten und Genießen. Ein ganz besonderes Highlight waren Saras zwei Hunde – unglaublich freundlich und liebenswert, sie haben den Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht.

Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft von den Eltlnern von Jaccobo herzlich empfangen. Lorella war sehr hilfsbereit, was wir insbesondere schätzten als mein Freund mehrere Tage mit Fieber im Bett lag und einen Arzt aufsuchen mussten. Der Strand ist in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Der Sitzplatz gross und von fremden Blicken geschützt. Ruhige Lage ohne Strassenlärm.

Questo bellissimo appartamento aveva una vista mozzafiato sul mare, assolutamente incredibile dal balcone vedendo tutto l’Argentario con anche Porto Ercole è tutta la Feniglia ,Inoltre, ci è piaciuto poter scendere direttamente e tuffarci in mare quando volevamo. L’accesso è un po particolare ma dopo un giorno ci siamo abituati L'appartamento stesso era ben attrezzato con tutto il necessario per cucinare, e semplicemente godersi la vista da una delle due splendide terrazze. Abbiamo anche apprezzato quanto fosse tranquillo e sicuro, oltre ad avere un parcheggio privato, un sollievo dopo aver affrontato la sfida del parcheggio in Liguria Raccomandiamo vivamente questo soggiorno!

La casa perfetta! Perché? Bellezza della natura e del panorama, posizione strategica, privacy, servizi esterni ed interni, pulizia, dotazioni della cucina (incluso barbecue), disponibilità, gentilezza di Annamaria e Marcello. Tutto superiore alle aspettative e migliore rispetto alle foto. La casa è cosi accogliente che potresti starci giorni senza uscirne. Noi siamo golfisti e abbiamo apprezzato la vicinanza al golf dell’Argentario. Abbiamo anche approfittato dei preziosi suggerimenti di Annamaria riguardo a spiagge, ristoranti e giro in barca con Paolo, amabile marinaio con cui abbiamo visto spiagge altrimenti irraggiungibili e fatto bagni indimenticabili in alto mare. Insomma 10 giorni meravigliosi, una vacanza di assoluto relax circondati dalla bellezza della natura. Non perdetevi questa opportunità.

Abbiamo trascorso qualche giorno nell’appartamento di Debora e Dario. Loro sono stati molto disponibili e ci sono venuti incontro sia con l’orario di check in che di check out! L’appartamento è a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, ottimo quindi se si viaggia con bambini piccoli e c’è bisogno di fare avanti e indietro per evitare le ore più calde e spezzare la giornata! Apprezzata anche la terrazza, sempre ventilata e perfetta quindi per una cena all’aperto!

We had a party of 9 staying here before a cruise and the space was great! The space was very accommodating and walkable to everything we needed and the cruise terminal. Paulo was the best host I have ever interfaced with. He was so helpful, responsive, and timely. All other hosts in the future will be graded against him.

We had a most relaxing stay at Chiara’s place. Right by the water. The view was amazing from the deck. We were there off season so many restaurants were closed, but that was fine for us. Walking the quieter boardwalk and beach was what our souls needed. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent accueil, appartement superbe avec vue incroyable dont on ne lasse pas. Calme et pratique. Plage de sable immense à 15 mn à pied ou 5 mn en voiture. Localisation idéale pour des visites des environs (site archéologique, terme, etc…). Nous ne pouvons que recommander cette location et l’accueil de l’hôte. Nous y reviendrons certainement. Michel

Siamo stati a Giglio Porto per quattro giorni e ci siamo trovati molto bene fin da subito grazie anche all’ottima posizione della casa. L’host è stato molto gentile e disponibile, aiutandoci con il noleggio dello scooter e fornendoci istruzioni utili su come muoverci sull’isola. Speriamo di tornare.
