What a wonderful place! When we arrived, we were greeted with a Planter (Local Drink) The apartment was perfect and comfortable. What about the view of the pool and the sea!!! It's perfect to rest. The place is very well soundproofed, you can't hear any noise at night. Plus, there's air conditioning in the bedrooms. We found it very convenient to have two full bathrooms when there are 4 of us. Safe place thanks to a gate with code to enter the parking lot. Within walking distance you have the grocery store, several pastries, pizza, local vendors, etc! Communication with Thierry was impeccable.

Anne Marie's welcome is very nice. Her large apartment is very pleasant, tastefully decorated (with lots of his creations) and very well equipped. Umbrella, beach chairs, insulated bag, etc, everything is there to allow you to fully enjoy the environment. Located in a quiet, secure and pleasant complex, the accommodation is 300 meters from Les Raisins Clairs beach (not to mention the two swimming pools). It also has the advantage of offering the service of a bakery, a chef's table, a pizzeria and a beach restaurant, as well as a mini supermarket (a short drive away you will find two supermarkets). Its location is also ideal for visiting Grande-Terre. We would recommend it.

Ideal accommodation: sea and pool view, access to the sea, next to shops, a fruit basket offered on arrival, very well-equipped apartment in a very well-maintained residence (impeccable garden and pool). Kind regards, Marc.

If you are looking for an authentic, functional and central place to stay to get around Grande Terre, the accommodation is ideal. However, you are in the city center so convenient but beware potentially a little noisy sometimes. Hilaire is always very available if you have any concerns. So from my point of view, don't hesitate.

Our stay at this place was just perfect! The cottage is ideally located, offering both tranquility and proximity to points of interest. The concept of cottages is very well thought out, with all the comforts you need to feel at home. Congratulations on the attention to detail! Your wife and the whole team are remarkably kind and available, which went a long way in making our stay even more enjoyable. And what about the sunrise at the tip of the Castles... it was simply magical and unforgettable! In short, everything was perfect, and we leave with stars in our eyes. Wonderful stay in this beautiful spacious, functional and well thought out house for ten of us, including a 3-year-old toddler. Everyone has found their own marks! Beautiful terrace and pool. Philippe our host and Rachel our point of contact on site, always kind!

A spotless and beautiful villa! The pool made our kids happy. We could walk to the beach of the nautical base, small markets, Super U, pharmacy, bakery, and even the beach of light grapes (a little further away). Villa was extremely well equipped. The hosts responded very quickly to any questions we had and we were greeted by Patrick who gave us good advice about the villa. Thank you so much! We hope to be back!

There's nothing missing from this villa. A very well-equipped kitchen, good bedding, space at the terrace and pool level, and above all a difficult view to forget. Access to the cove of the boats directly from the bottom of the property. The bungalow is also friendly (below the house) The off-center position of the villa requires a 1:30/2h drive to get to Basse-Terre but we had chosen tranquility rather than position (and the whole east and northeast part of the island is very close) Perfect communication with Stephane.

We had an unforgettable week in this beautiful house. The view from the terrace on palm trees and beach was great and just a few steps away we watched the sunrise every day - on the beach between palm trees and coconuts. We were more than satisfied with the house itself, thank you to Adriana for the uncomplicated and nice contact, the helpfulness and the quick response time whenever we had a question.

Great stay at Marie's place! The place was great, very clean and fully equipped! We enjoyed the swimming pool and beaches within walking distance. We would come back without hesitation!

We had a great time at Christelle and David's place. The place is very faithful to the photos and comments of the users (a real haven of peace to listen and observe the birds). Great stay at this great place facing the marina. We weren't close to 5. Very well equipped: air conditioning, water tank in case of outage. The residence is very calm and nicely wooded. The pool was very nice. Very friendly welcome from Laetitia. We would recommend this listing.

Accommodation with exceptional sea views. The apartment is more than well-equipped, it feels like you're arriving at a hotel, everything is so clean and complete. There are even bath towels, a small welcome kit with soap, shampoo, etc. and the kitchen is really well equipped. Our children really enjoyed the beach toys. We had the pleasure of having an aperitif, fruit and the necessities for breakfast. Eric was very flexible with our check-in time. We recommend it 100% and we will be happy to come back.

Cool Place, a few steps from the gosier Beach. The stairs are here for the first sweat of the day, but they are only really a pain at the check-out, when you need to leave and bring the luggage back on top;-) nice view, absolute private feeling in the apartment!
