Great place, easy to get to and close to most things to do! Clean and quiet neighborhood! The only downside is the fact that there is only one sheet in the bed and no duvet/pier! Benjamin was very helpful, friendly and quick to access! Thank you!!

Very beautiful villa ideal for a stay of six people, very modern and well-equipped. A sumptuous swimming pool, a very beautiful living environment, we recommend without hesitation.

We had a nice stay at Jean's despite visiting a few cockroaches during our first night ... Justine who welcomed us was nice and welcoming, she recommended a few restaurants nearby. Communication with Jean was fluid and efficient. Private beach access is possible and this is lovely. The apartment is well located, 10min drive from Ste Anne. It is also well equipped, even if the high table and chairs are not super comfortable, as well as the sofa.

We had a wonderful week at this place, everything was as described. The apartment was clean, well appointed, and ideally located for exploring the area. The pool was simply beautiful, perfectly maintained and ideal for relaxing at any time. The private beach, on the other hand, was a real plus, offering an exceptional setting to enjoy the calm and sun. The hosts were very welcoming and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to spend a lovely vacation. We'll be happy to go back!

Sylvain's place was lovely. Its location right at the beach was perfect and having access to the loungers on the beach was great. The pool is well maintained. While the property, as a whole could use a facelift, Sylvain's apartment was nicely designed and decorated, well maintained and immaculately clean. Marie, the concierge, was proactive with her communication and readily available. Sylvain's place was lovely. If the property as a whole would need a little refreshment, Sylvain's apartment was nicely designed and decorated, well maintained and impeccably clean. What a wonderful place! When we arrived, we were greeted with a Planter (Local Drink) The apartment was perfect and comfortable. What about the view of the pool and the sea!!! It's perfect to rest. The place is very well soundproofed, you can't hear any noise at night. Plus, there's air conditioning in the bedrooms. We found it very convenient to have two full bathrooms when there are 4 of us. Safe place thanks to a gate with code to enter the parking lot. Within walking distance you have the grocery store, several pastries, pizza, local vendors, etc! Communication with Thierry was impeccable.

accommodation corresponding to the photos. very nice view , close to parking and pool. a little bit just for 4 but we didn't stay indoors during the day access to the pool and beach right next door. I expected to hear more noise in the evening in view of the old reviews, while for a holiday village, I thought it was quiet (positive😊) attention however to the children's club, it is 16 euros per activity offered we have not tried the gym/spa wellness thank you to Valerie for her responsiveness and kindness i would recommend the place with pleasure

The residence is very pleasant with its swimming pool and private beach. Listing is as described. Host is available and responsive. We will not hesitate to come back!

We had a lovely stay. The accommodation is very well equipped and the punch bowl is a big plus. A real cabin! Aurore's welcome is perfect and she will give you plenty of recommendations on activities, restaurants and other nearby.

Great stay at this great place facing the marina. We weren't close to 5. Very well equipped: air conditioning, water tank in case of outage. The residence is very calm and nicely wooded. The pool was very nice. Very friendly welcome from Laetitia. We would recommend this listing.

We had a great time at Nathalie and Arnaud's place. Very nice welcome and accommodation faithful to the listing. Perfect privacy on the terrace and quiet environment. On the other hand, we had not anticipated that the nearby beach, relatively uncrowded, was so beautiful! An ideal location for discovering Grande Terre.

Really nice accomodation in Saint Anne. It is more spacious than on the pictures and very well equipped. Sinta is a very nice host that gave us loads of tips for restaurants that we enjoyed.

Accommodation as described , magnificent view, we fall asleep with the sound of the waves, ideally located on the village Pierre et vacances. The place has everything you need for the stay, everything is well thought out! The owners are very attentive with their hosts, ask if everything is okay during our stay, very human . We were greeted by Elodie , very nice! We recommend +++ and keep the address for we hope to be able to go back next time ...

Aurélie's studio is a real cozy nest, a cocoon. Perfectly clean, it has everything we usually need . The 180 degree view of the sea and the Gosier Island from this studio is a perpetual enchantment. Just be aware that the hotel of the residence organizes fairly regularly parties especially on Sundays from 2pm to 11pm which are very noisy. Aurélie as well as the syndic regularly reports it to the director who will hopefully, by imposing absolute calm in this paradise.

We recommend this listing without a second thought. Very well located, idyllic setting, very well equipped. Magali is an accessible and caring host, who makes us feel at home in her home (small touches, toiletries, coffee pods...). We would also like to thank Laurence, the concierge, for her kindness, professionalism and availability. When we return to Guadeloupe, we will return to this accommodation without hesitation.
