Beautiful architect-designed summerhouse with Gudenåen as a neighbor. A great place to relax and unwind and enjoy holiday and leisure. The place is located at the bottom of a quiet summerhouse area and consists of a main house and an annex with sauna. The garden is sheltered with hedges towards the road and neighbor, and wild fence towards Gudenåen. There are three terraces where there is always a sunny or a shady space. Common for the summerhouse area is a green area down to Gudenåen where it is possible to take a dip from the bridge. (there is, however, a lot of electricity in the river ).

The house is close to the forest, which is filled with beautiful lakes, and it is a 3 minute drive from Silkeborg's most beautiful lake bath, as you can see in the pictures. There is grass + outdoor areas, and the house contains two bedrooms, a large living room + conservatory, kitchen, hallway, bathroom and toilet. There is wifi in the house, but no TV as we invite tranquility, nature experiences, socializing and lovely conversations!

The apartment is on the first floor overlooking the forest and river valley. There is a room with a double bed, kitchen, private bathroom and a cozy living room with a workspace and internet access. Access to the garden in the woods and the possibility of walking in the woods. Free parking and the house is a 10-minute walk from the bus service to the center of Aarhus. No access for pets.

The home is located in rural surroundings but at the same time close to shopping and Silkeborg city. The home is all the way up the road but has soundproofed windows. But noise from traffic is to be expected- especially during weekdays and during harvest time. It is 2 km to shopping and 7 km to Silkeborg city centre. Everyone is welcome. On your way to the garden house you have to go through our lovely garden, you can walk around our pond, enjoy all our beautiful flowers and plants, we won the garden of the garden price 2024 The house is furnished with wood on the walls, small bathroom with shower, kitchen and direct access to orangery where you are welcome to sit and enjoy or eat. The bed is in the loft, where there is a skylight window so you can enjoy the stars, the wilderness bath can be purchased if you want and come here in.

Ever dreamt of a cabin, forest and lake to yourself? The family will stay together in one big room with single and double alcoves. Patio goes all around the house and gives a magnificent view of the lake. It also leads to the tree house; fully equipped with bed, workstation and Wi-Fi. Rowing boat available year round, late spring to early autumn 2 SUP boards and 3 kayaks available (please inquire). 15 min from town centre and groceries. Sleeps 8, more comfortable for 6. Fishing on your doorstep!
